    @airtelindia requested IPTV connection via ur app. The payment link never worked. So visited ur store in West Delhi, raised request, paid booking/advance charges. Was told that executive wuld visit next day between 11-1..No one turned up, now going to be 48 hrs.Still call awaited

    @airtelindia has the most shittiest app and the most pathetic customer support and even worse social media support. The app tell me to talk to customer care after looping at the same thing again n again. The customer care ivr says everything can be done on the app. Really?

    @airtelindia the worst service provider I lost my Phone and I want to block my sim card on urgent basis I trying to block my sim card on call I try many times to connect with support but they didn't respond no never buy this sim again

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia today I visited the your customer center shop. Reached at 7.20 PM, shop close time is 7.30. Still your team say NO. I was having critical issues of NO SIM & resolution was needed for urgency. Really worst service.
