    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very frustrated about your network speed around my area. Such a worst connection even though i have a post paid connection. I had raised request quite few times but the resolve giving no reasons. This is so unexpected from a reputed organisation.

    @kedarnath108 @airtelindia they had the best customer support some 3 years back. i personally experienced this multiple times and & recommended Airtel to everyone specially their BB. don't know what happened which ruined it completely. it hurts to see such a good brand going down like this.

    @airtelindia It's been 5 days. Since I paid my amount. Your individual said I will get my wifi the next day.  Since then I am calling daily. This is probably the worst network. No response from your end. Just the same message it's gonna take 72 hours. WORST SERVICE.
