Asad Khan (@asad96khan) reported@AirtelIndia broadband is an absolute nightmare. WiFi barely works most of the time, WFH is impossible, and support is deliberately designed to be useless. You’ve hidden every way to reach a real human. That bot on the app is completely brainless, it understands nothing and just traps you in loops. How does a basic disconnection request not have a clear option? Or is making it difficult to leave part of the plan? This is beyond poor service, it’s outright customer harassment at this point. Get your act together.

Struggling to get other 2 SIM for last 7 days with exec & CC unable to help. CC refused to give complaint#, instead asked me to go to Store.
