@reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

Why is it so difficult to switch to @airtelindia i submit the request on 8th October and today after 7 days it's not been switched yet neither any support from the company. Can't even track the status of port in.

@reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Using Airtel is one of the worst decisions I made. I had to recharge it of alternative network. And they make scams during every plan. Just recharged for 1.5gb/day pack to attend a meeting and got msg of exhausting data in 30-40min.

You can be sure of support engineer is never going to resolve the issue except he is going to close the ticket without your knowledge. I have this issue for 6+ months this is what they have been doing. I have downgraded the speed to 100

Why is it so hard to reach @Airtel_Presence to lodge an issue with my broadband? I've tried emails, calling helpline numbers, nodal authorities dozens of times - to no avail. Can someone help me get in touch with a human being at @airtelindia please?
