    @airtelindia you claim false promises that your networks are everywhere, we can use data everywhere even in mountains as per Advertisements but the reality is very different I'm not able to able to use data even in my room. I also raised my complaint thrice.

    @netplusofficial Worst service provider ever. The connection is broken from last 5 days. Nobody even bothers to pick the call. Worst service. @airtelindia @reliancejio if you are available at my location . Please respond i will switch today itself.

    @airtelindia am in Punjab ( Ludhiana) and using my number 9596781375 as a corporate number , but your signals are so weak that it becomes difficult even opening an attachment . If this goes on I will have to port my sim to jio who are actually giving a much service than you guys

    Last year Dec I have completed the slow internet speed that jio network team say that problem will be solve with 90days but till I have facing same issue. Poor service. @JioCare @reliancejio @sharmajitech @technicalgruji @airtelindia

    When I got call from Billing department for Bill issue even they also don't know about that 1200/- charges for what they also said you have to w8 for next bill. Even i don't want to continue with this company @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia without any intimation to customer and without any communication to the customer airtel is cutting the allocation of the internet data. My data cut down from 1300GB to 500GB without any intimation. I got to know from my app after a month.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence xtreme internet is dwn for 7 days, absolutely 3rd grade response 4fm local team in d area. 3hrs,5hrs,24hrs n nw 3 days, ds is d response of ur Airtel centre and cust care is agn 3rd grade lvl. Is ds kind of service n dwn tym? 7 days going to 10 days?

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! My Airtel Black Set-Top Box has a booting issue. Complained continuously on July 8, 11, 15, 16 & 17. No technician assigned, no resolution yet!

    @airtelindia Three weeks of poor network, zero resolution. Your customer care promised a callback within 24 hours—it's been over 48 hours and still nothing. You seem better at spending on advertisements than fixing customer issues. Is this the service your customers deserve?

    @airtelindia Xtreme services are worsening with frequent outages, LOS, slow network speed and what not. A total of 36+ hrs alone in this month the service wasn't available. How exactly are going to compensate for those maintenance breakdowns bcoz it costs us money..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Xstream Fiber shifting request was raised on 08 July 2026. Despite multiple calls and repeated 24-hour assurances from customer care and supervisors, there is still no resolution. Disappointed by the lack of accountability.

    @airtelindia This issue has become weekly and sometimes biweekly feature. Now airtel has stopped generating complaint No. Repenting for choosing airteldigital tv. Hopeless and useless service. Height of indifference. They never fail in generating their monthly bills.

    Airtel’s service has honestly gone downhill. My AirFiber stopped working, so I spent over an hour with customer support. They kept redirecting me to a broken mobile app that was not helping at all. Finally, they assigned an engineer. When I called him, he said he does not know how to work on AirFiber. So customer support cannot resolve it, the assigned engineer cannot fix it, and I am left without internet while I have important work to finish. The resolution time given to me is 48 hours. This is what happens when an essential sector is dominated by just 2 or 3 large players. Customers have very little choice, competition remains weak, and companies slowly stop caring about service quality. India needs better telecom competition and stronger accountability. Internet is no longer a luxury. Businesses and livelihoods depend on it. @airtelindia, please do better. Before the support bot asks, my service request number is 11035404075.
