    @airtelindia Your customer service personnel don't stick to their words. They change very fast and denies their own statements later. I have come to a point that I'm discounting with airtel broadband.

    There's no human way to connect with a telephone company on the telephone, my issue is been pending for a long time and they say they are only going to provide support on Twitter only. Whyyyy? @airtelindia @sunilcolasotz

    @airtelindia Your network speed is being worst day by day. after 6pm your network been like a legless drunken man no constant speed. To conduct a customer care it's useless.
