    @airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia plz improve your internet service in this region, Mehus, Sheikhpura, Bihar. We feel robed of our money. Being a student only I recharged for 250rs and and I'm not able to use even 1 mb of data in a whole month. Plz get it fixed soon. It's hope for many.

    @airtelindia Most of the times it says u hv exhausted 100% data even when I only used 900+ MB out of 1500MB... I experienced this problem with airtel SIM only. Me and my family are returning back to JIO... I don't like the way airtel cheat its valuable customers. Bye. I quit from airtel

    @airtelindia I have a 5g + 4G VOLTE ready Sony Xperia 1 iii handset. Airtel has not configured its VOLTE service for my handset because of which my handset has to switch to 2g to make calls. Please provide VOLTE support for my handset ASAP.
