    @airtelindia In Hyderabad, Kondapur area Airtel experience is very very bad. They are unable to resole the weak signal problem of broadband and mobile. Pissed of with their reasons and poor services. Raised complaint with CC and technical team are unable to solve issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very poor internet connectivity in bhopal from past 3 weeks , was unable to acces any social media sites , very poor speed around 50-80 kpbs even m a postpaid customer from 10 years still facing the problem Kindly go through the problem (9981969167)

    @Airtel_Presence @imhdrana Actually very poor customer support and completely illiterate people in the back end . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence don't care about the inconvenience to customer as soon as my sim is activated I'm porting to Jio

At least @Airtel_Presence is responding to your post but @JioCare @reliancejio will completely ignore the complaint. Think before you do. Spare some time to @Airtel_Presence to help you out there.

    I have lost all my patience , you can imagine it been 60hrs and no service. If you can't solve the issue in 60hrs ot shows 3rd rate technical system and of course the height of cheating. You will make me pay for no service. Disgusting. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia My first complaint was 16-6-2019 time 12:24 Today it has been more than two months but my problem has not been resolved by the Airtel company.
