@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence u should be ashamed of yourself to call services company. Your customer care does not understand d problem & with freq discnt modem needs to be changed and no one gets it done. Thank god I have @fiber_jio also, learn customer service from them.

Now I understood @airtelindia advertising of 0 complaints ! Raised an issue about network , closed the issue within a day without any action - reopened the same , force closed again without any action. @Airtel_Presence don’t have any courtesy to contact before closing twice
