    @airtelindia very bad experience applied for airtel fiber wifi in Munshiganj Raebareli technician came for installation yesterday but router not working and technician and area manager keep telling that it will start in 1 hr since yesterday...making customer fool

    @airtelindia what is best solution to have same signle stregnth to indoor/deep room for the SIM card because sometime outside have much better speed than the WIFI. do you have any solution ? like antena or booster for SIM strength ? do you have any?

    A month of silence from @airtelindia shows how callous they have become toward customers. This arrogance comes from the duopoly we now have. With a massive user base, maybe one customer doesn't matter to them. But for customers, connectivity is sometimes a matter of life & death

    @airtelindia I am extremely disappointed with the quality of your Airtel Fibre service. Despite paying for a high-speed internet plan, I am facing frequent disconnections, slow speed, and unstable connectivity on a regular basis.

    @airtelindia internet is out of service for three days. Complaint was registered on 12 may 2026. Dedicated team keep lying that connection will be restored soon for two days. Poor service.

    @airtelindia Why you guys are taking ip tv request if your engineers won’t install it even after the payment & request being open for 25 days? Horrible service and customer support!!
