@airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia .. Worst service provider of fiber from last few days. They are not even bothered about the issue of consumer.. Net get disconnected in working hour.. hence would suggest people not to use Airtel any more and opt for the services better then airtel. Area Bhandup (w).

@airtelindia I had requested a broadband+OTT+DTH package mid Nov. Order ID 21-31890739127. Installation was never performed (with lame excuses why it can’t be done). I cancelled order 3 days later and still have not received my refund of 4k despite numerous calls. Why are u robbing people?
