  @airtelindia I have an Airtel SIM. As advertised, I recharged with the ₹979 plan, which is supposed to provide unlimited 5G data. However, after using 2 GB of data, my internet stopped working. Could you please check and resolve this issue. My contactable No- 8789826691 plz call

  @airtelindia Pathetic exp. Airtel black member, I have requested multiple time in last 10 months to disconnect my Bangalore wifi, visited stores , multiple customer care calls but no solve, Now I want to shift WIFI but still no progress from last 4 days. why do you guys exist.

  @JM_Scindia @airtelindia since 2 days, Airtel Wi-Fi connection services are down in Noida sector 41. Despite repeated complaints no one has even called from Airtel. How can a telecom company be allowed in India to take customer services so lightly they have no accountability left

  Nearly 2 months and STILL no resolution from @airtelindia. I haven’t received a single follow-up call. Every time I call CC, they “promise” a callback in 24hrs just to escape. I never get one, and have to repeat my whole story next time. Garbage service! @Airtel_Presence

  My family has been using Airtel for over 10 years. I wanted to switch to postpaid, but I found out that my prepaid balance would be forfeited, with only a ₹100 benefit. This feels unfair, so it’s time to switch to another network unhappy customer @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn
