I'm on @airtelindia postpaid international roaming. Already asked the customer service to disable internet. Also I never enabled internet but still they bill me for internet usage. @Airtel_Presence pls check into this. 😣

@Airtel_Presence No help since 30 hours and your website mentions 24/7 support for roaming. You are not able to reply on WhatsApp care service as well. Not able to get OTP or anything and stuck with my banking needs. I am stuck in USA and dependent on others be'us of you @airtelindia @GoI_MeitY

@airtelindia (tweet 1/3) I purchased a dongle from your store in Bangalore Gandhi Nagar on March 16th. On that they they didn't give the bill and said they would send in two days as there are some system issues. But so far no bill/invoice has been received.
