    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have broadband connection. I called at Noida office for shifting my connection to new address. The person asked me to get a new connection instead. Sounded very unprofessional If I have to get new connection I will change the service provider too

    @airtelindia @AirtelCares1 Customer care if you get through after pressing so many buttons and they able to locate your account, they say " Sincere Apolgies" and the phone gets Disconnected. Whom to approach and what to do? No out going calls for business since 4 days Pathetic times

    @airtelindia this is my first month of broadband and you guys pissed me off How can u do this with the customer on a working day and on working hours how can u drop down the Internet and not for a day it's continued for 3 days I really want get rid of this as soon as possible
