@airtelindia my sim card(8979640348) is not working, CC suggest to replace the sim card. Nearby airtel store manager asked me to come with the person to whom the sim card was issued. Can't I get the ownership of this sim card as I am using the same from last 6 yrs.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic service. I got fiber connction at home on 26th May.But I couldn't use the speed promisd for more thn 10 days. Raisd 4 tickts which got closd automticlly.Visted Airtl store 4-5 times.Visited Airtl Head Offc in Jammu.Yet no engneer has come.
