    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @airtelindia Dear Sir I have 4G data balance but 4G service not working in my home.I think airtel is good network provider but they **** think about customer problem.I have raise network complain from airtel apps but no one call me and resolve the issue.

    @airtelindia your customer care service is pathetic, the person across doesn't know how to respond in English. When asked about the supervisor he said that we don't have supervisor till 1100 in the morning!!! Kindly see who's sitting and receiving calls with half baked knowledge

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews what nonsense is happening. Got Changed Airtel Postpaid to Airtel Prepaid Delhi on 7/04/2021. Today got the message that your number will be changed to Airtel prepaid Uttarakhand. Now there is no service in any SIM . Alt no 9897769096
