    @airtelindia how can one talk with customer care executive when you've neither given an option in app nor on 198? I have recharge benefits related issues & I can't connect with any customer care agent. #pathetic_airtel

    @airtelindia needless to say they charged for it. I called the assigned customer care rep- Nirbhay to solve the issue, he said he would call me back in 2 mins, which of course he didn’t, I tried calling him several times upon which he switched off his phone.
