    @JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago nothing has changed, you poor service remain poor. Poor 5g remain 2g. Not only me, entire apartment society is has a same impression on Airtel. Will definitely move away from Airtel.

    Extremely pathetic service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Booked a WiFi connection in Kondapur, Hyderabad on 2nd August and made the full payment upfront. We were assured installation would be completed the very next day. DSL No: 04035002876_wifi Account No. 20055439110

    @airtelnews @airtelindia The complain got closed, without any resolution, recent complain no.- 11035945668 from 10 days it's active, just closing the complain without resolution, deactivate my account.

    @airtelindia I had raised a request to upgrade to postpaid yesterday & I’ve been getting the same update in airtel app that next step will complete in an hour. I’m now in a hung state with no upgrade done or no prepaid validity & ur chatbot sucks. How can I get help S06E4P9VVT

    @airtelindia I paid for a new Airtel Xstream connection after being promised next-day installation. After the delay, I was told to wait 72 hours. I cancelled in writing, but Airtel now says it cannot cancel the order directly and may hold my refund for weeks.

    @airtelindia Broadband not working from last three days, even after emails and calls no service engineer is assigned yet. No outage in my area as reported by Thanks app, broadband is working fine for my neighbor. Using airtel frm 20 yrs, service is deteriorating. @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia We are staying in Bangalore and it's been more than 1 month and we have been raising a complaint for a bad network connection. The connection is giving 1Mbps for a 40Mbps connection for more than 3 weeks now. Unable to WFH and everytime airtel team is not responding.
