In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

@ujjwalsahni2 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I m not able to reach their customers care now, u could see one lady Pinki, she can't understand the issues, I have raised a complaint for the issue, she was keep defending that my number is not blocked, she doesn't know how to access complaints, very pathetic service.

@airtelindia I can't access the Volte for my airtel sim. i have enabled it in the mobile setttings nd my device is one plus nord and it is compatable for volte but im facing issues when im about to recieve a call by someone than my internet is not able respond pls help this out.

If they have an issue then only they will call why can't they have basic commonsense to understand an issue and resolve, most of them are working from home, students are in online class who can give network to us, adopt right business model

from last 1yr we're getting so much network(internet) issues from ur networks in my area, we're using India's top 2 tele-networks & sending so many reqsts to resolve these issue but no use till now We're doing #WFH, others Online classes etc.Pls do ASAP @airtelindia @reliancejio

@airtelindia Very disappointed by your service. No one picks up the call and not getting any response. It's 12 days since we are facing issues. DTH ID - 3013393371, If issue is not resolved by 7pm today as mentioned, I will move out of airtel DTH
