    That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    So Airtel is working hard to ensure that the customer cannot reach their customer care team, and if by chance you do, they make sure that you don’t talk to them again. Neither do they solve the actual problem. Thinking of disconnecting. @airtelindia

    @SheriyarShaikh5 @TechDekhoji @airtelindia Try to force 4G on Vi, I don't know what's the issue with them but their network is notorious to switch to 2G even when 4G is fine

    @airtelindia @Salman232005 Airtel, i am getting worst experience of mobile connectivity at NH5 NISSAN HUT 114/5 FARIDABAD, RAISED COMPLAINTS AIRTEL THANKS APP MULTIPLE TIMES, but issue not resolved yet.. more than month time been passed mob 8884406190, 9818607599 post paid sims and few prepaid also.

    Does @airtelindia care about its customers? We have four connects on family plan. Main number network disappears frequently. Repeated complaints. No action. Nodal officer- Lip service. Same handset with jio Sim. No issues. @airtelindia
