    @Airtel_Presence ,@airtelindia ,@airtel_care want to address my complaint regarding my broadband connection, as even after payment done as advance rental on 4th Jan via airtel app, all payment detail sbmtd,my internet services has barred, following up from 3 wk , but no solution.

    @airtelindia Halo, first you provide 4G properly. For the past 8 months I am getting 1mbps speed for my 4G sim. And your Customer care team saying that fix in progress.

    @airtelindia Glad to hear that you're rolling out 5g services in India. However, to be the best, you need to work very hard on your customer service. Your representatives lack professionalism, courtesy, proper training & zeal to help. You should revamp the entire process, though outsourced.

    @airtelindia I am facing a lot of network issues. Also the internet connectivity is worse. I am having to complain about this every few months. Will it be perpetual? You advertise that your network is super fast, but the irony is, it is not. So, please look into this matter. 🙏

    Dear @airtelindia Is it too much of an expectation that your customer care, when they call for a query, to get names right? Raised a requirement to port number to Airtel. Decided against it after your people could not bother to get names right. TWICE!

    @airtelindia advance payment done but still no internet services provided, has submitted the UPI details along with bank statements, complaints raised but no solution. From 24 days my services has been barred and I am only been harrassed.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What a pathetic Customer Service team of Airtel Payments Bank. No resolution of issue even after 1 month (SR8105622). And the worst part is no response on mails and phone calls. Not expected such kind of worst and unprofessional response from Airtel.
