    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I raised a complaint this afternoon because my Wi-Fi is not working, but there is no way to speak to a human. Your chatbot is only offering an appointment on 30th July. I work from home, and this kind of delay is completely unacceptable. #CustomerService #WiFi

    @anonymousCretur @airtelindia Plans are called "unlimited" because you never get cut off and never pay extra fees for using more data, for your case it treated as commecial use. You need to opt commercial plans

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Your service is pathetic. The assigned engineer never answers the phone, and when he does, he says he hasn't been assigned to my case. Then I have to call customer support again and explain everything from the beginning.
