    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been 2 days our internet is not working and the reason we are getting is that someone has damaged the main wire of airtel in BRS Nagar Ludhiana. Just 2 days back I got the wifi fixed and after that there is no internet since 3 days.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia without any intimation to customer and without any communication to the customer airtel is cutting the allocation of the internet data. My data cut down from 1300GB to 500GB without any intimation. I got to know from my app after a month.

    No one should take Airtel digital TV services in areas which is a bit outside metro cities. I am an Airtel Black customer and most of the days I can't view any channel or only a few channels while I pay Rs. 700+ every month. I keep raising requests. @airtelindia

    My area’s Wi-Fi has been down for the last 3 days. Despite multiple complaints and repeated calls to the assigned engineer, Pintu Kumar Verma, the issue is still unresolved. I did not expect this level of service from Airtel. Please resolve it urgently.@airtelindia

    @airtelindia Sir I have complaint reg. billing of my past air wifi and present wifi for one billing and regular follow up but no solution provide me by team yet today I also called to care and ask them that if there is no solution then close my airtel wifi, team says no problem

    @airtelindia Once I cancel my port request it should not converted to postpaid. And not even anywhere that once I change from prepaid to postpaid then I have to pay rs 100 or my recharge will be vanished.
