Heard @TRAI saying that @airtelindia lost 46.13 lakh of its mobile users. Congratulations! Add millions more to that list. As you ain't giving a damn to the issues. It's been 3 months when I started complaining, that too on social media, but issues are still as those were. Worst.

@airtelindia my sim card(8979640348) is not working, CC suggest to replace the sim card. Nearby airtel store manager asked me to come with the person to whom the sim card was issued. Can't I get the ownership of this sim card as I am using the same from last 6 yrs.

@airtelindia I paid the total amount for new installation on June 11 morning itself but still I didn't get anything processed. But you guys mentioned it as same day installation if we pay online. I also sent several messages to airtel cares but the reply is your issue is highlighted
