  @airtelindia Company-owned Airtel store in Bandra West / Mumbai is refusing a new prepaid SIM. I am an Indian citizen and NRI, currently in India, with a valid Indian passport. The passport has my Germany address. Staff say they cannot issue a SIM because of that foreign address. I offered separate Indian stay/address proof for PoA and asked for document KYC, not Aadhaar e-KYC. They still refused and would not put the reason in writing.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The service of my number has been stopped a day ago whereas the recharge of Rs 399 done on 4th August ended at 12 o'clock today, meaning it was for 28 days?

  @airtelindia Is this how Airtel treats its customers? 4 DAYS. Multiple complaints on the Airtel Thanks App + 3 calls to 121, yet my Wi-Fi issue remains unresolved. Assigned engineer Ravi Pratap has repeatedly promised to visit but NEVER showed up. 1/2

  @airtelindia umpteen no of phone calls. No resolution for an issue which is open for ~4 days. In between promotional calls !!!! “ airtel is the best”!! Offers!!!
