@airtelindia, Airtel's service is really poor. If I want to talk to customer support, I'm never able to talk with them. One I spend more than ½ hour to just find customer support option but not get it. And the recharge plan is very poor.

Why am I not able to get my 5G unlimited data? I have complained since 27th and it has not been fixed yet. Even though there is 5G network, I am not able to get unlimited data and when I call customer care, they talk to me in a misbehavior manner. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia how are we supposed to raise the complaints ? I have cancelled my Amazon subscription before deadline. Still received sms that I will be charged for annual subscription in this bill. Tried IVR on 123, It says I am not Amazon. There’s no way to reach human support.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Can you please help in disabling the flash (class 0) messages? This is interrupting my transactions with payments app. Chat help is of no use. Don't suggest me that. And am unable to talk to anyone from Airtel because IVR don't take to that option.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Despite multiple complaints and service requests, it is official that airtel has begun its downfall. Can't raise complaint through their app, can't talk to customer care. Even if you raise a complaint, it will be ignored. Pathetic!!!!

@TheRahilShah @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence They have the worst customer care support.. I made a huge mistake by taking Airtel fibre. They automatically close the case on the app. No one to talk to, their helpline doesn't work, their tech guy doesn't answer the calls n then they give generic reply on X. Shame on airtel

@airtelindia contacted you guys for closing connections. Your numbers are in top spamming and are. Disconnected is not my problem. I need response to my request over mail. You can not force me to talk if you're top spammer and are getting disconnected automatically. @TRAI
