@airtelindia I have been trying to contact customer service since last evening at 121, but to no avail. I have been listening to the same menu over and over again and yet no option to speak to an executive. Pathetic service and its only going downhill.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have ported my number out from Airtel to VI, and after porting, No OTP messages are coming on VI evern after 5 days, used to work on airtel. Is there any process/file which is not transferred to VI while porting which is causing this issue?
