Vi @ViCustomerCare proved to be the worst network than Bsnl. Incoming calls not receiving even after several complaints placed. Thanks to truecaller atleast i know calls are coming. It's better to port to @airtelindia. Made a bad decision by porting from bsnl to #Vi

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia SO NOW, I HAVE A LONG OPTICAL FIBER HANGING IN MY ROOM, WITH NO VISIBILITY ON IF AIRTEL WOULD EVER PROVIDE THE MODEM FOR ME TO USE THE FACILITY. IF AIRTEL TEAM IN HSR LAYOUT, SECTOR 2, BANGALORE IS INCAPABLE OF SORTING THE ISSUE, THEN PLEASE ASK THEM TO REMOVE THE WIRE AND WRAP

Making customers wait for more than 100 hours is nothing but heights of unprofessionalism. Like a cherry on the top, your weaseling call centres guys keep passing the buck and transfer calls to other departments, while I harp on about my issue. Do you have any shame @airtelindia?
