@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

The internet works fine for a moment and then the very next moment the red light starts blinking on the modem. I've been dealing with the issue for the past 7 months. After every downpour, @airtelindia tower gets damaged and then they further take 3 days to repair it.
