    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence hello Airtel here around more than 1500 users are using Vodafone network including me. They are very worst network coverage provide us past 10 years. Here there is no Airtel network coverage, if u are interested pls arrange network we port.9751433288

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I ported from VI to Airtel. Shopkeeper said 1 month recharge will be provided, but my SIM is active, calls working and mobile data not working. It shows “today validity” only. Please check and activate the promised plan ASAP. #Airtel #NoInternet

    @airtelindia My WiFi has been down since yesterday. Called multiple times — no response, no resolution, zero accountability. This is absolutely unacceptable. What’s the point of paying for a service when there’s no support? Fix this immediately or be ready to lose customers.
