  Dear @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence , your customer used to suffer with your service just because of non-availability of technicians between 6 pm to 10 am in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. Due to this , almost 18 hrs took to repair breakdowns. This time it's happening 3 times/week

  @airtelindia , my wifi is not working since 3 days. It was showing outage in my area for first day then i have submitted the complaint. But still not resolved. Please do something needful.

  @airtelindia You are taking huge monthly charges for wifi network after that your complaint solution team in ahmedabad is zero level, I am chartered accountants and file complaint before three days no solution from your side. Your team does not understand the urgency of people.
