    Bill dispute with @airtelindia. Cust-care agreed that there is a dispute. Ticket raised. Without any solution ticket has been closed. Feeling cheated.

    @Airtel_Presence it seems you really don't care about your coustomer's request, it's been more than a year, I'm raising the concern on the internet. Everytime you just log a ticket and close it from your end without resolving the connectivity issue. @airtelindia @airtelnews
