    @reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

    @reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

    @airtelindia of late poor performance both Wi-Fi and mobile data. Poor signals, VERY frequent disruption of service-informed and uninformed. Complaints go unnoticed. Cannot trust. Need to Shift to better service provider.

    They are only misguiding with their offers and misleading about the process. We are not able to go out for the office. Everyday we are waiting for the Airtel person to come.We are not getting any true information from the customer care or from the store @airtelindia @airtelnews
