@airtelindia my sim card(8979640348) is not working, CC suggest to replace the sim card. Nearby airtel store manager asked me to come with the person to whom the sim card was issued. Can't I get the ownership of this sim card as I am using the same from last 6 yrs.

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my broadband connection (DSL no: 054211029514) is down. Your customer support IVR is not accepting responses through phone to lodge a complaint. If your wires are being frequently cut in Varanasi, why don't you look for a permanent solution?
