    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    I applied for the Airtel Wi-Fi plan (3 months for ₹1,500) for my location at RR Plot, Anandpur, Kolkata, but they told me I would have to get 'Air Fiber' installed because the fiber box is full. Is this the kind of service you provide? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I need to connect to customer care. Your chatbot is absolutely sh*t sorry to say. Data services are not working and it asks to switch on mobile data for running diagnostics.

    Dear @JioCare The network here is so poor since last one year that neither calls are made nor internet works at . This is final and serious competition from my side, otherwise I will shift 50+ Jio members of our village to @airtelindia . That's it, please resolve the problem ASAP

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, paying for 100 Mbps broadband but getting a pathetic 3-5 Mbps in Karnataka! Even worse, your ground team is fraudulently CLOSING my active service tickets without even visiting or resolving the issue. Fix my speed or I am moving to TRAI

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @airtelindia is #pathetic Anything can happen now Network issue going from good to bad to worse Starting to port out airtel connections 1 by 1 1st prepaid i can port to @reliancejio immediately if they can arrange home delivery. Next post paid numbers if network is satisfactory Then the broadband & dth too

    @airtelindia I know your dedicated team much better since so many days I am getting false commitment ,i know in our country there is no value of existing customer every company treat them like useless ,I sent lot of email and call many times no resolution as such

    @YayatiS1208 @LavaMobile Yes my brother also facing network issue in lava Agni 2, he is using @airtelindia sim, and sometimes his internet totally dead, either Airtel is provided very poor service or lava Agni 2 is facing technical issues.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is the 3rd time in this week that the wifi net has gone down without any intimation of maintenance. There is no way to register complaint. The engineers are not responding. I guess its time to switch back to local.
