  @airtelnews Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, your "Priority Postpaid" Fastlane is a scam. I ported to Airtel specifically for 5G network slicing, but it has been completely dead in Chandivali, Mumbai since Aug 6. Local store managers are clueless & 198 is a useless bot loop.

  @airtelindia Normal SMS are working both ways, but I am not receiving OTP SMS from any service. I have tested multiple apps/services. Please check whether transactional/A2P OTP SMS are being blocked or filtered on my number and reprovision/reset the SMS service from the backend

  Iam sure Airtel and their customers know it has the world worst customer service App. It’s almost 5days and I can’t raise a complaint.. there is no option to submit a complaint .
