    @airtelindia please improve your service in Punjab area, else u will lose your potential customers. Raised concern of non working of WiFi since yesterday no complaint is assigned, it’s a nightmare for people working from home. Complaint no 11034367247. SOS

    Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia. We raised a network complaint 8 days ago under our Airtel Black Plan. We were informed that the modem needed replacement, yet no technician has visited till date.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews no wifi from yesterday. In cumulative, may be 24 hrs or more. service request 10987574389 auto created but engineer visit after 3 days. In the meantime, no relief. Relief sought: Pls refund pro rata, prvide unlimited data in airtel mobile

    .@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Booked IPTV on 11 June by paying ₹500 via customer care, but they wrongly booked SD DTH. Cancelled it later, but even after 24 days & 50+ calls to the dedicated team, NO REFUND received, NO IPTV installed. Pure harassment! Resolve imm

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since morning. I was promised resolution by evening, but no action has been taken. Customer care isn’t even connecting. Extremely poor and unacceptable service. @TRAI Please look into this.

    My wife’s SIM stopped working (old/corrupted card). Airtel Fort Mumbai store won’t issue a duplicate, citing a name spelling mismatch for ID verification, then saying they can’t help since it’s Tamil Nadu-registered. It’s her primary number. Please help resolve this.@airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews the issue is still not conclusively closed. I have already escalated this to Airtel’s Appellate Authority as well, but received no meaningful resolution. Need urgent intervention for closure, unbundling and billing correction.
