@airtelindia no use by raising a Complaint.... My network is poor during 7pm-10pm .. raising multiple Complaints from March onwards still facing trouble with the Data network ... OMG 🤯🙏 @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @airtelindia Airtel Agra Sales team is cheating they are taking money for fiber 100 Mbps unlimited Plan for 6 months but giving cheaper plan instead which has 100GB download limit. Now when I ask them to fix they are not responding.

If not for International firms operating in India, customer service would have been an unheard of concept in India. Case in point @reliancejio. Their operating premise is low price period. For quality and customer support @airtelindia is a better bet.

@ACTFibernet doesn't help it's customers though we're with them for years. For a shifting request, they don't accept an electricity bill but they out that as part of valid documents !! Will think of shifting to @airtelindia
