    @airtelindia during complaint redressal I have black and white hard copy of my Aadhaar card whether your office at Kankarbagh,Patna, Bihar is seeking colour hard copy of Aadhaar Card. I think it is not right. Correct procedure needed at your office.

    @airtelindia Have been trying to reach out to a personal and I'm forced to listen to IVR and cut the call after a long wait with no solution to my issue. The issue is I had recharged for 181rs which was available but it doesn't work anymore and package is not available either

    Worst ever customer support from @airtelindia don't know how will i contact them apart from social media platform and email. Your chat assistant doesn't allow to connect with agent instead ask to call on 198 your 198 IVR doesn't allow to connect with agent.

    @airtelindia and their congestion in the network will only hit you, when you are in need. The worst experience i have ever had from a telecom network.

    @Airtel_Presence Already contacted on DM and now you are redirecting to WhatsApp which redirects to App which doesn't resolve any issues. @airtelindia is a scam machine.

    It’s been close to a month, I applied for Airtel black services for broadband and dth, they asked me to pay 3 months upfront payment that I did and they installed the broadband but they didn’t install the dth. Upon contacting support care team @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
