@airtelindia I am using airtel brodaband. I am complaint for issue. SR NO is 134923224. Service team visitng to my cenrer he demanding for 400.00 in cash. I asking for bill but they told me we can't reslove my problem.

@Airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today morning my outgoing call & net service was blocked I don’t know why when i contacted to customer care they told me your documents was not summited then i said if my documents was not submitted then how i was able to use the sim for last 3mnths

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you gave me a connection yesterday. In the last 24 hours I’ve had less than 60 mins of connection. 95% downtime. The technicians have come thrice and failed to solve it. And now you refuse to refund 4000 citing there is no refund. Pathetic service.
