    @airtelindia Airtel authority must know the speed of their Airtel4G Network where a simple file of Kilobyte is not downloading. How can we expect a YouTube video for students depending online classes & comp.Exams. My all emails to their office went in-vain so far.Remedy expected.

    @airtelindia your chat bot is good for nothing and your customer support team is also a waste of time. Just enjoying the duopoly and giving the paying customers hard time, priority support for Airtel Black users is also a joke.

    @airtelindia I have raised multiple queries regarding the billing issue for the Airtel Broadband Account Number- 20021098811 Landline No - 08042146420 I have still not received a response for the same. It has been 6 months already still there is no resolution for the issue.

    @Ahmedshabbir20 @airtelindia As always. Power of Duopoly. Country like India which has population of 145 cr has got only 2 active telecom operators. Customers don’t have option to portout. So service provider least bothered about customers. India should have at least 15 operators actively

    Anyone should NEVER use @airtelindia @airtelnews WiFi. I haven’t used it for 2 months still they are charging me some overdue payments. They are not allowing me to discontinue their service, I have tried atleast 10 times and extorting money. Shame on you!

    For DSL ID 013111219134_dsl, my Wi-Fi is not working again. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This has become a recurring issue. Almost every month, I face the same problem 2–3 times. Please resolve this permanently instead of temporary fixes. It's really frustrating. 😑
