Airtel always had such issues, 5g not working, network down etc, and these issues are fixed by airplane on/off or sim disable/enable. But again, read the terms and conditions you agreed to!

My internet speed has dropped to around 1 Mbps with no resolution, and I had to recharge my Jio SIM just to use the internet. Extremely disappointing. @airtelindia
