  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if anyone wants to sub ott doing to as stand alone .. recharging with OTT claim is trapping the customer. Pathetic and calling Airtel. After recharge it will take ages to even address the issue let alone resolve it.

  Update: The @Airtel_Presence team reached out and the fiber installation was completed today. The technician was professional and ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. I appreciate the swift resolution once escalated. @airtelindia #CustomerService #AirtelFiber

  @airtelindia @AmazonHelp @amazonpay Mistakenly recharged ₹195 instead of ₹199 for a basic phone user. This plan isn’t usable. Please either convert it to ₹199 or cancel & refund. Otherwise, the amount will go to waste. 🙏
