(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Kindly look into this @Airtel_Presence as I am tired of calling Customer care and they have no ground level contact. Assigned engineers are unaware of upper level. I have choose @airtelindia over rest of the broadband providers just to face this. Totally Unprofessional. #Airtel

Third grade services provided by @airtelindia. Airtel fiber ki 5 days ki booking ke baad bol rhe h pole available nhi h, hum cancel kar rahe h. Are 4 days kaha the apke engineers. Unko pta nhi hota kya. Also Now i am porting my Airtel sim other operator.#0trust @Airtel_Presence
