@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very disheartened by your service,unable to use internet at all, created a service request and no response yet.Alloted service time is 12 Feb whereas i requested service on 9th feb,so i am supposed to wait 4 days to use my prepaid fiber net.

@reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

@TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have complained so many times still not getting good Internet speed, i am paying for 4g but getting speed of 3g and most of time don't even get network. Why companies don't care about their consumers and do fake promises fo money.

@reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

I will definitely discontinue my service as soon as my plan expires. Have already suffered enough coz of their 3rd grade service and engineers.

@Airtel_Presence I think 4 people were in conference call. Sales executive said his part. It was not his fault it seems .Other two were just ignorant to ignore and said “ say no to customer” . This is a surprise. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I would have took tech team to just replace box there.
