  Requested eSIM for my prepaid Airtel number on April 25. My physical SIM was deactivated the same day, but the eSIM was never activated. Result: NO NETWORK for 3 days on a number linked to my banks, shipments, govt docs, and essential services. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia biggest network company in India Not able to assign 1 person for shifting the connection @MoitOfficial this is fraud If I don't do payment these people call multiple times,the cut the connection But if they don't respond what action to be taken Please tell us

  @airtelindia my wifi has been out since 6 days. No one is responding and no one is caring to get it working. Pathetic service, I am getting daily messages that today it will get resolved by this person n that person.   @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your service is pathetic. I got an message 4 days before for check and provide solution.after 5days no even single line response. My current bill has added extra charges but no solution and no clarity why it has been added while paying bill on time
