(1) I used to think airtel is a good sim and it's customer care services are also good but on the contrary it's services are very bad from the last 5 to 6 days i tried calling to customer care to get the benefits of 5g but they are not responding it @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia this is very disappointing that I'm facing the same problem more than 48hours that my sim has deactivated by airtel suddenly without any notice and to activate it I travel 150km to reach fatehpur Postpaid office but there was no one to help me out this is very bad.
