    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews ​SR 11029309219 is now 3 days old. You just abruptly pushed the fix to May 4th without consent. Solid red LOS, Bangalore. This is unacceptable. Fix it today or I am switching to ACT/Jio and filing a complaint with NCH.

    I have been facing an issue with @airtelindia services that whenever the power goes out within few minutes the cellular data services goes down with it, I can understand that wifi is dependent on power but why cellular. Tried caling cstr care but in vain. Can I complain to @trai

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I would like to cancel my wifi connection. Why is it so hard, I can find a dozen of options to opt for a new connection in your app, messages.etc but none to disconnect. Raising a complaint here to disconnect my wifi.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Still facing the same issue! I’m always on 5G network (shows 5G/5G+), Unlimited 5G offer is active, but data is still being deducted from my main plan balance.This has not been resolved even after DM Please check my number and fix it urgently.

    @airtelindia Is this how you treat customers? Took payment for a new Fiber connection, promised same-day install, but 3 days gone with no calls, no updates. This is unacceptable. Install today or process full refund immediately.
