@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I disconnected my Airtel broadband connection 3 months ago still you guys sending me bill every month. I tried to contact your customer care but for jio user there is no contact no. And top of that My Airtel app is worst.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unbelievable you are making fool to us. I am complaining since 1 year but no resolution regarding internet speed. Ultra worst speed is being provided by you. Crossing all the limit to tolerate everytime you are asking address but not solution yet.
