    A full day and half a day today of endless tried to get thru @Airtel_Presence customer service agent. The outdated bot with limited query journey keeps coming back with the same questions and answerz. The customer is truly the joke here!     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel_wifi I have been using Airtel wifi broadband for the past 6 years. Over the last few months, it's become very worst. My internet connection not working in Chennai for last 10 days and multiple complaints raised, issue still exists. Very bad.

    @airtelindia even after making payment why I'm getting such message for service disconnection. If you people are not willing to update the payment status of our postpaid connections then we will switch our all the 9 connections to @reliancejio postpaid for better service.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Seriously disappointed with Airtel. Paying for ₹349 "unlimited 5G data" but not getting what's promised. This has been going on for 6 months. Full network but no real service. Stop fooling customers or be ready to face legal action. #Airtel #ScamAlert #ConsumerRights

    @airtelindia I did not activated International pack but charged in my bill. I went abroad but not used IR. How come please explain. When I had requested it. You help number is repeating same record . No use.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your service. We requested a new Airtel Fiber connection on Friday, and your team promised installation within 24 hours. Payment was collected immediately, but it has now been 3 days with no installation.

    @airtelindia 15 days, no working internet. You promised fiber but installed wireless. App shows false resolution, customer care is useless, and your rep Hassan was rude. Why should I pay for a service I couldn’t use? Fix this now.
