  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hello Airtel here around more than 1500 users are using Vodafone network including me. They are very worst network coverage provide us past 10 years. Here there is no Airtel network coverage, if u are interested pls arrange network we port.9751433288

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia URGENT: I need immediate assistance. My Airtel number (Maharashtra circle) was disconnected after I missed the re-KYC deadline while I was in the UK. As a result, I’ve lost access to WhatsApp, banking OTPs and several critical services linked to this number. I’ve exhausted every official support channel: • Customer care repeatedly tells me to visit India. • My wife visited an authorised Airtel Store in Thane, Maharashtra on my behalf, but she was told nothing could be done and was turned away without any practical guidance or escalation. • I also emailed Airtel but received no meaningful resolution. As a customer currently outside India, I have been left with absolutely no way to recover my own mobile number. I am ready to complete any verification, video KYC or provide any documents immediately. If an authorised family member can complete the process, please tell me how. This is not just a SIM issue. I’ve lost access to WhatsApp, banking OTPs and essential digital services because there appears to be no support process for customers overseas. Please urgently escalate my case before my number is permanently lost. I’ve shared all my details via DM. #Airtel #CustomerService #NRI

  @I_Prdp @airtelindia You are correct. Complaint raised on July 22, issue remains unresolved till July 26 (today), but they updated the complaint status as Resolved on July 22 itself. They slide into the DMs and promise callbacks which they never do. But send a message saying that they tried reaching.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Issue in Cast using Airtek wifi since longtime and customer service is not helping. Router was changes from ZTE to NOKIA for frequent internet disconenciton issue and that create this new problenm and team is not helping at all.
