    @airtelindia I have been trying to get in touch with you to suspend my WiFi services, but your unprofessional contact centre team leaves me hanging all the time. Pathetic customer service. If you don’t suspend it now then I am not going to pay any bill because the negligence is on you. I’d rather switch to Jio.
