    That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence another day of calling customer and waiting for resolution of Internet issues. Escalated to appellate authorities but looks like the email just gets routed to standard cust care email .that’s just really cheap and frustrating frm Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel Fed up with the approach of technical support team, raised my complaint for the BB connection 075546439187_dsl to Mr Sanjay on 8448196083 but since last 2 days he is just giving me false commitment. plz attend urgently else I will cancel dsl.

    @airtelindia don't call yourselves 5G u can't even provide 4G service in central location in Bangalore. Worst network issues internet doesn't work at all everytime I need turn on/off air plane mode to restart the network it repeats the same issues😤😡.

    It's just horrible how airtel is downgrading the sevices day by day and customer support not at all working for my concern was to get my shifting done by today the promise u gave but it's not working with me. Please look into that I am working from Home. @vittalgopal @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I hv been facing broadband issue since many days after the Nokia router has been replaced. Work from Home getting horrible but no response from Airtel representative If I didn’t get any solution will switch from Airtel soon 😡
