    @airtelindia Day 10. Still not received my refund of recharge money amounting ₹ 999 which was paid on 11th June. Obviously I never recieved the service in return of that recharge. Your customer service is completely helpless. They are committing but not providing any solution.

    @airtelindia @therealkapildev I am located at Kolkata. I am facing major issues of no signal with code B001 & re-booting of X stream box. Can the management support me as I am having 2 connections.

    Frankly I expected better service from @airtelindia but this is really disappointing to see they are not even bothered to fix the issue when you raise a cancellation request. They have wasted 5 days of my time. I could've already taken some other service provider by now.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia if my bill payment is overdue by a day your agents can call & remind but who gives them the authority to interrogate asking me the reason why payment is not done. Basic training of courtesy for your agents can go a long way in customer satisfaction.

    I am unable to use airtel broadband services since yesterday and the problem hasn't resolved. Your customer care is saying that they are already working on the complain but still no update. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complain no. 10056011820

    @airtelindia Airtel is the most unethical service providers in India. Don't buy connections. Better switch to other service providers. These guys will sell crap to you with putting an innocent girl face in ads. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia cheaters of the century.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI I and my family members have Airtel connection for many years. This company claim best network service provider in India but sorry to say that they don't have network in our office / building in Kolkata area. All number ported. They don't care

    @airtelindia is now started calling 5X in a day for bill payments interestingly d very next day of bill period. On top of tht they r nt willing to improve their network and data issues. Is that a good customer relationship of so called widest network in India? @Airtel_Presence

    I have experienced worst service by @airtelindia. I have faced Internet issue for more than 10 times in a month and your service providers are refused to pick the calls. @airtelindia , even after registering the complaint your engineers are not available here, they come next day.
