    @airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia First get your normal network issue resolved then gor for launching the 5G network , Airtel network is getting worst by the day . Complaint raised regarding network issues on 4 September 2022 yet not resolved call back as committed by complaint handling te never came.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia again wifi is down. Happening almost every month and there seem to be no end to the issue. Even if Internet and landline is down you people charge for that too. Last Month for a week wifi was down but charged for the full month. Need a permanent fix
