    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hello Airtel here around more than 1500 users are using Vodafone network including me. They are very worst network coverage provide us past 10 years. Here there is no Airtel network coverage, if u are interested pls arrange network we port.9751433288

    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence A few days ago, my mobile data suddenly became unusable. Full 5G signal ✅ Calls working perfectly ✅ But download speed dropped to ~380 Kbps. YouTube couldn't even play videos at 240p.

    Worst ever wifi and voice call services by @airtelindia in Nirjuli. Every week a complaint needs to be lodged for call drops, muted calls, poor 5G and erratic wifi. All they provide is resolution of the complaint after a few days only the same issues to recur.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm not upset because my internet was slow. I'm upset because as a customer, I expected transparency. If you're restricting someone's service: Tell them the recorded usage. Explain the policy clearly. Give a consistent answer. That shouldn't be too much to ask.

    5G my ***, you can’t even run normal 4G properly even in the most posh locality in Pune. You stupid ******* if you don’t fix my internet rn, I ain’t paying that postpaid bill and will switch to another network service. ******** @airtelindia DO SOMETHING RN!! Money sucking souls!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Post 4/5 I've repeatedly requested either: • Activation of my Amazon Prime benefit, or • A bill adjustment/refund for the undelivered service. Instead, I've received repeated apologies and new service requests, but no actual resolution.
