    Spoke to airtel customer service agent,got transferred to a floor supervisor who didn't give a resolution nor escalated my issue, denied to share employee ID and said that the data plans are not valid on yearly plans. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia cont(3/4)

    The worst services are provided by Airtel. They don't even provide any redressal for your grievances. I did my recharge and still I am not able to make calls . Won't ever recommend Airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
