It's awful to see such poor service. I think I should switch to @airtelindia as you have no intention to make things better.

Every single time I was told we don't have a deadline. Now, I have to switch to @airtelindia I hope Airtel will give me the true 4G speed & better service

Resolution was promised in 24hours, then additional 24 hrs then another 24 hrs ultimately they marked my ticket complete without even a hint.

Disconnect the connection without prior notification and when trying to diagnose wifi,the page never works. The app is a complete scam and also the service. @DoT_India look into this.
