In DM, they asked me to check @airtelindia website for updates but didn't mention how soon they can provide a resolution.I can't keep paying bills for services which I'm not gettin. I'll definitely port if u can't reinstate 4g on my no.

    .@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia stop your customer care. Your IVR is the most worse exps for any customer. Broadband not working last 1 and half days and no one there to even respond. Last 1 week this is 2nd time.

    Dear @airtelindia its been more than a month now. My first complain was on 10th jul before that i have waited for some days to get my issue resolved. Everytime i raise complain i just get assurance but not resolution. Is there anyone who can help me out in this subject.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your customer support has gone bad… booked for airtel mesh online and paid the amount. No response till date message was received for installation within 2hrs. 198 is blank and has no satisfactory response. Rather they have no idea for resolution

    @airtelindia, is your SLA 16 days? It is too much, really worst.we have registered the Complaint related to Network on your Airtel Number 9619****34. Service Request No. 31-4247200964786, dated 13/08/2022. we will work on the same and get back to you with an update by 29/8/2022.
