    @airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

    U are only interested in making revenue by scaring consumers. U do nt improve customer experience as you are a Brand. Hence nt worried abt network coverage. Then why de hurry in sending reminders 2 recharge @airtelindia @JioCare . Why dont u provide boosters @ nocoverage areas

    @Airtel_Presence Just got a call from “Neha” of Airtel Experience. Asking me to go to the store and “apply” for my own number which @airtelindia wrongly disconnected. And why does Airtel expect the customer to be so idle. Who is the responsible for this? Why not reactivate sim?

    Over 6 days of dead broadband and zero accountability from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. If an on-ground technician is not assigned with a fixed resolution slot today, close my account permanently and process a refund for unrendered services.

    According to my bank executive, the transaction was successfully processed from their end. However, my Airtel recharge is still showing “In Progress.” Could someone from the @airtelindia team please look into this and provide a clear update on the issue?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI My Airtel Fiber connection is DOWN since 18th AUGUST for 7 DAYS! Mob: 7***797 Area: Banjara Hills, Hyd.Raised complaints daily, NO resolution, NO technician. Tickets closed without fixing. Resolve in 24hrs or I am filing case in TRAI
