    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Had applied for a new Wi-Fi connection on 13th July and deposited ₹1500.However, neither wi-fi has been installed nor advance refunded. And I spend almost 2 hours each day talking to Customer care explaining the process again & again.

    No support received from your side…even your local vendor is not ready to give support. Despite having recharge for full year…would you suggest me to get new connection. Should I go to consumer behaviour for not fulfilling what you Guyz have promised.@airtelindia
