I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

How you are reaching customer satisfaction.. I don't know..? Could you please explain me.. If in case a person not recharged for a month airtel is not allowing incoming messages

Airtel just demands SIM replacements instead of fixing roaming/provisioning logs. No technical fix, only new SIM!
