    @airtelindia Airtel authority must know the speed of their Airtel4G Network where a simple file of Kilobyte is not downloading. How can we expect a YouTube video for students depending online classes & comp.Exams. My all emails to their office went in-vain so far.Remedy expected.

    @airtelindia #customercare The internet services in the last few days has been next to nothing. It shows full strength network and 4G symbol but the speed is like being in the 2G world. Even the app doesn't work using the network. Location: Bharuch, Gujarat.

    Airtel customer representative told me that they can't reverse/cancel the recharge as I used paytm instead of airtel app. I even gave my friend's airtel number to see if they could transfer the recharge to him as I wont be using it anyways. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
