Your network is also worst in my area in comparison to @airtelindia, I am facing data speed issue due to serving cell is highly utilized cell. Capacity addition required to resolve this issue and there is no immediate plan for capacity addition !

@ViCustomerCare I can understand price hike will help you to provide better services to us but discontinuing double data offer is very bad decision, I was using your network just for this offer, Why should I recharge ₹839 when @airtelindia is offering same offer on ₹698 ?
