    Price increase of plans every 5 months, service getting worst day by day...came from work in my room at top floor and internet stop working in room... @airtelindia now i understand why indian company buisness doesn't get limelight globally.totally f**ed up.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews My AirFiber issue was resolved, but the tech dept on my 16 Aug 7:19PM call wrongly blamed a loose cable without listening. His behaviour was rude and unprofessional. He refused to help and disconnected. #AirtelAirFiber #PoorCustomerService

    @airtelindia 15 years as your customer and THIS is the thanks? I registered for DND. You did NOTHING. Now I'm in Australia getting spammed daily while YOU profit off roaming charges for calls I never wanted. Absolute disgrace. Fix this. @TRAI please take note.

    @airtelindia Kindly close my postpaid plan i will switch to VI. Even after raising complaint so many times on social media on call no resolution. So if you dont care about ur customer. Then a old customer doesnt care about you i will switch to VI today.
