  . @airtelindia Every 4 weeks, my Airtel Xstream Fiber stops working due to what your support team says is a power issue with the fiber infrastructure. I have to raise a new service request every time just to get it fixed, but there is still no permanent resolution.

  @airtelindia Airtel service in our area is extremely disappointing. For the last 7–8 years, I have repeatedly complained about very weak mobile signals and frequent internet issues, but every time we are assured that a new tower will be installed—still nothing has happened. We took Airtel Wi-Fi because of the poor mobile network, but even the Wi-Fi faces connectivity problems 3–4 times every month. Whenever we complain, we are told that an engineer will visit the next day. Today, reliable internet is essential for life and business.
