I tried “managing my subscription” through the app — but since I’m on IOS and it’s not managed by Apple you can’t unsubscribe there. I tried “managing my subscription” through the browser — but perplexity only allows you to upgrade and pay more. Not cancel a free Airtel provided subscription. At this point it is just disappointing to see that’s how they making these frustrating dark patterns. As a regular developer it should be easy to for someone like to figure this out. But if I can’t — I wonder what’s happening to all the other regular folk out there. Good luck trying to mail their support.
