    @jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    Pathetic and unbelievably arrogant customer service from @airtelindia . Selling the WiFi + TV plan is effortless for your team, but the moment there's an issue, everyone disappears. Over 30 hours of complete silence. your system won't even allow me to raise a support ticket.

    @airtelindia Stop harassing me with continuous flash messages just because my validity is ending in 2-3 days! It ruins the phone experience. Why do you provide such a frustrating service? Take note and fix this.

    @airtelindia @GyanTherapy The problem around "Fast Lane" internet isn't about whether premium service is wrong. It's about the incentives it creates. If ISPs profit from priority access, they may eventually try to make the regular experience less attractive, forcing more people to upgrade.

    @airtelindia the Wi-Fi (A/c No 20029460877) is still not working , 2 days has passed Will i get these 2 days more in total validity If my Wi-Fi is get disconnnected after validity of 30 days without giving 2 days extra you will ready to face legal music @TRAI @airtelnews

    Dear @airtelindia, 4 days se sirf false promises mil rahe hain. Har baar “aaj issue solve hoga” aur “engineer aayega” bola jata hai, lekin na issue solve hua na engineer aaya. Enough is enough. Disconnect my connection and process my refund immediately. I will never use Airtel

    @airtelindia after sometime your customer care called and asked to pay 650 Rs and told that my service would be disconnected. As a responsible person I paid the amount. He assured that I will receive email for closure. I haven’t received anything and bill keeps on generating
