I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

Every time I contact customer care, I’m given a technician’s phone number, but there is no response from them either. This level of negligence towards customers is unacceptable. Despite multiple calls and repeated 24-hour assurances from customer care and supervisors, there is still no resolution. Disappointed by the lack of accountability.
