What a pathetic service !! If you want to convert, pls don't do it through airtel thanks app, many options won't work, and they will never tell you before doing, but after done they will simply raise their hands.

Wifi has been down for 4 days. @airtelindia @TRAI they won't return the call, I can't register complaints as well. And I'm paying for a full month. And the internet is down 3-4 days every month.
