Still after raising complaints of this platform aswell no help from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia only false promises from communication team with no timeline when the issue will be fixed and at same time harassment from customer care continues.

@airtelindia your airtel broadband is one of the 3rd class broadband I have never been seen before. My all work messed up now.Ruthless and non technical staff support. Don't know how to reslove Customer Problems at the earliest.

Hi @airtelindia , really it's getting very unbearable to continue with your service. Validity of unlimited calls is up to 6th jan 21, but intermittent message is coming that account balance is insufficient to make a call.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why there are so many cross connections? Why? I need a concrete answer. This happens only when I try to contact a Jio user. Why the same thing doesn’t happen with Jio? Jio doesn’t have any problem with Airtel. Why only Airtel has problems with Jio??

Quite disappointed with @airtelindia as I recharged with 365 unlimited pack assuming that I'll get subscription if airtel xtreme for my android tv but after recharge it's not working on my android tv which is very sad for me...@airtelindia you should have clearly mentioned it
