    @reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

    @reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

    @airtelindia Really disappointing and pathetic customer care services. During these times when everyone is working from home, it takes around 2 days to actually put in complaint regarding internet connectivity and still no solution has been provided.

    @ViCustomerCare Day 6 and counting still...Network is not restored yet. Time to port the number to @airtelindia. Phone officer just said that they need 90 days to close this issue and he insisted that we keep paying the bills still. @airtelindia Do you ever treat your customers like this ?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence applied for a broadband conn in Gorakhpur, east UP...ref - 05513276786. After taking advance rental for 3 mnths and wiring, your guys are saying that router is out of stock with no timeline. Can you cancel my request and refund my amount immediately

    @airtelbank I think It's a #fastag fraud done by @airtelindia. It's not my words..it is confirmed by #DTDC courier employee. No booking has been shown after entering tracking number given by #Airtel customer care service employee Mr.Sagar Shinde..also not helping.. It's a Fraud

    @airtelindia, in patna, trying to get broadband at home fr my brother but it seems one of our house, 2km away got the connection but other one, engineer says, the work is in progress, can someone pls help or do u do things as per order in a particular area???
