Is this a data breach or has my email address been incorrectly linked to another customer’s account? The bill belongs to Harshavardhan, while my name is Sharath. I see no connection between us, so how has my email been updated on his account? This isn’t the first time. I’ve received similar emails before and ignored them, but it’s now happening repeatedly. Please investigate this immediately, remove my email ID from the other customer’s account, and explain how this happened. Customer privacy should never be taken so lightly. @TRAI kindly look into this.
