@airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

1 month of a request, over 1 day of 2 complaints, 3 different messages of a committed time by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence and 3 broadband connections down for the last 24 hours. Nobody has turned up and your engineers are not taking our calls anymore. Great service commitment.
