If a customer needs older receipts (e.g., 2024) for legal/tax compliance, your system completely fails them. Why are receipts not emailed automatically? π§΅π

I requested DISCONNECTION on 21/4 after which it was put in Safe Custody(never requested). Take the router in 7 days, or I will throw it away. Not paying a dime.
