I am one of the Loyal Costumer of @airtelindia since 2008. I never changed to Jio who offered free call and internet in the begining . I was still with @Airtel_Presence whoes internet daily limit drained very fast. But the recent Tariff change will force me to quit airtel.

In the morning I have tried to connect with customer executive for to resolve issue appeared in airtel sim card. However, the poor IVR system is rotating me in loop. Hope @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence will understand and seriously follow their mission to reduce customer issues.

I thought @airtelindia try to solve the all queries of their customers, I have seen their ads in television regarding that. However, it seems that first they need to improve the interactive voice response (ivr) facilities to connect the customer executive for solution of issue.
