@airtelindia What does a customer need to do to get his network problem resolved? More than 15-20 days, 10+ complaints and broadband is still not fixed. Is it time to switch the network provider if Airtel can't handle decades old customer? Pathetic service and no resolution.

I have raised numerous complaints from past 2 years regarding the network issue and the internet issue but the issue is still not resolved. I am not able to browse my net as the speed is very poor and mind you I am a postpaid customer andpay premium.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
