    I got no clear response from your customer care or from your technician side; they were too harsh by cutting off the call in between conversations.everyday im getting only the message saying that ur issue will be solved.but not got my internet back till now @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My issue is still unresolved, even after after mindless chat bots trying to help me on DM's. Interestingly there's no info on how to go about cancelling your connection either.. so, "Airtel Thanks" for nothing.

    @airtelindia from July 2019 my network issue and data issue not at all resolved still I am loosing my monthly data in 399 plan and 234 GB 4G data is available and every month more than 10 GB 4g data is wasted as it cant be added to roll over data.
