    @airtelindia please train your employees to how to talk to a customer with person or in a call about your services. I visited for a port to airtel from #Vi to #Airtel he costs 299/- and GST 360/- from my uncle today. I asked why 299/- he replied very terribly @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I subscribed to a new prepaid sim yesterday from your brand new outlet at Downtown Mall, Kolkata, WB. I was promised the sim will be activated in couple of minutes, then to 6 hrs then to 24 hours but dint happen. The center is not picking up call now as well. HELP!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why can’t I change my broadband plan from the app? I called customer care they are also not able to change my plan. My broadband plan expires today and from tomorrow it will auto renew which I don’t want, I want to update my plan.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what kind of customer services do you have ? Your service reps call on telegram and then block the customers. You do a mistake and make customer suffer. You can't block and unblock my sim on your whims.
