    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

    @airtelindia My internet data half over in my post paid number, then internet speed goes very slow. Are you deceiving customers by reducing the speed of internet in Postpaid also. My service request number is 31-4470291473168, even posting this issue takes very long

    I want to bring it into the notice of the @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence authority that customer care services of your company are very bad. I had lodged a complaint regarding my internet around 30+ hrs before but no technician visited until now. Kindly look into the matter.

    Absolutely fed up with @airtelindia! I’m an Airtel Black customer and have been suffering from extremely slow WiFi speed for the past 3 MONTHS. Every time I raise a complaint, a technician shows up, β€œfixes” it, and it works fine for just 2 days β€” then back to the same pathetic

    @Airtel_Presence For the one ending with DFX worst part is two people called me this morning one is Technician and wifi expert and despite mentioning that it's raised incorrectly there were no cancellations @airtelindia @airtel

    Dear @airtelindia fed up with weak network, no internet on AirWiFi,No proper network either. Issue every weekend (Fri–Mon) for past month. Just false promises that an engineer will visit,no one comes. Same issue again today. Useless service. Might port to #JioAirFiber
