@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Using airtel postpaid since 2017. My family also uses airtel. My neighbours are using airtel. We all have been complaining abt network issue since 1/1.5 months now. But nobody is listening it seems. It's time for mass PORTing I guess. Goodbye Airtel.

@ViCustomerCare Shame on you. I have requested to port my mom's vi connection to @airtelindia. They told lies to cancel the port request. Today morning called us saying to cancel Vi services and to change to new network i need to send <CANCELph no> to 1900. It was fraud @TRAI

@airtelindia our landline number 04442655253 in dead status for the past several months. unable to raise a complaint thro IVRS even after wasting several hours. Please attend fault quickly. next make fault reporting easy.
