REALLY disappointed with Airtel service today. I applied for a new SIM card which was supposed to be active in 4 hours. The SIM hasn’t been active even after that so I reached out to 121, 198, 9898012345 but they aren’t supporting/solving my problem.@airtelindia @TRAI

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how much time taken to get activate replaced SIM. Since 7 hours my card is not activated. What a pathetic service. I m not able to send receive call & banks OTP. Very thirdclass telco service ever seen.
