    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Xtreme user facing Internet issues from yesterday afternoon. The time for resolution in IVR 121 is skipping 3 hours each time I call. This is one of the worst experiences I ever had with Airtel. I am literally in the darkest zone possible!

    @airtelindia has its network connection go as low that I cannot even think of scrolling on Twitter without my wifi connection, which again, I lose quite frequently due to power cuts in this weather. And unfortunately, I can barely speak on calls without getting cropped in between
