    @airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Finally, on 15 July around 2 PM, I forced Airtel to register a formal complaint. I repeatedly warned them that my wife's incoming services would also stop if they delayed any longer. Only then was the complaint registered and marked as "priority".

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I demand Airtel: Restore the connection immediately. Activate the ₹1729 quarterly plan correctly. Extend the validity for every day the service remained unusable. Explain why customer care provided incorrect information. Explain why my earlier complaints were never registered.

    @airtelindia My WiFi is down for last three days and every day I’m assigned a new technician who never shows up. If you can’t fix services on time, why’d you even charge late payment fee? And why am I suffering because of your pathetic unprofessional service?

    @airtelindia Need urgent clarification. I visited an Airtel Store to transfer my prepaid SIM ownership from my mother’s name to mine, but I was told I must convert to postpaid and wait 4 months Is this an official Airtel policy or misinformation? Please help with the correct ans.
