    Extremely disappointed with the complete lack of accountability from . My DTH service has been down for 7days. Despite a formal complaint lodged on 15th May, there is zero resolution. This level of neglect is unacceptable for a loyal customer. Please resolve this. @airtelindia

    @imYadav31 The @airtelindia network is confused. If you walk 10-15 metres in a wifi-enabled space, there will be so much noise and distractions due 4G/5G/VOLTE, that your network will lose.

    @airtelindia it's been more then 10 days past no one is attending my complaint the reference number 11030306281 I on the 8th May 2026 also written complaint to the nodal officer and grievance but no one has yet contacted me this regarding my Airtel wifi shifting call 9833155909

    Still no response, callback, or resolution from Airtel despite repeated follow-ups, DMs, and public escalation. Now, Airtel has also disconnected my broadband connection because I refused to pay the falsely added Amazon Prime charges. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

    @airtelindia Since upgrading to the Airtel Extender Black Box, internet quality has been very poor. Messages take2–3 seconds, websites dont load properly. Support only suggests switching WiFi on/off every 48 hours, but the issue remains. Didn’t expect this in Gurugram.Please help
