@airtelindia My internet data half over in my post paid number, then internet speed goes very slow. Are you deceiving customers by reducing the speed of internet in Postpaid also. My service request number is 31-4470291473168, even posting this issue takes very long

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today i realize why all people's including my friends ask me to change network. I have postpaid # need to change as prepaid. U r agency asking must re charge 399. Why u not decrease this fee to keep as Airtel happy customer.

Hi @airtelindia network issue in New developing area vaishnavdevi circle, ahmedabad..address 2km further from vaishnavdevi circle to zundal circle.. no network in home.. I have to go to balcony for talk and internet. Solve this as soon as possible.. 🙏

I asked them to enquire that why is @airtelindia providing diffrent plans in the same location I have three airtel prepaid number in my home for two of them the plans are comparatively much lower Is this how you treat your customer if they rely on you? @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Why ******** is internet not working in Sector-75? This issue happens on a regular basis. And the worst thing is customer care service, they dont response for like 30-40 mins and even after waiting for 30-40 mins the call is dropped.
