@reliancejio with two years of regular complaint the service of jio has only degraded to 0.2kbps instead of getting better. Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

@reliancejio since last 2 years my speed and coverage has only reduced and respite regular complaint nothing happened in these years. It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

@TRAI @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have complained so many times still not getting good Internet speed, i am paying for 4g but getting speed of 3g and most of time don't even get network. Why companies don't care about their consumers and do fake promises fo money.

@airtelindia The products are excellent. Offers excites but true and complete information are not given to customer. When the customer face any issue then customer service are worst to the level that he will never think about using airtel. I have stopped using one SIM n one DTH.
