    @JioCare Thanks for the affirmation, the connection is restored but our plan is not active as the service period has expired, the 1st service request raised was on 5th and we haven't used the connection since then. We had to install @airtelindia for fiber and got broadband!

    @airtelindia Amazing fraud one of kid just pressed the numbers and it is changed from prepaid to postpaid plan. Really amazing right without calling customers you are changing when we are calling customer care you are telling we can't help. Do take action... @TRAI

    @JioCare @airtelindia The service team says, they can't do anything about the billing, that is understood, but we do not have point of contact for billing concerns!!
