    @airtelindia Please note that there’s no Internet (Broadband) since 20th January 2023. And there’s no response to complaints. If you can’t provide service in our area than please say honestly, we will look up for another alternative. Ashu Jain (LandLine - 011 49074261)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today in deciding to port my 10 airtel number after the worst customer service. Before resolving the complaint the customer person wants to close it. They even don't know how to talk with customers, call drop n no Internet.

    @airtelindia is Tom-toming their 5G service every time you call @Airtel_Presence . They can’t provide half decent 4G service. There are poor network, call drops. The authorities should legally stop these cheats from upgrading unless they provide decent basic services.

    @Airtel_Presence Frequent failure of my Fibre Connection of @airtelindia with A/c no. is 7039799714 has become very usual. Even after my repeated complaints in respect of connectivity problem occurred on 29/01/23, no resolution provided. This is lethargic behaviour. Shame #airtel

    @airtelindia Ur network is terrible. I'm facing this issue every month. My Wi-Fi stops working 2–3 times a month & each outage last 4–5 days. Despite this, u still charge the full monthly fee. Why r u fooling and scamming ur customers? This is completely unacceptable. #PoorService #WiFi #Scam

    @airtelindia @TRAI I took Airtel Fiber in Dec 2025 with a rs100/month discount for 10 months. The June bill didn't include the discount, and I had to pay the full amount. I've complained twice but received no resolution or complaint status. Please resolve this and refund the amt

    @airtelindia It's been over 36 hours since I've raised a service request. It's been closed twice without my consent. I've still not been assigned a technician for this. I've spoken to about 7 of your customer execs who keep telling me we've escalated. What nonsense is this?
