@airtelindia with out recharge airtel is not allowing incoming messages and calls... not outgoing... How you are reaching customer satisfaction.. I don't know..? Could you please explain me.. If in case a person not recharged for a month airtel is not allowing incoming messages

@airtelindia In my area signal is very poor and net work is very low. Even browsing also very difficult to open. I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, when m calling customer care, it’s bcoz I want to talk to someone who could solve my problem. It’s impossible to find the option which can direct me to a customer case representative. Full of unnecessary info rather than actual problem solving.

Sad state of affair that @airtelindia fiber is giving worst ever service in kupwara town.. Waiting from last 3 days to rectify the newly installed connection.. Worst ever team u have.. Plz take ur modem back and pay me back... I don't want to continue ur services
