    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia This is the FOURTH time the Wifi is down, Service req 11037804616 keeps getting Rescheduled without my CONSENT multiple times. The Crap Engineers don't pick up the calls. CC sucks. BS network. Not going to pay the bill and return the Router and cables.

    1/4 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely bad service in Hyderabad. My WiFi shifting was scheduled for 16 Aug and Airtel has still not completed it. After repeatedly promising installation TODAY, it has suddenly been rescheduled to 20 Aug without any proper explanation.

    What a scam you are @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No wifi for more than 2 days, no comm, wrong ETAs and then you would ask for entire bill. When you cant provide service then dont fool the customers. You are liars and cant provide good service #servicefail
