  (1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sim mysteriosly swicthed off. Went to 2 stores in Pune - no Prepaid SIMs available. Asked to come after 4 days. For 4 days no service, no OTP, no banking, nothing. Are you doing this to replace old SIMs with 5G SIMs? @VittalGopal
