    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

    @airtelindia My internet data half over in my post paid number, then internet speed goes very slow. Are you deceiving customers by reducing the speed of internet in Postpaid also. My service request number is 31-4470291473168, even posting this issue takes very long

    @airtelindia worst customer care complaining for 1 week but no response. Having network issue with my wifi and digital tv daily, no one is responding. I paid for nothing. Will consider to change from Airtel.

    A month of silence from @airtelindia shows how callous they have become toward customers. This arrogance comes from the duopoly we now have. With a massive user base, maybe one customer doesn't matter to them. But for customers, connectivity is sometimes a matter of life & death

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @bhartiairtelfdn what **** kind of your service has become. Your app bot is as incompetent as your tower. Any issue occurs we have to first send complaint through bot, for which your bot doesn't understand the issue.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia I have upgraded my Airtel Broadband plan where it has OTT subscription. It’s been more than a week but I haven’t received the link for activation also there is no such option in the Airtel Application. Even reached out to customer support but still nothing.

    @airtelindia why my postpaid issue is not being resolved. My bill is already due and im not paying any late fee. From the store Rishikesh Uttarakhand they are not resolving the issue.
