@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@airtelindia whenever i activate international roaming pack after a few days it stops my outgoing service for call to anywhere . I can only receive calls. Whats the reason for this please explain. Is it a new way of scamming customer by charging so high on monthly international.

Airtel Black - good concept but horrible execution. The dedicated agents receive call while being in traffic, in park etc and ade clueless on almost everything. Though this is still in nascent stage, don’t you think that this is a joke @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ?
