    @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi hasn't been working for two days, and I have been waiting patiently for it to be fixed. I tried contacting customer care, but the automated bot didn't provide an option to connect to a representative. I have been without internet access for two days.

    @airtelindia it's been more than 3 days that wifi is down. Given the weather conditions we are working from home and even kid's school is online. It's difficult to work with the mobile internet. When will the problem get resolved?

    @sirfsidharth @airtelindia Collect Rs.100 per flat owner from your society. Then, approach the local MSEDCL office and offer the money to the concerned assistant engineer. He will treat you like a VIP and send technicians immediately. Oh and nothing can be done about #Airtel

    I was literally dumb to port from Jio to @airtelindia . At least Jio was giving me unlimited 5g data and was using for last 10 years. Recently moved to airtel but i am not getting unlimited 5g data. Even though the network is 5G, it works like 4G. Time to go back to @JioCare

    Folks - an update These folks @airtelindia have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix the issues so far. WiFi - still does not work at all. Mobile data - if you don't keep the phone at a certain angle at the window - just does not work at all. literally glued to the window rn.
