Gali gali me shor hai, @airtelindia chor hai.. They collect money on first hand then for next 3 days they won't call you, won't install broadband, making false promises. Pathetic service in Bengaluru. Worst experience ever. I will port my postpaid as well now. 😡😡

Does Airtel customer services even read the email. I clearly stated 121 does not give the option to resolve the issue, given them screenshot of proof that my email is updated, still giving same reply- "contact 121 to update email" #shameairtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
