    The worst service ever @airtelindia . My xtreme fiber is not working from last 7 days and there is no response from the technical team. I've already paid for the fiber cable at Rs. 20 per meter. And now they are saying that the cable is faulty and I have to pay again for cable.

    @airtelindia I have raised a complaint regarding non-working of mine airtel WIFI via service request 10056924808 on 27.06.2022. Today I received the message that mine problem is resolved but mine WIFI is not working even now.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Hi, the Service Request No. 31-3733098703126 related to Network on your Airtel Number has been closed. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, contact 198 or Appellate to raise an appeal. Though issue is not resolved, ticket closed

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI apparently if we need a duplicate sim, physical print out is needed of digital IDs issued by government. Moreover your so called helpful staff insists that the customer looks for a cyber cafe and get it printed. So much for #digitalindia.

    What if someone had to verify their UPI, you need sms service. But in @airtelindia service you cannot send sms because they don't allow in ₹79 recharge. This will only help airtel to get their pocket thick. @AshwiniVaishnaw
