    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my whole family is using airtel. No one getting proper signals,Poor network quality. For every tweet, you are saying that you will do something to improve the quality.Nothing done.From tomorrow, u no need to do that cause we porting to other network.

    Been an @airtelindia Black customer for years — 10 unresolved service requests in 2 weeks, engineers refusing to own the issue ("not my dept"), support unable to help. Almost our entire society has already left Airtel over this. Fix it or lose another customer. @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia charges me for full billing cycle, whereas I am not able to use the WiFi services due to Airtel inefficiency. How does your apologising help me with that. Three you guys have apologised with no action on ground. Is it that difficult to send a technician

    Team @airtelindia , in Diamond Heights Colony, Gopanpalli, Tellapur,Nallagandla, Hyderabad-46 area ,Sai Sankalp Apartments there is no Airtel phone and data connectivity. Plz solve the issue as early as possible. @airtelindia

    Don't use airtal black and also post paid service Service is very 3rd class 5/6 day internet service shutdown but not bill reduced take a bill full 30 days contact to customer care they cut call after few minutes @airtelindia
