Pathetic 4g speed @airtelindia , can't even play a yotube video at 360p or 480p. Kindly provide a solution asap, otherwise i have switch my network provider. Can't even attend my exams from your internet connection. So harashed by the poor service. @Airtel_Presence kindly help

Dear @airtelindia i have been facing internet issue on prepaid mobile no from 25 days. Regarding to this i have complaint 3 times but every time your executive increased resolved time by 7 days in fact once they said they will be solved the problem within 72 hrs.

@ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Every time I get a call saying it would be resolved and also the cons in your customer support request me not to raise a another ticket and assure me to resolve and then we go back to the same drama of bad network
