    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @airtelindia I have done payment of 500 for IPTV, still no engineer visited to install it. I have raised multiple complaints and no one cares to fix it

    @Airtel_Presence Another update: No callback or resolution from Airtel even after repeated calls, DMs, and public escalation. They only repeat that “their logs show I opted for it” while avoiding questions about consent and OTP contradictions. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
