@airtelindia Hello, Broadband services are down from yesterday area Pincode 140401. It's more than 20 hours now and services are still down and no resolution. very unexpected and disappointing behavior from Airtel. The worst part is even customer care is not responding.

@airtelindia I call up on all the customer service nos. I don't see a n option to speak to a real human being. Only the ghastly TVR which sez I sorry u have exceeded the max no of tries. Now I am really scared .
