    @airtelindia you claim false promises that your networks are everywhere, we can use data everywhere even in mountains as per Advertisements but the reality is very different I'm not able to able to use data even in my room. I also raised my complaint thrice.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel has stopped hotspot tethering facility or I am the only one who is facing it. 2) poor data speed is a persistent issue. Why to continue Airtel and not shift to J. Please give me a reason.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia every month do i need to tweet about the problem im facing. This is so frustrating i m getting billed more than the plan i m using. Please get in touch asap, my billing date is 18th lets sort this before the due date so i dont get any late pay charge

    @airtelindia IVR is a waste of time. Why not connect directly to customer care representative when it’s urgent. Who shall wait for ur ivr options, then you say you will 0 zero questions...

    @airtelindia please lel m knw the steps to port my no. bcz i knw ur customer service is available & always provide a solution as compared to @JioCare their customer service is poor like a helpless housefly stuck in a cup of tea. Its beeter to change the service provider.

    When I got call from Billing department for Bill issue even they also don't know about that 1200/- charges for what they also said you have to w8 for next bill. Even i don't want to continue with this company @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia am in Punjab ( Ludhiana) and using my number 9596781375 as a corporate number , but your signals are so weak that it becomes difficult even opening an attachment . If this goes on I will have to port my sim to jio who are actually giving a much service than you guys

    I had an issue with @airtelindia broadband once. They asked me to raise a ticket in the Airtel Thanks app. Since the wifi was not working, I was connected to my 4G network. In the app, when I went to the wifi section to raise the ticket, I was asked to connect to the WiFi network. But since the wifi was down, I could not test the connection through the app. Then I switched off the wifi toggle and connected back on mobile data. Then the connection testing started, while I was on Mobile data and the connection was successful. Then the airtel app showed that "Your network is working fine. Thanks for using the airtel app".

    @airtelindia what a pathetic wifi Service by Airtel. Just Worst Internet out from Sunday calling to agents and customer care There is no response Also the service Agent coming from monday And saying 1 thing It will be fix in 10 15 minutes and runs away. Now no one picking calls.

    @yabhishekhd @airtelindia and @ViCustomerCare operators are already doing something like this. I tested it myself with the same device, network, and location, just switching between different plans. Postpaid versus prepaid showed a huge difference in internet speed.
