@airtelindia outgoing blocked without any prior intimation & no reason. Reached the store and got it activated. Again it got blocked -Incoming & Outgoing for 2nd time. No proper response with Customer service and again contacted the store they were blaming backend team @TRAI

Airtel customer experience is unfortunate and pathetic at Agartala. My SIM card isn't working since the last one hour in my phone; while other SIM cards are fine. I'm unable to make emergency calls despite multiple attempts. Need immediate resolve. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@JioCare it's been 2 months now. 100's of calls and complaints but Jio doesn't resolve the issue and even if by mistake they raise a complaint today evening, by tomorrow morning without taking any confirmation from my side, Jio closes complaint to the ticket. @airtelindia Hi!
