@airtelindia today my Airtel prepaid sim is disconnected without any prior intimation and this I came to know when I went to Airtel gallery. It was to my utter surprise that a reputed company like you do such negligence to the customer who uses 2 numbers for a decade.

@airtelindia my internet snapped yesterday 25th at 5:00 pm. Till now no internet. Wire needs to change. That will happen tomorrow. 2 days to resolve such issues. My cable internet provider was super prompt considering above sla. Very very bad! No option to speak on care number

Day 3 No improvement in network. My phone supports 2300Mhz spectrum which @airtelindia generally uses. If I complain about it you guys have a SOP of registering complaint but you take no action. Later I recieve claim that my network has improved but it's not. @Airtel_Presence
