    @Airtel_Presence Unfortunately it has now been 10 days since I have complained and yet their issue has not been resolved yet. I am giving a last warning to @Airtel_Presence after that i will go through a police complaint and court procedures. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have cancelled my Xtreme fibre service still I am getting billed every month. I already asked to cancel it once and paid pending amount for that month but still it shows up in my app as active and getting billed monthly. I am not paying any penny

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my broadband connection has been disconnected even without informing me! I've paid all my bills regularly to date and had never raised any disconnection requests. Can anyone please respond to this and explain what was the need for such action?
