My prepaid connection was converted to a postpaid connection without my consent or approval, and a bill has now been generated for this change. I did not request or authorize this conversion, and I am concerned about how such a change was processed without my confirmation. I request an immediate investigation into this matter, reversal of the connection to the original prepaid plan, and waiver of any charges raised due to this unauthorized conversion. Please treat this as urgent and resolve it at the earliest.

Airtel had solved the issue. and i have received my network and recharge amount back to my number. 27 days To solve a customer issue is a long time. If the same trend continues #airtel is going to be in trouble to retain customers.
