@reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

@reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

Why is it so difficult to switch to @airtelindia i submit the request on 8th October and today after 7 days it's not been switched yet neither any support from the company. Can't even track the status of port in.

@airtelindia Just shame on yiur self and ur services. Ur advisor behave rude and not upto yhe mark. Why do u charhe if you cant provide network. Keep some dignit. I have a call recordibg with one of teb manager..who was pathetic and hopelesa. He doaent knw how to handel customer.
