@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

I would like to share the feedback to the @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia about the speed of internet and calling issue. There is no use of doing add showing your team is working on to make your company with 0 complaint because there are people like me who are not getting 2G speed.

I doubt if any smart people use @airtelindia 4g @Airtel_Presence anymore. Just absolutely pathetic network coverage, completely drops every 10-15 minutes, fluctuates so badly and that too right at the heart of Chennai, Tamilnadu. It wasnt like tis. #CustomerExperience #facepalm
