    @airtelbank Yes, but the issue on Airtel Axis card because of the Airtel thanks app still persists. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia aren't helping resolve the issue, not responding.

    I will tell you how stupid airtel works. They will ask for mobile number even after providing new connection sim card order number. They do not even have the ability to search based on order number. Way to go airtel....@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Very careless Customer assistance provided by @airtelindia. Waiting for technician to solve me broadband problem, and the technician feeling honoured in not picking or disconnecting my call continuously... Loyal customer don't deserves such response. @Airtel_Presence
