    Why is it always one-sided? Customers are expected to pay on time no matter what, but when service providers fail, there’s no equivalent responsibility.  @airtelindia what’s the justification here? Why should customers pay full price for disrupted service?

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with your service. My WiFi has been down for ~20 hours now. Request ID: 11029303875, raised: 29 Apr, 08:21 PM. Still unresolved despite agent assignment and multiple follow-ups. Even contacted the assigned engineer, no resolution.

    @airtelindia internet speed has been extremely slow since last night despite full signal and active 4G/5G plan. Complaint already raised but resolution date (14 May) is too far. Please fix this issue urgently.
