    I am one of the Loyal Costumer of @airtelindia since 2008. I never changed to Jio who offered free call and internet in the begining . I was still with @Airtel_Presence whoes internet daily limit drained very fast. But the recent Tariff change will force me to quit airtel.

    @airtelindia Complaint number 139980350 from 20th Nov there is no internet and its really pathetic that nothing has been done till now..most importantly,my kids online classes are being affected!!do wake up and rectify the issue at the earliest!!! @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia HI Team, I am a braodband customer of Airtel since yesterday I have been facing network problem in and around my residential address.“UTTARAHALLI 560061.” I registered a complaint in Airtel’s Customer Care Centre, complaint number 140050122.

    In the morning I have tried to connect with customer executive for to resolve issue appeared in airtel sim card. However, the poor IVR system is rotating me in loop. Hope @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence will understand and seriously follow their mission to reduce customer issues.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You guys are just looting the customers, why don't you refund the unsuccessful transaction. Don't even take a complaint about the issue. This is how you are reducing the count of your complaints. Pathetic service.

    I thought @airtelindia try to solve the all queries of their customers, I have seen their ads in television regarding that. However, it seems that first they need to improve the interactive voice response (ivr) facilities to connect the customer executive for solution of issue.
