    @JioCare That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It has been over 24 hrs since I posted here, but yet to receive a single reply. Calling your customer care number is a total waste of time. Treating customers in such a shoddy manner is appalling! #Airtel #Mumbai

    @airtelindia Sitting on the other side of a Service Desk every day, I've seen some terrible support, but gaslighting your customers because your own network can't load the complaint portal takes the absolute cake. Still charging me ₹588/month for this? Absolutely deluded. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I mistakenly recharged the wrong Airtel DTH account with ₹556 via Google Pay. Both DTH IDs are linked to the same registered number (my father’s). Kindly help transfer the balance to the correct DTH ID. Transaction ID available. Please assist

    @TRAI Please make consumer complaints looked into seriously and make the communication providers to provide compensation for the days the services are down like how the western countries do. @airtelindia is having poor customer support.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Applied to a wifi yesterday and your service executive was so eager to take advance payment telling me i will get connection before today. No response after that . No way to connect with a human in customer care. Pathetic!!!

    Hey @airtelindia, is your "AirFiber" router actually just a potato with an antenna? Charging ₹588/month for an absolutely pathetic 5.83 Mbps down, 0.58 Mbps up, and a hilarious 530ms ping is outright robbery.

    Hey @airtelindia Airtel Wi-Fi not working in Durgapur. Raised complaints 3 times—every time promised a technician, no one showed up. No real support, only poor AI responses. Paying ₹800 for 100 Mbps, but can’t even open basic internet. @TRAI
