When switched on or in case of power cut default home channel is promo or Naaptol where you make money! DTH is paid and you cannot impose channels on customers. Pratik Mohanty (@mohanty_pratik) reported@airtelindia Company-owned Airtel store in Bandra West / Mumbai is refusing a new prepaid SIM. I am an Indian citizen and NRI, currently in India, with a valid Indian passport. The passport has my Germany address. Staff say they cannot issue a SIM because of that foreign address. I offered separate Indian stay/address proof for PoA and asked for document KYC, not Aadhaar e-KYC. They still refused and would not put the reason in writing.
