@reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

@reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

Why is it so difficult to switch to @airtelindia i submit the request on 8th October and today after 7 days it's not been switched yet neither any support from the company. Can't even track the status of port in.

@Airtel_Presence Again facing issues with 5 ghz band not connecting since a week. Your 2.4 Ghz band is useless as the provided router supports just 40 mbps on a plan of 300 mbps. This is misleading and legal action should be taken against @airtelindia . 10081222785 request no.

@AmanTheKulkarni @airtelindia I know… the worst thing is that they scheduled a call with me for 7:30 to provide me a solution and I’m still waiting. When I called them to enquire, the new representative said it’s a TAT of 24hrs. It’s a pathetic customer service experience of @airtelindia #Airtel
