    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am still getting sms and calls regarding recovery of items for my disconnected airtel airfibre. Items have been recovered more than a month ago. I raised the issue via email but geting copy pasted responses that it will not happen but no resolution

    @airtelindia Broadband not working from last three days, even after emails and calls no service engineer is assigned yet. No outage in my area as reported by Thanks app, broadband is working fine for my neighbor. Using airtel frm 20 yrs, service is deteriorating. @jagograhakjago

    Hi @airtelindia i want cancel my fiber service because I have experienced frequent downtime recently, with the connection going weekly for 7-8 hours on 5 to 6 separate occasions. This has severely impacted my ability to work from home. now cancel plan is so hard idk what to do
