    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my whole family is using airtel. No one getting proper signals,Poor network quality. For every tweet, you are saying that you will do something to improve the quality.Nothing done.From tomorrow, u no need to do that cause we porting to other network.

    @Simpl_living @airtelindia Me too same problem, In aug 2020, I went to swap my Airtel sim, they took 100rs. Even, I had asked them that, it's only 25rs, but they said ," we give for 100rs only and if you don't give 100rs , we won't activate your SIM " I had complained to @Airtel_Presence also. But, no use.

    @airtelindia pissed off from the customer care.. No one is aware of airtel black plan.. I am the customer from last 5 years but the quality of customer service has deteriorated.. Just to lure customer they told that under 2099 plan extreme is free.. At installation now contd..
