@airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, why is it so fussy and difficult to get someone from Support agent to talk/chat to your customer. Your IVR sucks, your FAQ options does not help. How shall I raise a complaint?
