@airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Trying to convert from physical sim to esim. The IVR responses are not recorded and I get the same welcome message time and again. visited Airtel store, calling 121 half a dozen times and talking to 2 ‘ supervisors’ . No help at all!
