Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

If you cannot provide the installation within the promised 72 hours of the request you should not make such promises to the customers. Also the customer care was not at all helpful. Absolutely disappointed!! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
