    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

    @airtelindia My internet data half over in my post paid number, then internet speed goes very slow. Are you deceiving customers by reducing the speed of internet in Postpaid also. My service request number is 31-4470291473168, even posting this issue takes very long

    @Rushu_Tushu @airtelindia feels like a scam based on my experience. 1 month, multiple complaints, zero resolution. Service requests get closed without fixing the issue. Even as a postpaid customer, I haven't received the promised priority/Fastlane benefits. Extremely disappointed.

    @airtelindia Atleast allow us to connect with our personal laptop. This is not fair at all. Allow to connect with atleast one device with unlimited 5G. We are not using it for commercial purposes. Lot of people use it for study purpose too. @Dot_India Please help .
