(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

I mistakenly paid the bill to a wrong Airtel number (which is in fact no longer a postpaid number). I've been to the service center regarding the same and they said they can't help it. Please look into it and refund the money asap. @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

Its now 16 days, but my plan has not been downgraded. They dont even have courtesy to talk to me. Everytime I contact them a stupid auto generared mail is delivered to me. Shame on you @airtelindia. You are cheating ppl like me.

I will suggest everyone who are facing network problem on @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Please change your network. I'm also switching my all 6 postpaid network @Airtel_Presence . Because Airtel is useless.

Airtel apps available in stores are useless can't complain that I have **** data connection, it is slow, it fluctuates & sometimes it doesn't even respond. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Fix this! I am facing this problem from past year. I have been complaining again and again!
