    @DoT_India I'm thankful at least you have thought to push this forward, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence does not even bothers to talk to their own customer and understand the problem, it's a very big and a serious issue of Data theft and personal information being handed over to starngers.

    @airtelindia I have clearly mentioned so many times that I have not sent msgs to 9158234. But all you guys replied was I need to pay the bill , I kept on asking whether it's a security concern or any other issue.. but all you guys cared was for the payment of the bill.
