@airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @askairtel My internet is not working from 25 July. Even after multiple complaints the issue was not fixed.The complaint number is 134501516.They even had the audacity to close my complaint without resolving the problem.Kindly look over the issue.

@ConsumerWelfare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence That's the problem, We can't sms with charge of ₹1/sms in that pack To send sms,we will have to reachrge atleast of ₹129 which gives unlimited calls and SMS for a month Telecom operators cleverly scamming people in India You should raise this issue with higher authorities
