  @reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

  @reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

  Why is it so difficult to switch to @airtelindia i submit the request on 8th October and today after 7 days it's not been switched yet neither any support from the company. Can't even track the status of port in.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia postpaid sim suddenly stopped working from last night 10-30pm it's showing as no service. Due to Sunday leave @airtelindia store in Hassan 573201 is closed. Not able to connect to customer care. services are very pathetic. All troubleshooting done

  @airtelindia What kind of joke is this? Today the network kept coming and going all day. And today I connected airtel net for the first time at 1 or 2 o'clock and used it for a while and the message of 90% data usage came. So much theft started happening even during the day.

  Dear @airtelindia, I'm your customer since 2004. My phone is showing "sim is not registered" since yesterday. I just realized that you got pathetic customer service and closed stores. Feel shameful for giving pathetic service. I'm filing a complaint on you guys.
