  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence From last 2 after porting from jion to airtel i am not able to recharge my mobile no. from any platform as it always says "wrong network provider" just can't understand wt is going with you. Right now i tried to call customer care it says not valid?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've had no Wi-Fi for the past 5 days despite raising a complaint last Thursday. Neither Airtel customer care nor the field service team has resolved the issue, and Airtel continues to delay the resolution with no clear timeline. Pathetic service.

  @TRBRajaa @airtelindia @reliancejio is worse. It used to be the best but now it's barely functional. I'm literally unable to use Teams in their 4G anymore. 5G is very patchy too. This isn't a problem customer care can solve. Needs network overhaul.

  @airtelindia I am curious about one thing. As a prepaid user, if I have an ongoing plan and now during the plan, I want to cancel it (without any refund expectation) and get another plan, what is the problem? I am anyway paying more.
