  Its my humble request dont port or buy a new airtel sim their services is worst due to storm their antennas is dislocated and from that day the signal is zero internet speed is zero . And the main problem is still not getting any solution no response nothing @airtelindia

Whenever I file a complaint, the ticket gets closed automatically without the issue being resolved—the service is utterly pathetic. Never get Airtel Wi-Fi; customer support.@airtelindia

  what happened to @airtelindia Wifi, in Bangalore Whitefield, earlier we use to get internet connection or repair service handled in a couple of hours but from past few months its like installation is pending for 15-20 days and repair ETA shows 3,4 days atleast.

  @airtelindia honestly I never faced so much issue just to get my sim replaced I called 198 wasted my time as there wasn't anyone to talk apart from just ivr. In store they say convert to postpaid that's only option. Can anyone help me get my sim so I can portout.
