    Why is it so difficult to switch to @airtelindia i submit the request on 8th October and today after 7 days it's not been switched yet neither any support from the company. Can't even track the status of port in.

    @reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

    @reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

    @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have complained so many times still not getting good Internet speed, i am paying for 4g but getting speed of 3g and most of time don't even get network. Why companies don't care about their consumers and do fake promises fo money.

    @airtelindia @AirtelPresence I am not able to use my broadband from last 18 hours. It's showing network outage. This is 2nd time in a row this week. Fix it soon, it's really affecting my work. I have heard @JioFiberVoice offers a much better service.

    @JioCare worst service, recharge of rs 719 failed, though the amount got debited from the bank yet no services or no refund. Worst contact centre support. Porting to @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My bill plan has been increased I don't know how. I call customer care they tell me to wait to speak to a senior and I wait for 30 mins. I need my plan to be brought back to old plan with immediate effect & current bill to be adjusted accordingly.1/2

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've been calling from 3 days to get an update on my new broadband connection request, I haven't received a callback from any technician yet or any help whatsoever. How much am i supposed to wait !
