  @airtelindia Wi-Fi hasn’t worked for 3 days despite multiple calls to customer care, yet there’s still no resolution. What kind of service is this? Is this how you treat customer satisfaction? Absolutely unacceptable and pathetic service. Fix this immediately.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Again same situation. Connection not working again. Last resolution lasted 4 days. Disconnection process is also too much troublesome. Fans Gaya Airtel ke sath!!! Complaint already raised at 5:46 pm.

  @Airtel_Presence Update- As i said, you once again closed my service request without any real resolution. I have given my dissatisfaction code to reopen the service request but think of that you once again arbitrarily closed my request is absolutely unacceptable. @airtelindia @DoT_India
