@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst customer service ever I faced with Airtel....!!! For any issue with network they have standard resolution that "there is issue with the SIM & customer need to visit to airtel gallery to change it & that too on chargeable basis.

@airtelindia i am from Hyderabad and my connection was changed to xtreme fiber on jsn 4th saying its mandatory.Since then the signal strength is gone and the agent who installed it doesn't come to fix the problem. Y do make something mandatory and sabotage the existing connection

Hello @airtelindia , i have been using airtel as my primary sim since 9 years. The aim got corrupted yesterday. The problem is that the sim was on someone else's name and that person died 5 years back. Now i can't bring his id or death certificate to airtel store. What to do?

@airtelindia @RBI @airtelnews #airtel Your fraud customer care do not respond keep sending auto-mails asking same questions. The social media team keeps calling 20 times per day with no updates just to tell me they are looking into it after asking me my personal info everytime.
