    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very disappointed to see that company has not enough engineers to resolve the complaints regarding broadband connections. I registered complaint today about no Internet, but company will send engineer tomorrow. 😡😡😡😡You don't care

    @airtelindia, while u are endorsing 5G @ Huge scale, please improve the 4G first. I am facing issues with call quality and Internet speed. Both are pathetic. Already Logged complaints twice but still no improvement. #Airtel4Gisdead #airtel5gplus👎👎

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Yaar Bahut He Beysharam Bandey Ho Tusi Airtel Wale. I have complained several times for Network Problem & Call Dropping Issues. But No Solution Providing Yet. Are you competing with BSNL ? Infact BSNL have improve their Services.

    @Airtel_Presence It has been 3 days, and I was promised 8 hours SLA.. a simple request for shifting the connection is not being completed, really bad customer service guys, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia being a market leader, it should show some sense of customer service!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI It's been over a month and Airtel has still failed to restore 5G service despite repeated complaints. I paid ₹649 for Unlimited 5G but cannot use it at my location. Why are customers being charged for a service that isn't being provided?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I regularly receive my WiFi bills on my email ID, but when I raise a grievance from it, support rejects it stating "email not registered." If it's not registered, how am I getting the bills? Please fix this endless loop! Shared details via DM

    @airtelindia @Airtel Was supposed to get a resolution by the 3rd for this ticket number for wrong number recharge- RTPRV5BLR20260624872680 But haven't heard from you again . Update? Or do you just pacify us momentarily and then forget about it or hope that we do?!

    So I have Shifted to a new flat in Bengaluru recently, and after hearing good reviews about @airtelindia, we got an Airtel Wi-Fi connection. We even paid extra for the UPS installation. It's been almost a month since the payment, but the UPS still hasn't been installed. We've tried reaching out multiple times through emails, but every single time we receive the same automated reply. No actual update, no resolution. You can clearly see: - Payment made on 15 June - First email sent on 26 June - Follow-up emails every 2–3 days - Another email on 7 July - Yet, the same automated response every time. This level of customer support is honestly frustrating. Can someone from @airtelindia please look into this and help resolve the issue?

    @airtelindia Your internet service in Jammu & Kashmir is testing customers' patience every single day—premium prices, but unreliable connectivity. Enough of the promises. Fix your network in J&K or stop charging people for a service that consistently falls short.
