  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I demand Airtel: Restore the connection immediately. Activate the ₹1729 quarterly plan correctly. Extend the validity for every day the service remained unusable. Explain why customer care provided incorrect information. Explain why my earlier complaints were never registered.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I requested Airtel to share the investigation details and updates through email. That request was also refused. Even today they cannot answer: What is the actual issue? What work has been completed? Why did this happen?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The ₹219 refund was processed. Later I tried claiming the Netflix benefit included with the ₹1729 plan. It never worked. I called customer care and was told it was just a "technical issue" and to wait.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Gurgaon location wifi has not been working from yesterday again.Inspite of calling customer care multiple times no one has visited my place nor I have received technician details till now.Please look into it and get it fixed today itself
