Need to reconnect every time when switching from Data to Broadband 🙏… Connecting to TV is Horrible 🤬… Chnage the Model or Improve your service ASAP… @reliancejio how’s your services?

Zero reliability. And customer care? Even worse. When you call them, you only get a ******* voice agent/bot. It keeps looping the same useless script again and again, never understands a single word you say, and deliberately traps you so you can NEVER talk to a real human. Absolute psychological torture. I paid ₹979 for their so called "3 month unlimited 5G" plan. Unlimited? What a ******* scam. After just 300 GB they throttle you into the ground. 5G becomes slower than 2G. Data crawls so hard you can’t even open Twitter or Linkedin properly. Absolute fraud. Worst experience of my life. @airtelindia is trash. Switch before they rob you too.

You raise complaints to appellate authorities and what happens next , the ticket closes the very next day without a resolution, happened once after writing to concerned authorities and this is now second time, screenshot attached. How do they operate? You raise a ticket and you receive a sms acknowledging a ticket is open and will be resolved within 2 weeks and you wait for another email saying it resolved and you don’t receive it , you go back to app to check it is closed. You are in assumption that 2 week resolution was given and you forget and that is what they catch on to and close tickets ? Appellate authorities at Airtel are just a laughing stock bots. You send email , boom ticket is closed.
