    @airtelindia Facing poor data speed since a month at my location. Have raised the matter on more then couple of occasions but nothing done. Such poor technical helpdesk of yours, they close the complaint without actually working on it. Frustrating to be an airtel customer.

    Airtel fiber internet customer care is non existent. All there is a basic chat bot. Major day time outage and there is no concept of reimbursement for the days cost which is already paid for. So @airtelindia. It's funny they are launching so called innovative network slicing etc.

    Airtel has become a complete headache. Despite multiple complaints, no one is taking ownership or providing a resolution. Even DMs are being ignored. Very disappointing customer support experience. Other service providers seem to be doing a much better job. @airtelindia
