@airtelindia Airtel authority must know the speed of their Airtel4G Network where a simple file of Kilobyte is not downloading. How can we expect a YouTube video for students depending online classes & comp.Exams. My all emails to their office went in-vain so far.Remedy expected.

@DoT_India Any update here? The @airtelindia is misusing the regulation mentioned for security deposit also for the refund. Please help here to file the case against them. They haven't refunded my money back still, it has been more than 2 weeks.

@Siddhartsingh27 @airtelbank @airtelindia Its better to deactive fastag from airtel bank, same happend to me and lost around 480/- and the customer service is leasr bothered even after 3 months no refund is given, so purchased fastag from another provider to save money in future

1. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Incident SR 10054181026 raised yesterday morning at 9AM regarding broadband issue, I have received msg with person name with 11AM as resolution time. But no call or person arrived and incident has been closed automatically stating issue resolved.
