    My Airtel ₹349 plan has Unlimited 5G active,and the @airtelindia app clearly shows“5G Data Top-up: ∞ Unlimited”.However, even while my phone is connected to 5G,my daily 1.5GB data quota is being deducted. Please check this issue and fix the Unlimited 5G entitlement on my number

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your broadband service in my area 831001 has deteriorated badly. The internet speed is consistently below the promised level, zero meaningful response from the local POC who were once responsive are no longer active.

    This is beyond frustrating! Our entire building in Ghuma, Ahmedabad has had unstable Airtel Wi-Fi for 4 days. Engineers “fix” it for a few hours, then it dies again. Many residents work from home, and this is now affecting our jobs. TL Sagar isn’t responding either. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia “There’s no network issue,” “it happens sometimes,” or “it’ll be resolved in 4 hours.” Today, instead of actually resolving the problem, I was suggested a ₹449 + GST “priority postpaid” plan. So the solution to poor network and call quality is apparently to pay more?

    @airtelindia I have already raised two service requests regarding my remote malfunction: [Service ID 3075889745] and [Service ID 3075889745]. For the first request, I never received a callback. For the second, I was informed that no remotes are currently available.
