@Mani55138222 @airtelindia Similar incident happened with us too, our complaint was also closed while no one came to resolve the issue and it keeps on rescheduling. Worst service from airtel. At last we switched on to Jio fiber @JioCare

On contacting customer care she told me that I should've consulted customer care first then I asked her then why such clause or condition is not mentioned 2/3

@airtelindia my internet connection is having issue, Every alternate month it gets disconnected. also, m not able to raise complaint through airtel thanks app. Need permanent solution on this. And get the service active ASAP
