    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , my broadband is not working from few days after several complaints and escalation still the issue not resolved, is this way Airtel satisfying his customer, only advertising zero issue reports from customers

    @Airtel india. Poorest network service provider. Once you consumed half of your daily limit then @airtelindia deliver 2mbps speed for your usage. And for that poorest serve they are claiming the best service provider recognition.

    @Airtel_Presence It has been 3 days, and I was promised 8 hours SLA.. a simple request for shifting the connection is not being completed, really bad customer service guys, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia being a market leader, it should show some sense of customer service!

    @airtelindia please a request for disconnection of DTH box no 002 a week ago..got a call from Airtel Team stating someone will cone to pick DTH box in 1 day..No one bothered to call or come to picking the box.When call customer care they have another level of arrogance..

    @airtelindia My Wi-Fi shifting requests were repeatedly cancelled. Your store took payment for a fiber connection that your engineer later confirmed isn’t available at my address. I then requested AirFiber transfer, but I still have no resolution or refund. Unacceptable.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence day 9 of no response from airtel. I am being harassed to no extent by airtel customer service. I am literally crying talking to them and this is when they say I am a premium customer to them cant imagine what service they give to normal people
