I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again. I tested the SIM in both slots, and another Airtel SIM works normally in the same phone. Please check and help.
