  @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. Your people forced me to get a new Air Fiber Wi-Fi connection, saying that the old Wi-Fi can be disconnected and the new one added to my Airtel black. I have now spend 1 hour with customer service, absolutely unable to proceed with this.

  @airtelindia Wi-Fi issue ongoing since Friday. Despite repeated complaints and messages, no resolution yet. Engineers take 3–4 days and often don’t even visit. Stop giving false timelines—fix the issue urgently. This is unacceptable service! #AirtelWiFi #AirtelIndia

  @airtelindia The worst telecom with worst connectivity which only for looting public money rather than focusing on improving network got a new way to loot by offering priority network. Using very bad & unethical practices for luring common network by facilitating bad connectivity

  @JioCare I am already a jio user but i have @airtelindia sim too where i am facing low signal in my area. If the team will not give reply or solve my prblm i will definitely change my number airtel to jio and i will give real feedback to my viewers and family to use jio instead of airtel
