    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @Airtel_Presence Airtel WiFi in Perambur, Chennai has been down the entire day. Again. This isn’t a rare outage, it’s a weekly ritual now. Same generic SMS every time, zero real info, zero accountability. Airtel WiFi feels like a service you can’t rely on. @airtelindia (1/7)

    @JioCare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How ridiculous is this. Neither giving me proper service nor letting me switch to different provider. Scheduled for 12-1 pm and state escalation Deadline was today 1:43 pm no response i just got a message saying it's delayed and when I called on given engineer's num no response.

    @JioCare Pathetic service. No technician has shown up, no resolution provided, and it’s been 7 days without internet. Customer support is completely useless. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence let me know if some good deals are available will shift.

    What exactly am I paying ₹ 399 per month for? A network that randomly takes breaks? This is pathetic. Stop selling "India's best network" if you can't even provide a stable connection. Fix your service instead of your marketing. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia very disappointed with your service at Lucknow. From last 1 week your team cant able to install/setup my connection. All payment, kyc done but not installing my connection, i have raised Request almost 100 times, Worst service at lucknow Airtel

    When a wifi is not working ,2 nd time in a week(Request no.11034199701)and slot booked 11am-12pm ,but engineer does not came,customer care says slot booking is accdng to customer,but engineer will do according to his time,so do wait,as customers time is not importnt @airtelindia

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence URGENT: Fraud Alert. Received call from +918064345706 claiming to be Airtel re: card courier. When I refused, they threatened to disconnect my service. My SIM is now inactive (SIM-swap fraud suspected)
