    @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have complained so many times still not getting good Internet speed, i am paying for 4g but getting speed of 3g and most of time don't even get network. Why companies don't care about their consumers and do fake promises fo money.

    @airtelindia i am trying to get new connection of airtel Xtreme fibre from 3 days The fibre engineers are saying there is some problem they can't even tell when will it fix . If they will not setup connection Tomorrow then i will definitely buy jio fibre

    @reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unable to use internet at all,no response on my service request.Alloted service time is 12 Feb,so i am supposed to wait 4 days to use my prepaid fiber net.worst customer service ever.will stop using your service.Pathetic service.

    Why is it so difficult to switch to @airtelindia i submit the request on 8th October and today after 7 days it's not been switched yet neither any support from the company. Can't even track the status of port in.

    @reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

    @airtelindia why have u made it so for customers to talk to your representatives. I want to remove connection of Airtel fibre but I am not able to do so. I know you guys want to retain your customer but please don't this kind of tricks

    @airtelindia you guys are the worst when it comes to service. I got the premium Airtel corporate plan with the highest speed, but every week, on a fine working day, you guys have some kind of outage and the net will be down, and specially the timings are amazing from 9 to 4.

    @airtelindia you really need to sort out your tech. It’s a total disaster! All along we could buy an international roaming on your mobile app. Not anymore! It’s full of bugs and the same experience is on the desktop. Your customer hotline put you on hold for 8 mins and then disconnects on its own! I have tried for the last 30 mins and cannot switch on international roaming. Fire your tech leader!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews My Unlimited 5G is not working. Daily data (2GB/3GB) gets exhausted and internet stops. I have already tried all troubleshooting, calls and email but issue is still not resolved. Please escalate and re-provision Unlimited 5G urgently.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Tried to replace dth to iptv. Raised request last Saturday and still nothing moved. Such worst response I faced in past 15 years. Your customer care person requires basic knowledge on your products.
