Some time good speed for 5 minutes and then suddenly 2G speed for next 20 minutes. Severely impacting the work and overall internet experience. There is no resolution to comaplaints.

I was told the router would be collected from my hometown in Kerala, but it still hasn’t been collected. I can’t reach customer care as the connection is disconnected. Please arrange pickup ASAP.

Everyday I am calling customer care but I am assured that this will be resolved on priority but nothing changes.
