    (1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtelcare3 Is this the kind of service you provide, its just about a week i got my airtel fibre broadband installed and from last 4 days the internet service is not working. Am i paying you for free? Cancel my service and refund my full amount.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The worst part is if we raise a issue, support team says it take maximum 10 days. On 10 day will get message like issue has been resolved. Can you explain what action has been taken for internet slowness issue?
