    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

    @airtelindia My internet data half over in my post paid number, then internet speed goes very slow. Are you deceiving customers by reducing the speed of internet in Postpaid also. My service request number is 31-4470291473168, even posting this issue takes very long

    @airtelindia despite having a priority postpaid number and raising several tickets for months now, network in HSR Layout Bengaluru is worse than poor. Have visited Airtel store where your people mislead me and gave me another sim with a different number. How long will this go on?

    @AirtelIndia How long will you keep troubling customers? Every night your 5G network in my area becomes unusable. I've raised complaints repeatedly, but there's still no resolution. Extremely poor service and disappointing customer support. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Hardism Customer service is pathetic in most companies. @airtelindia took two months to shift my router inter city and took two dozen phone calls. Then they didn’t update their system and keep harassing me for last 2 months to return the router as it is not working in the old city.
