    @airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sir i pay 9619 for 12 months broadband plan on dtd 25.4.2022 but airtel app shows validity only 302 days instead of 365 days and amount also 9400 approx .please fix .i tell customer care he told 92 rupees extra pay for activate plan

    @Airtel_Presence your team is not able to shift the broadband from 6th floor to 8th floor since last 2 days. No updates on my request. Pathetic Service! Did not expect this from @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence..Hi, your transaction ID for Airtel Prepaid to Airtel Postpaid migration is 21-4028126589728. Your request will be completed within 24 hours. It is done by mistake. Kindly cancel the Postpaid plan. And active my old Prepaid plan.

    @likhith_bommu @airtelindia In India all top companys" after sales service is the worst.they are not ashamed.recently we had a bitter experience from none other than "Eureka Forbes " company's (Heard properly owned by TATA group !)Aqua guard water purifier.they can't address the fault for the past 3months

    @likhith_bommu @airtelindia We had to buy packaged drinking water cost of which may soon equal to the cost of the machine.wish to scold them in many bad words but restrained myself .
