@reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

@reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

@airtelindia Your postpaid service is pathetic. Everyday from 11am to 7 pm, 4g is not working. Raised to customer care, issue closed without any solution. Please take back your connection and refund my recharges. Suffering from a month now😠
