Also, U still havent answerd my last Q. I am ok to hold back Airtel's bill paymnt till dis is sorted?

    @airtelindia I have taken an airtel wifi subscription on May 28 which included jiohotstar and zee 5 ott subscription, But I didn't get the jio hotstar subscription as promised in the plan I selected, I called your customer care twice, Still my issue isn't resolved.

    @airtelindia raised ticket for wi-fi issue in app.I was given 9th June 9.30-10.30 am. Found that the neigbours too face the issue. Qs: When entire locality faces issue, why airtel could not detect automatically? How do you claim 24x7 service after giving 36 hrs wait time?

    Extremely disappointed with Airtel service. My WiFi has been down for 4 days, and despite multiple complaints, no technician has resolved the issue. Please escalate this matter immediately and provide a permanent resolution. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #Airtel #AirtelFiber

    Dear @airtelindia its been 4 days i have raise request for shifting my broadband and it is still not processed your employee says it will be done in 24 hours i have been calling daily toady also i called them and they just hung up the call his name was Akash pathetic service.
