@reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

@reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

@TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have complained so many times still not getting good Internet speed, i am paying for 4g but getting speed of 3g and most of time don't even get network. Why companies don't care about their consumers and do fake promises fo money.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very disheartened by your service,unable to use internet at all, created a service request and no response yet.Alloted service time is 12 Feb whereas i requested service on 9th feb,so i am supposed to wait 4 days to use my prepaid fiber net.

@airtelindia Airtel is deliberately creating network issues and SIM needs to replaced. 2 of my 6 connections faced problems on fridays and had to pay Rs 50 each time to get a new SIM. Nodal and Appellate not replying. Matter has to be taken to TRAI. All customers beware.

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare , Airtel @airtelindia retail app is far more better than Jio pos . I am selling 200 + Airtel Sim but Jio 60-70 only . It is not like we don't support Jio , network is good but Airtel app works much far speeder than jio pos.
