    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I don't know if you people are aware or not about your service in my area. From last 6-7 days there is outage of 8-10 hours everyday and there is no way to contact any human and know the exact situation. This issue is not for my particular connection

    @airtelindia you have set up non living being on your customer care helpline, who is not able to understand my issue and repeating same virtual call lines. It is not even connecting to a living person. I have recharged data pack and data is not credited to my number
