Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I escalated the issue and reraised the compaint on 26th i was told that the issue will be resolved by 27th jan but there is no resolution. Using airtel have been a mental torture now. Have I made a mistake by installing Airtel broadband??.
