    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Need immediate fix I m suffering past 3 days my Airtel Black fiber network connection disconnect each 1-2hr sometimes 4-5hr i have raised complaint tech person came said fiber power 28dba to high than next day another people came who handles wires

    @airtelindia Interestingly, when I remove and reconnect the cable, the connection starts working again. Why does this happen, and why only during these hours? Please arrange an immediate physical technician visit, identify the root cause, and provide a permanent resolution. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel @Airtel_Presence - again same problem. Unable to apply rewards on the bill payment. Now this has become a regular monthly activity to ping u to get it resolve. But u r so busy that u can't even listn nor resolve.
