@JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio team, we don't have Jio tower in our location, and due to this we are getting very poor Jio service.The retailer in our locality was also saying that Jio is using @airtelindia tower, as Jio is unable to afford its own tower in our locality. Help🙏

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence And also 3G doesn't work it always shows 'G' Tried every possible way to resolve but Problem remains same . And 4G network is there but speed is .1 kb to .9 kb .. that's it .

@JamirAlem @VodafoneIN @airtelindia @reliancejio I won't argue with. I have been trying to make my Bangalore Vodafone number work in Kohima for the past week. No one at @VodafoneIN seems to be able to help fix this. I have already picked up a new Jio number which works well here. Now wondering what to do with the Voda number

Dear @airtelindia In my neighborhood all mobiles are working fine but Mine doesn't . The problem is Happening since past 15 days . Made several requests to customer care but no problem was solved . Any special reason in my case .

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Called 121 helpline for incoming/outgoing & broadband issue. I was supposed to rcv call at 12:30 but got a miscal of 3 secs at 5:32 pm. Being a Airtel Black customer is this how priority cs are being treated? U hv my details in DM already.

In BPL Mobile customer service was priority.Every training was 2 make us understand that SERVICE is the only differentiation betn 2mobile networks everything else can be matched
