@airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

The company is increase the recharge amount every month and decreased the validity from 30, 31 to 28 days. But we never asked them why should it happen?.. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DrVivekBindra

@airtelindia ur late paymnt policy realy sucks, I hav been paying 100 rupes extra than my actual plan +18% gst since time immemorial. Nd these days the network has been pathetic too, my phone shws a 4G sign bt it runs worst than 2G. Lets see whn this tweet gets postd #airtelsucks
