@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

Hi @airtelindia Recharged w/ a pack having validity of 28 days, just 12 days back & still got a text stating ‘Outgoing Calls blocked, etc!’ I understand the tough telcom biz environ, but selling a product & then not honouring the service is gross cheating. @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

@lmSwagatika @airtelindia GR8. Lisa the stereo type answer are meant for one & all without any action . Hopeless TSP, I had ever seen. !! U might get a msg that either tried ur contact but no response or problem resolved w/o revert & update. That’s how Airtel torcher their customer.
