@airtelindia I am an Airtel DTH customer from 27 sep 20 it worked fine for initial 1 month only. After that Xstream set top box got faulty. Iam facing problem from October 20 but there is no solution yet. Only technician visited again and again. Please support

Had possibly the worst call with your Social media team. I complained about the incessant collection calls, but instead your Social media guy - Kapil, yelled at me, told me lies and threatened me that my connection will be disconnected. Incredible. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia I have recharged a different number in place of my number on Airtel Thanks App. When I called the customer care and asked for revert back, I was said, Recharge is made using Airtel money, the recharge cannot be reverted. I don't understand why Airtel conflicts Airtel
