@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Lodged many complaints, but no solution. Everytime I only get Msg that "We are working on your issue" and after smtime , without our feedbk and solution, ticket get closed. I am from Bangalore. Kndly do the needfl. Bcoz Twitter is my only option now

@ViCustomerCare voicemail service is a scam. Their website has no information on how to use it. It only says how to activate it. Also the voicemail charges are stupid high. They can't even resolve issues via dm. For the smallest reason they'll call. Might port to @airtelindia

@airtelindia we got the offer from you to switch to a fibre connection yesterday. 2 reps came to change the cabling but never finished the work. No Internet yet and customer care says it will take 7 more days! That’s ridiculous. Please resolve this!

@airtelindia I had request for broadband services agent came took KYC and payment done same day after that no one is bothering for installation it's being 3 days i have to follow up with these people my money got stucked I paid for 6 month adavance. Airtel bad services Experience

@airtelindia I totally understand thr might be some really big obstacle due to which Airtel is not able to convert my broadband to optical fibre from last 2 months; But I’m at the loosing end here due to slow speed; guess it’s time to find a new provider after a decade.
