@airtelindia In my area signal is very poor and net work is very low. Even browsing also very difficult to open. I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

@airtelindia is also same..Signal will be full and if some one calls it says Switched-off 😠 My satisfaction levels on Airtel is going down day by day 👎👎👎

Hello @airtelindia , your broadband has dissapperared from Cochin - Kerala for last three days. Only thing we know is a revised TAT in every 3 hours since then. Mass outage that it didn't even allowing to create a SR ticket! #airtelthanks #XstreamFiber #AirtelIndia

This is really bad experience with @airtelindia. In the last 15 days, this is the 2nd unplanned outage of 5 hrs each for the broadband service. The least you can do is inform the customer well in advance.The information was shared 2 mins after the outage starts. @Airtel_Presence
