    @Airtel_Presence I was given the solution to change my SIM. I did it while I was travelling to NCR. As soon as I landed in my home cirlce it took 20 mins for Airtel to start showing up network. My other SIM is in the same phone came up in less than 10 seconds. @airtelindia do you have the answer.

    @airtelindia ported to airtel few months ago, and perhaps it was my biggest mistake to do that.. pathetic network and everytime i raise a complaint, it is resolved without even getting resolved actually!! 👎now porting from this ultra slow network!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Not able to pair my Airtel number (eSim) with Samsung galaxy watch 5 LTE. Contacted customer care many times but complaints closed without giving any resolution. Can you confirm it can't be resolved? Should I port out from Airtel??

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am running to airtel store for last 1 month for COCP to IOIP conversion. Airtel store is saying there is an error and no resolution is being provided. No response on my emails. Really frustrating experience.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Xstream fibre services are stopped frequently in my area. Again for almost 24 hours no signal. No message from your side. This is absurd. Very bad service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Broadband is down since yesterday 5 PM. Received 3 sms saying it will resolve at this time and the time kept changing. At this moment, still no Internet meaning 15 hours down. Please check as we have to WFH. Don't suck.

    @airtelindia very poor response from customer care like unprofessional. I had sent email 4 days ago regarding DTH query but still issue not resolved. My account is suspended from 8 days. Account no is 3014099193.
