It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

Surprised that no one even bothers to give a call either to check or update. The IVR system just goes on loop. Chatbot is useless.
