@airtelindia Their customer service is also pathetic as they keep stalling me by giving me random excuses and told to escalate the issue but nothing happened and no one bothered to contact me and I am not able to do my office work due to this!! I got trapped by the hype of #airtel fiber!!

Hey @JioCare @reliancejio It's high time. Your internet doesn't work in my college location. We stay here in the hostel and your rival @airtelindia Works better than you. If the issue is not resolved, I will need to switch the operator. Can't even troubleshoot using myjio.
