@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

@airtelindia I have Airtel fibre net at my home and once every week there is a technical issue randomly that cuts off the internet! Why don't you compensate the user with the hours lost to the issue? Unreliable Internet.
