  @airtelindia lets connect and get airtel air fiber installed at my place, will have to close my @JioCare connection as they seem to not be bothered by their customer issues as I can see lit of issue floating around on X with no resolution for 20 days.

  @airtelindia Called customer care 6-7 times, everything i have been told to wait for another few hours. Just because the connection engineer is about to come, I was sitting home to wait for them leaving my other work stuff.

  Don’t use Airtel. @airtelindia Your network in a major hub like Gurgaon is completely pathetic. I can’t even send a simple text on WhatsApp. Disgusted with this zero-connectivity service. Moving both of my postpaid numbers to another operator immediately.

  Finally discontinued Worst Wifi service provider @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 7 days late and yet not shifted my previous wifi connection to new city and spot led to this discontinue decision. Airtel is worst,utterly slow in solving customer issue. Got new Wifi service provider.
