    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

    This @airtelindia is very good. Whenever they feel like it, they shut down the Wi‑Fi network without any prior notice and then turn it back on after few thousand years. Bhadwo biryani kha re kya abhi tak Eid ki, TMKC! Chalu karo wifi connection jaldi. 🤬🤬🤬

    Why is @airtelindia blocking PhonePe/3rd party apps for Airtel Black & Broadband payments? 📱 Support claims it’s an "intended feature" for tracking. Every other service provider makes payments easier, not harder. Please fix this user experience. 😤

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When I called customer care they put my call on hold for 30 minutes and even after that no response. When I raised issue here then also no response. Is this punishment to use Airtel for long time?

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence internet not working , no proper information. Asked to wait till evening. But no information. After that I called again waiting for 2 hours. Then they are telling tomorrow morning. Very poor customer service. 9 clock told 10 am o clock

    Dear @airtelindia, I subscribed to Airtel Xstream Fiber nearly 16 May 2026, and for the last 3 days my internet service has been completely down. The router has been showing a continuous red light, and I have had no internet connectivity during this period.
