    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve already shared all the details in DM. This isn’t a minor inconvenience anymore the slow internet is seriously hampering our office productivity and disrupting work. We’re paying for a 300 Mbps plan, yet struggling with basic connectivity and upload speeds.

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your service is extremely disappointing. I shifted from Greater Noida to Ashok Nagar and requested a connection transfer 8 days ago. Still, neither has the connection been shifted nor am I getting any proper response from customer care.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is an Postpaid wifi connection pending on my name though I have surrendered it before 6 months as I changed my location. I want to take a new connection now but looks like there are some pending amount showing on my name. Please help on this.
