@airtelindia my broadband connection hasn’t been working since past 3 days and there is no response to the request I placed for technician to resolve the issue. Airtel black makes no difference despite multiple calls. I wonder if there are others facing the same ordeal.

@airtelindia I am trying for a new broadband connection last one week no progress on the application it says activation is pending. I keep getting SMS saying "sorry for the delay will contact in 72 hrs..." but still no resolution. Very BAD experience!!!
