@JioCare That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

@airtelindia @airtelnews hell lot of problems with Airtel team. Totally confused support staff and equal capabilities at the Airtel stores, unable to handle a fibre upgrade request for a month now. Wonder if making “ Zero complaint” is a serious vision or joke
