@jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@airtelindia Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what happened your word. Ticket No. #10016258192 dated 22 January, 2022 still not resolved after paying full payment on 21 January, 2022 of new Airtel broadband connection. What a customer service you are provided to me!! Shame on Airtel.

@airtelindia My Landline numbers are - 033 40034507 & 033 - 40225485 and both of them are giving problem in internet connectivity since last 2 months. Nothing has been done permanently to solve the problem. Airtel is a complete nonsense when it comes to Customer Care.

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer service number is only an ivr system. Is that actually customer service? Spent an hour trying to talk to someone and gave up and will probably give up my Airtel connection. I'm so glad my prime number is still on @ViCustomerCare!

@airtelindia Hello guys there no network since last 6 hours, every airtel mobile can see no service issue in my area. 6 hour is long duration and we are stuck because we are not getting otp’s and imp calls.
