    @airtelindia with out recharge airtel is not allowing incoming messages and calls... not outgoing... How you are reaching customer satisfaction.. I don't know..? Could you please explain me.. If in case a person not recharged for a month airtel is not allowing incoming messages

    @airtelindia In my area signal is very poor and net work is very low. Even browsing also very difficult to open. I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

    @airtelindia is also same..Signal will be full and if some one calls it says Switched-off 😠 My satisfaction levels on Airtel is going down day by day 👎👎👎

    @TRAI @airtelindia Hi, with reference to the Service Request no. 31-6953195819209 related to DND issue on your Airtel Number, we have notified & warned the telemarketer about the call/SMS reported by you. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, contact 198 or Appellate . That's it ?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Even though his son personally visited the Airtel center in Hinu, Ranchi, today—carrying a copy of the police report regarding the lost SIM—they refused to issue a replacement. It is absolutely shameless; why on earth should we use such a pathetic service? @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 3/5 We did exactly that: cleared the final bill and paid ₹300 for a new SIM. Today your customer care called to ask why I had closed the connection. The advisor confirmed a change of ownership IS possible the store had misinformed us.

    Dear @airtelindia, I have been raising complaint through your app about the bad n/w in my home both for calls and internet. Everytime you close the incident without resolving the issue. Is it time to switch to a different provider for all the 8 connnections we have?

    I'd used the airtel airfiberIPTV connection, later I moved to other location,I called for termination of the airfiberIPTVconnection to the customer service.Still they've mailed me bill @TRAI Please look into matter @airtelindia charging unnecessary #injustice #fraud #customer

    @airtelindia 3 WEEKS and still no refund! After rebundling my DTH service, I returned the set-top box to the Airtel team as required. The equipment was collected, but my refund is still pending. How long does Airtel need to return a customer's own money? This is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia 18 years as an Airtel customer, and this is how loyalty is rewarded? My complaint has been closed without any resolution. Every time I call customer care, I’m told, “A technician will visit.” Nobody comes. No fix. No accountability. Then the ticket simply gets closed

    Dear @airtelindia the network has become absolutely unusable again. 😤 Continuous rain in my area and since then the mobile data is barely working — sometimes there’s literally no internet at all. We’ve complained multiple times already, but the issue keeps repeating.
