    @airtelindia Airtel authority must know the speed of their Airtel4G Network where a simple file of Kilobyte is not downloading. How can we expect a YouTube video for students depending online classes & comp.Exams. My all emails to their office went in-vain so far.Remedy expected.

    Hello @airtelindia i had a number in 2016-17 with me which was postpaid and i am currently also a black postpaid customer of airtel. I have checked that number is still with you unassigned. Can you help me get back that number as number is not my area and stores are unable.

    @airtelindia 5G feels like 2G even for postpaid customers, getting poor day by day your chat, bot is even poorer than your 5G. Doesn’t understand a word. I am paying ₹900 per month for this incredibly worst service ever from Airtel. congratulations on this achievement.🎉

    Dont even get me started on the postpaid to prepaid switch. They never let you do that. @airtelindia what is that app is even there for if tour not able to do a simple switch.

    @airtelindia network down for the entire society and taking 5-6hrs for the restoration..you really need to improve customer service ASAP.. earlier I never faced this long downtime with @FibreJio

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I called them about 2 years ago and told them to disconnect the broadband services. 2 jokers did that, and left all equipment here. Have since moved to Jio and they respond in 2 hrs. Shoddy service by the broadband team.
