    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hello Airtel here around more than 1500 users are using Vodafone network including me. They are very worst network coverage provide us past 10 years. Here there is no Airtel network coverage, if u are interested pls arrange network we port.9751433288

    @airtelindia Requested an internet connection shift 3 days ago an absolute silence. Meanwhile, when I first signed up, you called within 2 hours. Incredible how fast you move for a sale, but after-sales service is pathetic. Please get this sorted.

    @airtelindia dear team we want to discuss with your airtel authoris person because we raised the complaint for wifi on 8 july 2026 but nobody was responding till now and they provided a very bad service. 31-1000014821897 this my complaint no.

    @airtelindia got a call from sriram, floor supervisor of airtel. He simple said pay the amount and issue will be closed. WTF is wrong with you ppl? I am ready to pay but u will have to acknowledge that charges has been put by Airtel voluntarily. No accountability pure harassment

    My @airtelindia Fiber broadband was down for ~48 hours and was restored only after countless follow-ups and repeated calls to customer support. Paying for a service that I couldn't use is unacceptable. I expect fair compensation—either bill adjustment or extension of my validity.

    @airtelindia has the most hopeless customer care and customer support service.I have called them several times regarding my recharge and Amazon Prime membership activation,but for the last 15 days they have just been playing games instead of resolving my issue....

    When there’s a monopoly, service quality suffers—and that’s exactly what’s happening with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. I moved from prepaid to postpaid and added my wife to the family plan. My migration was smooth, but her mobile data hasn’t worked for 7 days. Unacceptable.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Despite a no. of complaints for Call Drops & poor network since last Year. No improvement in network. Made complaints @DoT_India through CPGRAMS. But no effect on Airtel complaint on Govt Portal are closed with One liner statement- Issue Resolved

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you’ll don’t care at all. Internet down since yesterday 13th July 3:30pm at Marigold Meridian Bldg Bhandup… no internet at all no ETA no customer support. Frequent disruptions. It’s time to discontinue the services.
