Nearby airtel store manager asked me to come with the person to whom the sim card was issued. Can't I get the ownership of this sim card as I am using the same from last 6 yrs.

Despite that, my request was closed without consent and billing continued. Multiple 30-minute calls, no resolution. This is unfair billing and poor service. Please resolve immediately
