@reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

@reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

Why is it so difficult to switch to @airtelindia i submit the request on 8th October and today after 7 days it's not been switched yet neither any support from the company. Can't even track the status of port in.

I am using services of @reliancejio and @airtelindia . The price is increasing continuously and the speed of the internet is in kbps. Disgusting service from both of the providers. If you can't provide proper internet speed then why you are increasing the prices. Shame Shame.

@airtelindia What a horrible service. Booked and paid for airtel xstream fibre and then representative does not picks the call. Application no 03265579291. Lead id: 41-14010811222. Even customer care does not cancel the booking. Please do something and refund my money
