I recently ported from Jio to Airtel Post-paid, and since then not a single incoming or outgoing call has worked. How can I rely on this network in an emergency? Very poor experience so far. I seriously regret leaving Jio network.

Nothing is improved. Now Airtel is talking about 5G/6G and next generation network, but in rural areas you are not even able to provide proper 4G service.
