  Poor network in Rustampur, Raebareli (Uttar Pradesh) despite having an Airtel tower. Even with a 5G plan, the internet speed is like 2G. If this issue is not resolved soon, users will port to Reliance Jio. Please resolve this urgently. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TraiIndia

  @airtelindia Xstream fiber is the worst wifi broadband service I have experienced so far. It's not even been 1 month since I am using and it has been down for more than 10 times. You can't even lodge a complaint through their app. Customer care number also don't lodge complaint.

  My @airtelindia wifi has not been working since Friday morning, complaint (11028189505) raised immediately but no resolution/visit till now @Airtel_Presence . Called Airtel Dedicated service team, they escalated matter but still no resolution. Very bad experience.

  Hi @airtelindia, I’m facing 5G connectivity issues again, this has been reported multiple times before. Even in a 5G area, Auto 5G stops working randomly, disrupting my work and meetings. Please fix this urgently.
