  @airtelindia Airtel stops OTP services right after a recharge expires because they know OTPs are essential. Feels like forcing users to recharge immediately. I’ve decided to port to Jio. Worst telecom experience ever.

  @Mandira52166602 @airtelindia "Madam, you should get another company's connection. Airtel's app and customer care numbers do not work properly. You can check Netplus or Jio. Airtel is really bullshit."

  @JM_Scindia @airtelindia support to get it resolved still more than 1 year broadband service is not active in the place like bangalore as there is some issue with local in-terms of cables. Kindly get it resolved.

  Wi-Fi is down for 4 days and there's no resolution provided. There's no one to speak to in CC as well. Worst services ever @airtelindia. If I call CC, they are offering other Wi-Fi packages instead of getting someone to resolve.

  @airtelindia Its been a month since we installed Airtel Wifi connection, and the engineer has visited thrice. Today morning he visited our home but wifi is not up yet. Registered mobile number is 7028093419. Please let us know if we should switch to an alternate service provider.
