That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

@airtelindia services has become so pathetic! Not at all customer focused. I m been following up with the team for the issue -messages not getting delivered! This I m facing for more than a month. Complaints are getting raised and getting closed automatically.

@airtelindia I have disconnected by DTH due to services issue and asked to refund the amount, but till now I didn't get the basis of refund they simply says this shows it system where as I am not convinced by the refund amount.. its been months look like systematic loot...
