  @airtelindia Recently moved to Airtel broadband and Postpaid mobile plan. When there is an issue with the network, it is difficult to reach Airtel . Airtel Black seems to be an one way traffic. There is no way to log in a complaint through the app.

  @airtelindia @sanket17_ It is a shame that your staff keep giving appointments and never shows up. I called theain emgineer who did wiring in my house so your technician can coordiante with him .Both waited for 2 hours. He never showed up and made excuses later.   From 14days onwards I am facing internet issue badly i am using @airtelindia broad band. This The worst experience for me.. I don't know y @airtelindia taking this much time to resolve my issue.. even I didn't get proper response from @airtelindia customer care.

  @airtelindia worst internet of all time costly plans but extremely slow speed not expected this from Airtel, even other companies are better now in terms of net totally waste of money. Facing this issue from a long time & messages are not even sent. Really worst internet speed.

  @airtelindia I ported my number to Airtel postpaid family pack yesterday number is activated but not internet though said it wld be activated in half hr but not activated yet please sort out the issue asap
