    @airtelindia your fiber services are not working in Sanat Nagar Srinagar (190005) from past 2 days and every attempt to call your customer care is replied with that it will get resolved in 4 hours. Kindly solve it ASAP else I will have to switch back to last service provider.

    @airtelindia Hi, This is complaint agains the SR is 10060893912. facing internet issue since 3-4 days. They are just rotating the SR b/t the technician like Ravi likar, Ankit panday, mohd Naim . Also the manager of govind Puri area do not responds. Please do needful asap.

    What's wrong with your internet @airtelindia I've been trying to connect from yesterday with your customer care. But they didn't assured me any thing. Too much slow internet here in jammu kashmir. Please fix this 2g speed so that we can use hassle-free internet. #airtel #internet

    Hi @airtelindia, this is regarding my renewal of Airtel Broadband plan for 1 year with Gold pack. I am supposed to receive free Amazon Prime subscription with the same, but it seems I am being charged for Rs. 1499 for the same. Can you please help me understand the issue here?
