@airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

You can work from home if you live in cities but you will have to move to cities to "WFH" if you live in villages. Poor connectivity limits the opportunity for villagers and make our lives nothing sort of hell, even after paying same price for @airtelindia @reliancejio services,
