    @airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

    My airtel mob. No. Is 9919129025. I have using the above said no. Since last more then 5 years but from last 60 days I have facing so much internet or problem. I have filed many complaints with customers care but no response till date @airtelindia #sunilmittal @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia dear better your shutdown your broadband services or else fix the issue. It’s almost 9 hours now the Internet services are down and not even mobile data is working. For every 2 hours they extend to fix the issue. #AirtelDown #airtelisworst

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've been trying to get a hold of your engineers due to a problem in my modem and the internet is down from the morning. I tried calling the engineer and they are just ignoring my calls. If this is how Airtel treats its customers i need refund.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really pathetic service by airtel . I got my plan converted into black but inspite of resolving ,backend people closed by ticket two time without resolution. Also airtel mislead customer providing what they commit

    Dear @TRAI team, @airtelindia is harassing me by making repeated calls even after blocking multiple numbers. I hear their caller tune and then one of the customer care executives just say Hi and then disconnect the call. What the hell is this? AIRTEL just sucks!!

    @JioCare Though @airtelindia is somewhat expensive but in terms of service, it is far better than @reliancejio . Recently, quitted airtel just because it was expensive but realizing now.

    @airtelindia please provide the email I’d of any responsible person in broadband team who can resolve the issue. Writing here is a waste of time for everyone and not the appropriate channel to escalate. Regular 121 mails are going nowhere and not getting any response

    @airtelindia quotes that they're No 1 India after multiple complaints to customer care no one bother we are almost more than 200 families live here and most of them uses Airtel. If this is not sorted ASAP better we switch to different network providers who give atleast best
