    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

    @airtelindia never in last 15 yrs hv been asked 2 pay anything 4 a non-functional landline, but last 2 times in 2 days, the wifi linesman asked 4 money, and said it's wish if u want 2 pay or not, didn't but either d wifi or d landline is dysfunctional and everytime they tell

    This is not the first time you always harassed me, you stop my service even before my due date(my due date on 14 of oct ). and I paid my bill yesterday morning but my outgoing is still discontinued, and not easy to connect your customer care. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia still my problem is not solved I can't able to attend my class lectures because of poor connectivity .for sometimes internet speed is good and suddenly the whole network lost .what happens with my my internet. please help my lectures are pending.

    @airtelindia #AIRTEL what an awesome service always talks about #nocomplaints but the truth is.. they never give u a solution as they just want the customer should suffer by just asking to make the payment they never bother about the customer issue 3rd class service

    @airtelindia Does your network works. Even with 100 Mbps VPN is not able to run and with Reliance Jio it can run. Now again a torturous path has to be followed.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel. How do I contact your customer care guys, when everytime I get to the "press 9 to talk to our customer care executive" and I press 9 and it says "recharge your phone blah blah blah" and the call disconnects? I'm calling you regarding a recharge issue FFS
