    Dear @airtelindia like you take followups for your pending bills using phone calls from your executives then for Customer Service why you dnt allow to connect with call center and divert us on Chat Bots.Which is more harrasment rather than support. This kind of greed and neglect is exactly what killed giants like Nokia. With pathetic customer service and a careless attitude, Airtel is walking the same path to downfall

    @airtelindia @TRAI Internet down again for “servicing” in Mumbai. This keeps happening way too often. Pretty unfair that there’s no compensation for all this downtime. The whole airtel experience is so frustrating - your customer care no. doesn’t work as intended, no way to reach out to an agent through the airtel app and no upfront notice for the inconvenience.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kya service hai ye. internet frequently disconnect ho rha hai. service request raise ki, call aa rha h uthate hi cut ho jata hai, return lg ni rha hai. 3 bar cut hone se request close kar di.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia STOP GIVING COPY PASTE RESPONSE AND SEND THE DAMN ENGINEER. 3 CONTINUOUS DAYS OF NO INTERNET. And mentioning we are treating with high priority? What a joke! No internet provider gives 4 days resolution time officially. Airtel revised dates to 5th!:(
