    @airtelindia My internet data half over in my post paid number, then internet speed goes very slow. Are you deceiving customers by reducing the speed of internet in Postpaid also. My service request number is 31-4470291473168, even posting this issue takes very long

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

    Its been more than a month I purchased a DTH remote last month but it turned out to be faulty Despite repeated folowups no 1 has come to replace it Worst DTH service ever The days of local cable networks were much better I genuinely miss those times @airtelindia #AirtelDTH

    @airtelindia All I wanted was to downgrade my postpaid WiFi connection to prepaid. But no โ€” your customer care informed me Iโ€™d have to drag myself to a center, fill out endless forms, answer a hundred questions, and waste half a day of my life just to do something that should take two click.
