    @reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

    @reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

    @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have complained so many times still not getting good Internet speed, i am paying for 4g but getting speed of 3g and most of time don't even get network. Why companies don't care about their consumers and do fake promises fo money.

    I cannot call on any bank customer care number. My Airtel mobile number is registered with my bank account union bank and also icici bank. When I trying to contact to customer care , the call is auto disconnect. @airtelindia

    Never take post paid broadband from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence should name itself as airtel_absence. Customer service is pathetic, I was told refund will be done in 45 days.Still refund is not generated. It will take another 15 days.What for? Service Request id also not given
