    @AniR0y @airtelindia When are you planning to resolve the Internet issue in Malad East? Will it take 2 hours eventually to 2029 ? If not possible atleast give a hint, will go for Jio Broadband - your cousin who stops internet 10 days before pack expires.

    @airtelindia there's no internet on my router, even raised issue was closed on its own as resolved. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia from last one month my wifi land line calling is not working. I complaint several times but till now working. So why r u asking for bill now? If landline not working then what's the use of wifi. Late fee also charged. DC my account

    Starting with unresolved issues in my Airtel DTH service, this entire experience has only gone downhill. Despite clearly communicating my concerns, I’ve been relentlessly bombarded with dozens of spam calls, automated bots and robocalls from Airtel.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your customer service is an absolute disaster. The deliberate delays, blatant lies, and refusal to process a simple disconnection are pure harassment. I have sent a final pre-litigation warning to your DM. Read it and resolve this IMMEDIATELY.

    And, as ever, the grand response is “please DM your details”—as though the issue hasn’t already been performed repeatedly in public. No ownership, no resolution, just a rather elegant exercise in sidestepping. Quite bizarre, and increasingly tiresome. @airtelindia
