Pathetic, horrible services from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. I have been trying to resolve broadband issues since 2 days. But customer service is just playing ping pong in different teams. No wonder @reliancejio is gaining market share in this area.

@airtelindia Hi all, I submitted a request for airtel black on 11th Nov 2021 for fiber and postpaid no. My no was converted from prepaid to postpaid on 11th Nov 2021 by sales executives vivek (Contact no9284748557) and fiber is still pending. Worst service third class company
