Also, my mother and I both have @airtelindia sim cards but she can use VoLTE services on her device(@RedmiIndia 5A). I can't. Also, I've noticed that internet connectivity and speed is better on her phone than it is on mine. Please provide some help.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since last 2 dyz fiber connection is totly down, if smthing is broken down, u should keep backup plan,it is been 48hrs and conexn is brken down.Our work is getting intrpted. Plz take imdiate action to resolve this issue asap. id- 055146451460_dsl

A very broken user experience both on product and customer service. (The person kept apologizing and saying please look at the app for validity, if I had to do that why would I be speaking. Why keep a call center if you cannot empower) Will switch to @airtelindia

@airtelindia for family plan , adding prepaid no and taking customer on board you can do it online and for deduction registration you are required to visit branch. Airtel do u think by making exit painful you can keep customer with you...sorry I am porting my 4 yrs postpaid no.
