Multiple restoration promises have come and gone. Your chatbot only says "we recognize the inconvenience" i lose an entire working day.

Everytime I am told that connection will be restored by X AM, Y PM but nothing resolved so far. Disgusting!!! I will drop the Airtel connection now.
