    @airtelindia with out recharge airtel is not allowing incoming messages and calls... not outgoing... How you are reaching customer satisfaction.. I don't know..? Could you please explain me.. If in case a person not recharged for a month airtel is not allowing incoming messages

    @airtelindia is also same..Signal will be full and if some one calls it says Switched-off 😠 My satisfaction levels on Airtel is going down day by day 👎👎👎

    @airtelindia In my area signal is very poor and net work is very low. Even browsing also very difficult to open. I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

    I have 5G unlimited plan and getting 5G signal as well but @airtelindia is using my daily data. And the app is worst with no option to chat with the agent

    This is getting worse day by day @airtelindia needs to do a better job . Throughout the city multiple call drops and signal issues are getting worse

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence customer service is absolutely ridiculous. The service partners don’t call the numbers provided, then close the case unilaterally as resolved. Their crm systems don’t seem to work as the customer has to repeat the same details on multiple calls. Joke
