    (1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtelcare3 Is this the kind of service you provide, its just about a week i got my airtel fibre broadband installed and from last 4 days the internet service is not working. Am i paying you for free? Cancel my service and refund my full amount.

    Hey @airtelindia I been trying to connect with customer care but I’m able to do it. I have requested to activate the esim but after that the sim stopped working I’m not receiving calls or messages. I have already DM you on twitter via mail as well. But did not get any reply.

    @JioCare This should be clearly informed by @reliancejio before providing the connection to customer. Now kindly take tour connection as I'll surrender it after my plan expires and will switch to @airtelindia broadband as there is no issue as such. No such hidden conditions

    @JioCare what ******** is going on... Net speed is very slow from 2 days It is much slower than 2G speed.. I'm paying for 4G net and I'm getting 2G.. Now it's time to switch to @airtelindia @JioCare has worst network connection..

    Pathetic customer care service from @Airtel_Presence. Raised a complaint today (SR no. 138315990), called assigned engineer Raj Kumar and he started misbehaving on the grounds that I called Airtel first instead of him. This is what a good customer expects from @airtelindia.
