@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

@airtelindia It’s so difficult to close a broadband connection. Assigning a sales representative for continuous follow ups to choose your connection but no after sales service/customer support. Highly Disappointed!

Worst service by @airtelindia for shifting connection of broadband first they tell change you existing plan which is 499 to 799 then they unable to process the request. Best way to fool customers.Kindly change my plan to basic and take my shifting request
