    @airtelindia pathetic service. Internet getting cut off randomly without any maintainance notice. Speed isnt stable even after taking extreme fiber. No response to our complaint

    I have wifi at my residence, office and in my hometown . 1 or max 1.5 GB is enough for me but still i am forced to buy 2 GB plan. By this you will start loosing customers. Treat this as a caution before you start loosing customers and revenue. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 2/n

    @airtelindia I have been following up on my UPS installation through your customer care for the last 48 hours. Each representative says they are escalating the issue and promises a callback, but no one calls. Cannot even cancel the order now. Is this a new way to extort money?

    @ganeshsonawane @airtelindia One of the worst signals in the world. I am ashamed to be a customer of airtel for 12+ yrs and should slap on my face for continuing. We are sending rockets to maaangalyan but airtel is not able to provide signals in Kondapur what a shame...
