@Airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today morning my outgoing call & net service was blocked I don’t know why when i contacted to customer care they told me your documents was not summited then i said if my documents was not submitted then how i was able to use the sim for last 3mnths

This is modern day #CustomerService... I raised a complaint in @airtelindia for poor network quality, their network went from 3g quality to worse then 2g the next day. This is how @airtelindia is serving its customers.
