(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Wake up @airtelindia !!Hard to believe such low levels of #customerservice exists today. 3 issues reported in my 3 month tenure as broadband customer and only 1 was resolved without follow up.Even wrote to appellate and horrifyingly did not even receive an acknowledgement.
