  @airtelindia my family is using airtel services for past few years.And the services are going down very fast for the last 2-3 months. The speed is 10kb/s or sometimes 1-2kb/s.Whenever we call Customer care they always say that their team is busy & can't respond it now

  I must say @JioCare is worst serving network. I have decided to switch @airtelindia after getting suffered from outstanding services to of @JioCare . I advise everyone to switch to another network who r using useless jio network.

  Bought a new @Airtel Xtream Fiber link 45 days back, worked fine for 40 days. Past 5 days I have started facing disconnects and outages so frequently I regret my decision! Customer care don't care! The escalation desk keeps telling we will arrange a call back. Shame @airtelindia
