Airtel is charging full rental value and service charges from consumer. Childrens are not able to take online classes. Itβs a criminal offence by Airtel. TRAI should take duo moto cognisance and impose penalty or suspend license till Airtel improves the connectivity . Airtel have to spend on Infrastructure, setting of fibre optics , boosters etc.

Such is the service. Now I am being told by customer care that it will take another 5-7 days. Pure harassment.
