@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

@airtelindia I had applied to port my number from BSNL to Airtel, a sales boy came to deliver the sim at my place and collected Rs 300 for 299 plan on 2nd of June but till now it has no been recharge after lot of reminders. The worst service I ever got, so just return my money.

@Airtel_Presence We were looking for @airtelindia xtream fiber and we made the payment accordingly, but after it got installed we realised it was broadband & not fiber! Pls don't scam the customer, if you can't deliver something don't commit & if there is a gap, make it clear with your customers!
