    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia raised 4 5 tickets with 0 resolve. ๐Ÿ›‘ โ€‹My phone samsung S26 gets Unlimited 5G everywhere in Gurugram, Local tower is failing to route 5G data traffic depleting daily 4G quota. 198 customer service keeps closing tickets without resolving.

    @airtelindia Ever since the Priority plan launched, my 5G has become almost unusable. Internet barely works, pages donโ€™t load, and the speed is ridiculously slow.5G is getting worse? Please check the network in my area. @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence Yesterday, I was told the engineer would arrive around 3:30โ€“4:30 PM. He didn't come. Later, I was given another time of 5:30โ€“6:30 PM, but the issue still wasn't resolved. I was then told it would be resolved today, 13 Aug.
