(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtelcare3 Is this the kind of service you provide, its just about a week i got my airtel fibre broadband installed and from last 4 days the internet service is not working. Am i paying you for free? Cancel my service and refund my full amount.

That's why I called on +91 84481 94778 then that person said in a very bad way that you talk to Dinesh and disconnected the phone. Today, again I called to Er Dinesh, he said it will be done today be 2.00 pm and now it is 3.15. No reply from @airtelindia . Pl suggest what to do?

The worst experience I everfeel from @airtelindia .It's been15 days I done payment for airtel Fibreconnection .But no response from airtel team ,while joining they promised to set up my connection in 3days .Worst part is not evencanceling my connection and refunding my amout.
