    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm in UK & my airtel SIM has got corrupted. I tried reaching out customer care through phone, mail & DM. But I've not get any resolution. I needed this SIM activated urgently as this is my primary no. So pls guide me for possible solutions?

    @airtelindia I got reply from airtel customer care thst samsung s21 plus does not support 4g volte.

    Hi @airtelindia - We tried applying for a corporate connection for our CHS LTD. and after a ton of paperwork submission and follow up it was rejected despite full assurance. Is there anyone who can help get the connection for our CHS as no one seems to know the process.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia MY broadband connection recharge is getting over by 24th Dec'21. I am going to my home town so i am not willing to recharge it for 1 or 2 month. But message i have received that it will be auto renewed with 6 months rental. Plz help.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's shows how non customer centric you are. Post several complain at customer care and post my tweets still no one bother to help. I decided to Quite Airtel with 2 Postpaid and 1 Prepaid connection after AON of 15 years. Thanks for Bad service

    don't even know what is voicemail. Also when I called 198 for complaint then airtel customer care executive told that it voicemail is stopped in India by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia also when I insist then he transferred call to senior ,he also don't know a damn

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Broadband conectivity issue from 5 months raised issues many times, Engineers visited but no resolution of problem. I request for connection closure but support representative offer me 15 days of no bill and a senior engineer visit but No resolution
