@airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia So I am trying this way, it's been 2 months, Since January my sim got blocked. The wonder here is still I'm getting bills to pay, If airtel is not helping to resolve the issue what is the need of paying merrily for the services which I'm currently not using.

@Airtel_Presence Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence you want to tag airtel CEO and Government persons here then only will you provide me an invoice copy? You must have to provide an invoice to your customer no matter whether it's related to prepaid or postpaid.

@airtelindia is far behind in tech. They bar all services if u exhaust ur limit and if the customer clears that right away they keep it barred until the customer finds it in next iteration that it’s blocked. What a shame! And customer care doesn’t know anything on it.
