    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence even the regular 5G has all of a sudden stopped working properly or performing in my area. The tower has some major issue. But i have not been contacted either for my Xstream Airfiber not working & pretty sure this wont be discussed either.

    @airtelindia is pathetic in Gachibowli, @hyderabad - they just take customers for granted! Both my broadband & mobile phone sim are airtel & at least thrice a month there are random (total) cutoffs without any notice. Their customer service is also non existent! Contd…

    @airtelindia Facing multiple slow speed or no internet issues in Pune for almost 2 weeks now. What is happening? Today I was not able to lodge a complaint on the customer care portal on Airtel Thanks App as well. What is the cause for these frequent failures in Pune?

    @airtelindia - I have taken mistakenly your WiFi connection, I raised multiple complaints almost 7 tickets. Surprisingly, all the tickets have been marked as Resolved without getting a single call or visit. Your customer care has not taken responsibility to provide the resolution

    @ThePuneMirror dont target income of people to boast about struggle and jobs. If some guy is jobless uske liye ladki IT ki MH se tgt kyu hogi? Uske rehne k liye problems create karna using whose HR group? Itna tumko b pata influencer n airhostess scams. @EUCouncil @airtelindia

    "I have an active Unlimited 5G plan. Even though I am on the 5G network, my internet completely stops working after 13-14 GB daily. Daily 2GB quota is also exhausted. Resolve this backend FUP issue immediately." @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel does not care Airtel is only a money-making company Airtel's bot does not understand customer issues Airtel Customer Service staff is confused and cannot solve any issue. My Case: I took an overseas package for 1 month and got billed twice in an interval of 1 minute. My bank auto-paid both. It took me 1 month to convince them to refund the duplicate payment. Next, the 1-month package did not work at all wasted time making it work, but no luck. They charged more at the international rate for two days, as my phone was on even after the expiry of the package. On return, I asked them to look into the case and give me the details of the usage, if any, but today they have sent me the bill which was auto-paid, plus the addition for 2 days, plus the rental charges twice with a request to pay. This is problem solving for Airtel for a loyal customer.
