@airtelindia worst customer service I have ever seen, trying since months. No way to talk to a human customer service representative, ai chatbot & automated call support is as useful as a bag of rocks. There has to be some fine for time wasted trying to reach customer support.

@airtelindia facing frequent data issues,signal is available and mobile data is ON, but apps/websites don’t load (DNS resolution failure). If manually set Google DNS or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1), the internet starts working. This indicates an issue with Airtel default DNS/routing.
