(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Technician called yesterday to come and change the router today. He reached at 10:20 am today and changed the router. But the internet is NOT working. This is just very poor service and very bad coordination within teams.

@airtelindia I must say you have got a great support team where I call your xstream broadband customer care and tell them the problem on my router and they close my service request by saying there was a fibre cut and your problem is resolved... Wow! Isn't it beautiful?
