@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

Hi @airtelindia i recently moved to USA , and suddenly one day my network went off and when my family reached out to CC in India , they said that the sim is dead , we submitted all docs to issue new sim, new sim has been issued but its not getting activated. plz look into matter
