    Dear @airtelindia i am getting a weak signal from 20days in my location(middle of the town).very disappointed with this from you. And you are showinh strong signal in himalayas in your advvertisement, In reality It wont come even in towns. Very irritating...

    @airtelindia So I change my Wi-Fi from Airtel black to IPTV on suggestion from Airtel because traditional FTH has lot of problems u get a new connection new router and IPTV box in May- June I receive 2 bills I pay both, in July I again receive 2 bills.

    @MyIndusIndBank @rajivanand I was unable to contact 1860 267 7777 from my prepaid account with @airtelindia. I migrated to a postpaid account and attempted to reach customer support but was directed to voicemail. There has been no further progress.

    @airtelindia I am vignesh, past 1 month my landline connection +914446472577 not working I tried to raise a complaint about this but I didn't found a way to complaint about landline there is only showing internet and wifi dth related only so please address this issue and rectify

    @airtelindia @airtelnews why have you made your IVR so pathetic that if a person needs to talk to a human executive, then he will never be able to do so? I am an old customer of Airtel and facing disgusting issue regarding my recent IP TV request but no response from airtel!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it’s been 3 days, already spent 2 hours on call waiting and speaking to call enter and another 2 hours with installation agent. However the person refuses to install. May be as I’m existing black customer and company has no interest serving exusting

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed. I’ve already emailed, but no response. Paid ₹1,500, installation is still incomplete, and no one is attending the issue. Request ID: 01244698473. Resolve it or refund my money.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your Pune Kalyani Nagar store has the worst customer service. Staff doesn't even bother replying to issues or explaining what the charges are for It's been more than 2 weeks I have raised an issue this is still not resolved My services are suspended
