    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Can you get a plan with only 3 things. Internet, Call & SMS & service validity.? We don't want Airtel Xtreme, Hello tune, Fastag, wynk, free course. Some of your packages are really waste of money.

    @airtelindia, I had subscribes to your internet service.. paid for 3 months earlier.. then converted it to monthly.. but you sent me only quarterly bill.. I want monthly bill for claim purpose in my company. Please help, its frustrating.

    @airtelindia my BB plan was switched to Monthly against 6 monthly without informing me. now giving all stupid reasons.I want my BB plan reinstated as it was previously, else show me the request number where I asked it to be changed.

    @JenishaRani @airtelindia That's their standard response :) push them a few more times and you will be able to predict what their response would be. Just so pointless. I've had three service requests created and auto resolved in 2020 and they had the audacity to ask for a feedback.
