(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia Recharge of Rs.2999 on 19th April to my airtel mobile number was unsuccessful but money got debited. Bank confirmed the money got credited to Airtel merchant account. Airtel support was not able to validate it. Have lost lot of time and effort, need solution soon.
