(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia India’s worst network connection had a Wifi connection in Airtel upgrades with name change and upgraded plan but to activate it they took a month and we had paid fully and deactivated the account and again choose the worst @airtel India for 5G in another name

You have the worst customer care service. Tried calling 121 and 198 no one picks and number inputs wont work either, just wasting customers time with ua worst ivr system. Porting out all the numbers in my family. @airtelindia

Bloody miser greedy @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence u hv 284 cr profit this July quarter still u don't have customer care on 121. Where is 46 rs validity plan just for incoming. Again u increased prices in pandemic. No wonder u follow bjp footprints.
