I am not able to use my cell number, as the service request which should be closed in 4 hrs as per @JioCare, has not been closed after 12 hrs. Not sure aim is to add customers or reduce them. Service request -SR00001EAWET. I hope @airtelindia will learn how to reduce customers.

I am a Airtel broadband user in Manas city Lucknow, city complex in my office, i am also using exitell in my home but i got the badast support survice of Airtel team, after installing the broadband no one is properly responding even. really disappointing @airtelindia

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My 2nd sim is not at all operating. It says not registered suddenly and its catching no tower saying No service. I have tried multiple devices but the result is the same. Nobody is able to call me on that sim as it says I am switched off. Help pls!
