    @airtelindia is extorting money from its postpaid users. It has been 5 days since I asked them to shift my network. They ask for 24hrs everyday and fail. Now I have a different wifi. But they are still billing me for WiFi and not cancelling it. Worst is I can't even port my sim.

    "I have an active Unlimited 5G plan. Even though I am on the 5G network, my internet completely stops working after 13-14 GB daily. Daily 2GB quota is also exhausted. Resolve this backend FUP issue immediately." @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia worst service ever. Your company is not able to resolve sms inbound issue, it's been more than two months I am facing this issue and unable to perform any banking or verification related activity while abroad. Standard response from support - "Wait for 6 to 8 hours".

    Like World Cup plan, my billing details etc etc... I don't want to hear those nonsense, I want to report an issue. Don't your head contain a little amount of grey matter to understand that those information are irritating while the service is not working @airtelindia

    @_kumbhkaran @airtelindia services r becoming worst day by day, even wifi system sucks. No channel on their digital tv system comes with good quality, looks like watching tv 15 years back.
