I was thinking how someone can be so much shameless. Then I remembered @airtelindia - AI enabled suport system which automatically closes the support ticket without confirmation from user. - Pathetic call center representative who only have "blurb that backend team is checking"

@airtelindia nobody responds or calls back have filled the form many times & shared all details regarding new Satellite Broadband Connection, no call pickups up, toll free never work, IVR is faulty, what a welcome for new customers!!
