@airtelindia In my area signal is very poor and net work is very low. Even browsing also very difficult to open. I have called so many times to customer care but they have raised the request but issue is not resolved. In my area airtel tower is there but network is very bad.

@airtelindia is also same..Signal will be full and if some one calls it says Switched-off 😠 My satisfaction levels on Airtel is going down day by day 👎👎👎

@Airtel_Presence We have received the SIM card. But since 2 weeks there is no network. I mean isn’t this heights if some thing. It’s a torture to wait for the network. There are OTP which are needed. I mean it’s. Pathetic service which @airtelindia has.

@airtelindia Worked directly with your engineer, with your customer care but simplest option was change the router. Worked for 3-4 days again same issue. My office work, my kid's school, my wife's office... we all are suffering while you are busy sending bills for zero svc.
