  (1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

  @airtelindia You guys are incapable of providing proper Wi-Fi since 3+ months. No proper resolution, no responsibility. Getting 30 mbps in 100 mbps with frequent disconnection. Engineer visited several time but no permanent fix. I’m not paying the bill now if this issue persists.

  Airtel technician in the evening that we have to replace setup box and setup box is not available in inventory. Who is going to bear my 10 day recharge value got wasted because of delay in service. Who is going to repay that amount? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @dth_airtel

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @GoI_MeitY Dear Airtel. The Internet service is stopped for 3 days now without any resolution. I asked for air Fiber temporarily which is even not fulfilled. I am loosing in my business revenue. Ac no 20013985593

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia unfortunately I wished to take a new broadband connection with Airtel and the team makes me to think how dangerous wish is that! Finally I decided to cancel also but instead of discontinuing new broadband they have discontinued my old connection 🤷

  @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia , Despite multiple complaints, your team is not ready to fix the network issue in our area. I have been in the current location for more than 11 years. But, for the last 4 months mobile network is very worst.

  Between @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare who has better service and network and plans ? JIO has cheapest plan but their network is absent so useless. Need better coverage in Western suburbs and overall Mumbai/Pune belt
