@reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

@reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

@TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have complained so many times still not getting good Internet speed, i am paying for 4g but getting speed of 3g and most of time don't even get network. Why companies don't care about their consumers and do fake promises fo money.

Axis bank chat support , everything getting is automated reply , no call support , I have unlimited @airtelindia 84 days plan but axis bank customer service of Airtel says no balance to make call.. There no email option from axis bank worst experience need to close my account

Today I came to know that I cannot send SMS from my airtel number because I do not have "eligible recharge pack". If I have account balance then I should be able to send SMS right, how can you deny basic mobile service to your customers. @airtelindia @airtelnews #shameonairtel
