    @airtelindia my broadband connection is down for the last 12 hours. SECOND TIME IN TWO WEEKS. Trying to lodge complaint on Airtel APP as well as phone but not able to do so. there is no system to speak to customer service executive. highly frustrating . USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE
