    @airtelindia we have been waiting for a DTH connection to be installed under Airtel Black for 15 days already. Every time we call the customer care, they say “no info” We want to pay you for your services but you don’t want to make any money? Great way to lose customers.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when you port from other service provider to Airtel, is it mandatory to take postpaid plan instead of prepaid plan? Bcoz that's what your service center guys in Mumbai are saying.
