    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since evening(6pm) I'm facing severe network trouble issues can't able to use data services...I tried all troubleshootings specified by airtel IVR & submitted complaint via irtel Thanks app regarding network issues but no use as fo now...F*** 🤯🥶

    @airtelindia Network sucks when doing work..... No Surprise why customers are going gaga over your competitor?? Me too not an exception if give another excuse to clear my Network Problems these days...Look into that First 🤯

    @airtelindia #complaint No. 10020589243 #Rudeness Abhishek from Airtel asked me rudely to disconnect.He was happy to let customer than resolving the issue. #CustomerService seems horribly wrong. Since 14/2 the upgraded plan is pending for change of modem & money is being charged.

    @airtelcomplaint @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - HIGHLY Concerned with SIM quality, 3rd post paid SIM stopped working, . Showing "Invalid SIM" & SIM ERROR. NOW i need to travel 16 KMS JUST to replace my SIM.NOT satisfied and never faced SUCH problems with JIO and Vodafone.

    @Airtel_Presence I went to the Brookefield Bangalore store today and was told upfront that the eSIM facility is not for Prepaid customers. Care to look into this issue @airtelindia ?

    @airtelindia I think airtel are facing 2 problems 1) Don't have money in your company bank account for install new towers 2) Don't have man power.

    @DoT_India the quality of mobile service is so poor that I don't have a memory when was the last time I had a call without a drop or when I saw my phone with full tower network. @airtelindia @reliancejio both are very incompetent and more focused on profit rather than service
