@TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have complained so many times still not getting good Internet speed, i am paying for 4g but getting speed of 3g and most of time don't even get network. Why companies don't care about their consumers and do fake promises fo money.

@reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

@reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia To all, please don’t go for Airtel’s scheme of “Get number of your own choice”. It is a scam to get customers to opt for Airtel services. I am saying that based on a recent bad experience, instead go for Jio which provides better network coverage.

With jio, i couldn't even pay through UPI in my office cafeteria, which is just beside main road..... Airtel .... Due to excessive people using it, it is getting bad.

@airtelindia please note that I can’t view the a-la-carté channels I’ve subscribed on top of the base pack. This is the state of affairs for most channels. Despite multiple inspections by technicians, this issue has remained unresolved for 3 months now.

@airtelindia Pathetic experience with Airtel ! This is when MNP is required just from Airtel Delhi to Airtel EUP. Never expected this treatment. Special mention for Airtel Store Ashiyana,Lucknow. They just don’t know how to behave with customers.

@vivbajaj @airtelindia Sir You are 100% right, I made a complaints regarding this but still no improvement. They will either close the complaints without resolution or will give a long date for resolution and keep saying our team is working on it. Speed is worst than 3G.
