@airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

Harrowing time with @airtelindia They just don't have anything called customer service. Just make people run pillar to post with no resolution. Just completed 24 hrs with no connection, for no fault of mine.
