@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

Pathetic costomer service by @airtelindia @airtelnews I have payed today for new Airtel fiber connection to Airtel excutive. He promised me that your connection will be live today till 5 pm. Till now no one come at my home for connection and Airtel excutive didn't recieved call.
