    @reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

    @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have complained so many times still not getting good Internet speed, i am paying for 4g but getting speed of 3g and most of time don't even get network. Why companies don't care about their consumers and do fake promises fo money.

    Why is it so difficult to switch to @airtelindia i submit the request on 8th October and today after 7 days it's not been switched yet neither any support from the company. Can't even track the status of port in.

    @reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

    @airtelindia Its been months and the network is getting real bad in my area. We have 4 users in our family and we'll be left with no choice than switching to other network if this continues. These are the coordinates(26.076244, 91.876309) to my location and Pin- 793101. We believe in you!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your customer care staff are manner less. They shud be trained on how to talk to perspective customers. I wanted to port into Airtel and their rude behaviour put me off.
