Worst turn around time by @airtelindia Launching 5G won't matter if you fail to deliver on existing 4G network. It's been multiple complaints and no resolution of issues for internet connectivity. Been an user for 9 years and the customer experience gets worse day by day.

@airtelindia I hope 5G services got introduced around 3months back and now they are replacing 4G sims with 5G sim card without checking device capability to handle 5G services. Note:4G services itself are worst, then how come we expect better services for 5G. 3/x
