Your customer service just says it will be done in 4 hours everyday. I have spent enough time talking with you. If my issue is not solved by the end of the day, I will be complaining at the consumer grievance. I haven't been able to use the internet for the last 5 days. Your team creates unwanted orders at their side and customer has to suffer. They are not even cancelling my connection as orders as still in pending stage which I haven't even created. You are not even replying on dm.

Every day an engineer is assigned, he visits, does nothing, says it’ll be fixed the next day & then stops picking up calls. Fix this or just disconnect my connection at this point!
