    @JioCare That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    @abantika77 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia They picked up the modem from me 1.5 months after registering the complaint and till now they haven't refunded the money, is been 6 months

    I paid Rs 1067 to pay my Airtel wifi bill. My wifi speed is still slow. Poor wifi service from airtel. I am really disappointed. @airtelindia @Airtel @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Due to stupid @JioCare , entire weekend is wasted. Height of lazyness. No call from any on ground engineer yet. It’s more than 36 hours since service is out that too within a period of 15 days. Time to switch to @airtelindia 😖😖

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @TheSunilMittal I am saddened to say that Airtel services have disappointed me to extreme. Have been using it for years but past 36 hours have been worst. Your dedicated team members kept lying fooling around. That there is an outage in the area, though

    My wife has been trying to disconnect our #Airfiber connection as there is poor connectivity at our home...it was reported last month to disconnect however #Airtel generated bill for it...this time they are constantly harassing with numerous service calls @airtelindia

    @airtelindia - Your broadband service is an absolute disgrace. Customers pay for reliable internet and get outages, poor speeds, and endless excuses instead. The support experience has been just as disappointing as the service itself. How long are customers expected to tolerate this before someone takes responsibility and fixes it?

    @airtelindia I have raised request for shifting my Airtel xstream fiber and it has been approx 10 days no updates. Connected with the TL still no one seems to bother. Can you help? Or should I change my provider
