    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    I had the worst experience with @airtelindia . Even after payment my outgoing services are still blocked saying ‘outgoing services are not available due to non payment of bill’ Raised multiple complaints, emailed them but still no resolution.

    @airtelindia the service in Parbhani has deteriorated badly. Please fix the network issue urgently and provide a permanent solution. Otherwise, there is no reason for us to continue with Airtel. 3/3

    @airtelindia Never take airtel as your broadband partner, kindly prefer jio as when you buy a 6month plan of airtel. Half of the time, internet is not working and after 10 days daily follows if it starts then after 2 days it again stops. Worst customer service #airtel #broadband

    I think @airtelindia is no better than BSNL in Dehradun. I switched to Airtel thinking service and customer support will be good. Well I was wrong, broadband maintainability is very bad. Issue resolves, ticket resolves and issue occurs again. Then the cycle follows of this pain

    @RashiBhandari14 @airtelindia @JioCare Same happening with me.. many times network drops to 4G.. it used to work fine a few months back
