    @airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia A very pathetic service from you. I have been chasing your customer care team since 5th November for excess amount refund. your entire customer care is just fooling us. Sent transaction reference number, cancelled cheque and still no answer. @ConsumerCourt_

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence here in Kerala there are more than 14districts in Kerala.Why do you not provide your broadband service other than Kochi?You are the one of the best telecom network service provider. We need your service but your service is not available here.why?

    @airtelindia Very Pathetic Customer Service...Hi, we have registered the Service Request via Reference No. 31-3458997543024 for your Airtel Mobile. The same will be closed within 9 Working Days.. Complaint raised on 30th Oct and closed without resolving the issue.
