  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why is it so hard to get esim for a new line. Your customer care and store reps are clueless. One person who understood the process says it’ll take 14 days to add an email id and then activate esim. Why do we have wait so long to get an esim?

  @aparanjape @nlast099 @airtelindia BSNL is good. Consistent speed, almost no interruptions. Easy complaint booking & you can just msg d person who installed in case of issues. Only suggestion keep d modem in d room u need it d most. You broadband is horrible, took 20 calls & 2 wks for a technician to come.
