@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

@airtelindia @VittalGopal At Airtel, what do you do to a customer who returns to you after a gap of 2 years? (Esp if he had to leave Airtel's inability to provide services) Reward him? Penalize him? You might be surprised to know that Airtel penalizes this customer. Sad!
