    Dear @airtelindia I have a simple request to shift my Tv from my one location to another. This option is not on the app, when I call helpline I went through the entire 7-8 minutes but could find that option, it says to use the app there is no human call support. Kindly assist.

    I use Jio sim card and our sim card is prepaid and we have to come to Airtel and we have to stay in prepaid and went to service center, POSpad to PORT and then it will be prepaid later or not @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence As stated in my earlier tweet the info was totally wrong inspite of having provided correct info to Ur backend and hence it is as good as no resolution of the problem, so don't try to avoid accepting mistakes in your systems @airtelnews @airtelindia

    I was facing issue on my Airtel Xstream So I registered complaint for regarding this issue. Today one service guy visited my place but he not skilled to resolved that problem even he didn't know how to clear cache the system data. Very pathetic service @airtelindia

    Nearly 15 different users have tweeted to @StanChartHelpIN to stop this harassment but in vain. I have never given out my number to them and have never interacted with them either. This is getting out of hand. Why can’t your DND feature block these UCC calls @airtelindia??

    @airtelindia unethical practices adopted by you. Whenever your technician visits for addressing any complaints, they cut the cable of other operators. It creates problems to others.

    @airtelindia your xtreme fibre broadband connection is COMPLETE GARBAGE. The range in the house is BAD. Reliability is WORSE. I am stuck with your worthless connection. PLUS, NO OPTION to reach talk to customer support anywhere in the Xtreme fibre app.

    @VodafoneIdeaIN Corruption! Raised a request to deactivate sim more than 2 years ago. No action. After almost 2 years I stopped paying the bill for a service that I haven't used during this period. Constant harassment has been going on since then. Shame! @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Very Disappointed with the Service of Airtel Broadband. It has been more than 72 hours since my complaint. 121 customer care is misguiding me by saying my issue will be resolved within 4 hours. Have called more than 10 times in last two days. Complaint id 10035159120
