Cancelled the airtel internet on 23rd July. Still receiving the bills. It was promised that the services will be deactivated within 7 working days, but what about the 2 months advanced rental..i guess that's what customer service is all about @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Dear Airtel Team, My Airtel service were stop on 10th of August. After that I got a new sim card with the same number from Airtel store. But after that I am facing many problems in calling and internet service also. Voice breaking in calling , 4G also not working .

@airtelindia what a crappy app you have and the ivr is useless. Stopping saying we regret the inconvenience and replace my Sim at the earliest. Unable to raise ticket through either channels. sim suddenly stopped connecting to network and your app bot says enable volte.What crap!
