@airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

@ICICIBank @airtelindia For a simple issue of OTP not being delivered, your customer care(ICICI) asked me to write a mail and check with my service provider (Airtel) for the reason of non delivery of OTP. Why make customer left and right, why simply you can't mail me reason?
