    @agrawalshishir @airtelindia Very true, be it Airtel or jio etc. The services are not like before, the agents lack knowledge and they just escape from the situations. So I agree this is the new Airtel. Very lazy staff, and inefficient too. I have had the same issues

    Dear @airtelnews @airtelindia please try to check the network connection. While calling and using internet daily I'm facing a problem in the same criteria. Kindly resolve this else I will port my number to @reliancejio and definitely they will resolve the same in better aspects.

    @airtelindia please don't false communicate with customer's, I have start your Xstream fiber service from last four days and I had to raised three complaints in these four days regarding internet issues. Now I have requested for disconnected the services and refund my dues.
