Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my broadband connection has been disconnected even without informing me! I've paid all my bills regularly to date and had never raised any disconnection requests. Can anyone please respond to this and explain what was the need for such action?
