I came at your laxmi nagar store on yesterday at approx 11.30am for port my number from Vodafone to Airtel so there was an agent whose name is Najis.She was very rude n asked me to go outside & take help from them. I can't help you. @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no use of complaints on dm as they were hardly solved even in offline stores. Earlier sms was not coming now net was not coming. Former problem was not solved new problems arises. Such a shame operator. Solve it asap

@airtelindia Sir, The New Modem 777VR1 seems to be of very poor quality for broadband, as they have changed 3 modems in a month. Earlier I had D-Link which lasted 3 years. My broadband No: 04494067547
