    @airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

    Worst customer service... Today I called from 9074573052 on 198 customer service. @airtelindia @airtelcare . I have done recharge by mistake from 399 i want to do recharge from 449. But no resolution provided by airtel.

    @airtelindia i'm so much disappointed wid ur support service, after using airtel for more than 10 yrs , my airtel sim sudden stopped getting signal and no one from customer care b'lore, karantaka is responding . no wonder if v switch 2 other network if u keep loosing our trust.
