    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unable to use internet at all,no response on my service request.Alloted service time is 12 Feb,so i am supposed to wait 4 days to use my prepaid fiber net.worst customer service ever.will stop using your service.Pathetic service.

    @TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have complained so many times still not getting good Internet speed, i am paying for 4g but getting speed of 3g and most of time don't even get network. Why companies don't care about their consumers and do fake promises fo money.

    @airtelindia i am trying to get new connection of airtel Xtreme fibre from 3 days The fibre engineers are saying there is some problem they can't even tell when will it fix . If they will not setup connection Tomorrow then i will definitely buy jio fibre

    Why is it so difficult to switch to @airtelindia i submit the request on 8th October and today after 7 days it's not been switched yet neither any support from the company. Can't even track the status of port in.

    @reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

    @reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

    @airtelindia which is extremely concerning and unacceptable—especially during working hours. This is not an isolated incident. Similar outages have been occurring repeatedly over the past couple of weeks, severely impacting our ability to perform office work.please fix this issue

    @airtelindia I am absolutely horrified at lack of intent from your teams I have raised multiple requests and no one seems to be bothered. Mobile network is horribly bad. My request for IP TV for my 2nd tv has no update. Your execs have no clue about your products and services.

    @airtelindia 5g services are not truly unlimited. Today I was fully in 5h area and signal was continuously 5g but still got below message 50% Alert: You have consumed 50% of your data. Top-up now via Airtel app What's use of calling true 5g, bad service compare with @reliancejio

    @airtelindia I am facing a brilliant trap. My request for Mesh WiFi security deposit isn’t visible to #customercare. But when I ask them to terminate the WiFi connection altogether, they say that there is an open ticket and can’t terminate. What stupid service!
