    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had an existing unlimited pack activated on new sim, I used up the daily data because i was recommended a small pack by the vendor. Now I recharged new unlimited pack to be on top of existing, BUT IT WONT ADD UP! HELP! DM. ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband is not working. Airtel app self diagnostics says all fine but I couldn't connect to internet. Tried calling 121 but the options are all in Hindi which I have no clue abt.

    There has been no internet here for the past 24 hours now. I am using Airtel fiber and @airtelindia is a big piece of joke. Their customer care folks say the same thing and their engineers do not respond. I will wait until tonight and then switch to something else.

    @airtelindia, Same situation with me. Chasing engineers for wifi connection since yesterday, Advance payment, kyc all documentation done. Now they stopped answering calls. But before payment used to receive good morning calls. Is this how you treat customers?

    @airtelindia I am using airtel prepaid and postpaid and today I am having issue with internet and signal quality even with normal phone calls. At the time of initiation the call full signal 5G was available and after few minutes signal dropped to 4G with single bar. Do something
