    (1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Connection number 05324015038 is not working since 22nd September. Team reached on 6th October and resolved around 6pm. Again not working since 8th October around 1 pm. Pathetic service and no cooperation from staff . A big mistake to opt for airtel

    @Airtel_Presence Most pathetic internet speed throughout in Mumbai. I just ported in @airtelindia and couldn’t even listen a podcast. Instagram reels etc do not move smoothly. Throughout problem from Churchgate till Goregaon

    Airtel prepaid customer since decade.Using #AirtelFiber 799plan since last 3weeks sorry to say but absolutely disappointed with there fiber service still not got landline calling facility..internet speed is down to 10mbps..despite complaint no action @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
