That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

to contact airtel payment bank customer service, and when i am contacting airtel payment bank customer service they are telling me to contact airtel telecom customer service. Horrible service of @airtelindia @airtelbank @Airtel_Presence . No one is in a mode to solve my problem.

Like other @airtelindia users without having recharge plan for a reason might have face these issues : • Dail 198 and you get denied to connect to the Customer Care Service. • Having Talktime balance in ur A/c but not allowed to make call or missed call. • Can't make WiFi

As other @airtelindia users not subscribed a recharge plan for a reason have to face these issues : 1. Dail 198 and u get denied to connect to the Customer Care Service. 2. Having Talktime balance in ur A/c but not even allowed to make a normal call. 3. No plan, No WiFi Calls!
