    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

    @AirtelIndia The network service in my area, Atish Bazaan, Upper Fort, Aligarh,202001, has been extremely poor lately. Mobile network connectivity is weak, and my Airtel Fiber/WiFi connection is also performing internet speed is very slow, and the connection frequently drops.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when there is no stock how can the payment be taken and no engineer reached out to communicate. Your customer care people also doesn't update proper details in the ticket. This is not how a brand words. Holding a money for this much time too.
