    @JioCare That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , My Wi-Fi installation slot was scheduled for 11:30 AM, but no engineer has arrived. The engineer is continuously ignoring both my calls and calls from the nearest Airtel Store as well. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm on an Unlimited 5G plan and connected to 5G, but my daily data is still getting deducted. I've complained multiple times over the last 6–7 days, but the issue continues. Customer care only apologizes without fixing it. Please resolve this

    Hey @airtelindia , your team refuses responsibility and disappears before installation. At least @reliancejio waited until after the big fat wedding to slow down our internet. @Airtel_Presence has streamlined the process by failing before the service even begins. 👏
