    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel AirFiber has been down in my area for 2 days and there has been no resolution. Very poor service and customer support. No one is taking responsibility. I would not recommend Airtel Fiber to anyone looking for a reliable internet connection.

    @airtelindia Hello. I have recently shifted from jio to your network for internet services. You guys are even worse to provide services since the day I have taken connection. Your customer service is worst as they don’t provide request ID and no resolution yet… WORST

    Still no response from @reliancejio and @JioCare regarding my issue. Silence from customer support is disappointing and reflects poorly on customer service. If there’s no update soon, I’ll be forced to move to @airtelindia Air Fiber.

    Dear @airtelindia, We have been facing extremely poor mobile data network connectivity in our area for last 3 days. Internet speed is very slow and service has become almost unusable.If the problem is not fixed soon,I will be forced to port my number to another network provider.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Recharged with 899 for unlimited 5G.After 2GB data expiry there was no internet. By mistake converted to postpaid asked to cnvrt back to prepaid.They didwithout telling previous recharge will lapse. Now telling my recharge lapsed.Pathetic service.
