@airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Really disappointed with @airtelindia so called exciting Airtel Black plan which promises priority resolution, been almost a week since I have raised a broadband shifting request still not resolved, customer care only gives generic response.
