  @airtelindia What’s even more disappointing is that every complaint ticket I raise is automatically closed without my consent and without any resolution. I have tried every possible support channel customer care, email, dm and still there has been no genuine resolution.

  @airtelindia This is unacceptable. I have paid for services that Airtel has failed to provide. I expect: • A full refund for the period during which the services were unavailable. • Immediate resolution, or I will permanently switch to another service provider.

  Hello @airtelindia The wifi is not working for the last 3 days Yesterday the service man came and told he will check the wirings outside He did not come back. WiFI still not working The renewal is this month end I am shifting to @HathwayBrdband Bye Bye.

  I am unable to make or receive any calls since I ported my number to @airtelindia . My device supports VoLTE, but VoLTE is not provisioned from the backend. They have restricted the SIM to only connect to 4G network in smartphones, they don't enable VOLTE @TRAI @airtel
