  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Converting from sim to esim caused my service disconnect. 121 calls allows you to report - but will say they registered the case and they are working on it - will be resolved in 10 days. 121 does not let you talk to customer support unless you want new connection. Contacting through private message on X doesn’t get you anywhere. Airtel customer support is just a joke!

  I cannot even browse basic internet nor actually place calls and speak to people , this is a mockery of network in the world of 5g .
