Frankly I expected better service from @airtelindia but this is really disappointing to see they are not even bothered to fix the issue when you raise a cancellation request. They have wasted 5 days of my time. I could've already taken some other service provider by now.

@airtelindia wifi is down since yesterday evening, no updates and no prior information. Called customer care multiple times but no response. This is happening very frequently now. Suggest everyone not go with Airtel, worst service ever, waste of time & money

@Airtel_Presence is such useless. I am chasing from last three weeks for my postpaid bill issue, but they only promise to fix in 48 hours after every 48 hours. @airtelindia . There is no escalation route defined. No SLA breach defined.
