    Internet snapped in #Kashmir. It is clear that problem occurs with Kashmir only & not Jammu but still other 10 districts suffer. We are paying extra amount to @airtelindia , @reliancejio etc every month.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you’ll don’t care at all. Internet down since yesterday 13th July 3:30pm at Marigold Meridian Bldg Bhandup… no internet at all no ETA no customer support. Frequent disruptions. It’s time to discontinue the services.

    Paying ₹699 + GST for 40 Mbps, but the Wi-Fi barely works. I’m forced to use mobile data instead. Raised several complaints, yet no resolution. Extremely poor and frustrating service. @airtelindia
