@airtelindia Hi Team, I had raised ticket two weeks ago on Airtel app regarding the network issue at home for our 3 Airtel prepaid numbers. The resolution eta was 2nd Feb 2022 but the ticket is closed without my knowledge. Really not satisfied

Absolutely pathetic service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Broadband plan upgraded for higher MBPS. Plan changed but MBPS still as before. I raised 8 complaints so far. Each person said will be done in 24hrs. It's still not done. Pls advise. Thanks
