    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    @airtelindia Please help with process of terminating your useless "Worlds Slowest Fiber Xtreme Internet Connection". I clearly mentioned that the internet drops / degraded between 7PM - 11 PM IST. This is purely to do with bandwidth sharing, what is that technician do with the WiFI router!!

    @airtelindia customer care response has become frustratingly bad. That's what a lack of options does: it leaves us to make do with what is less bad available. Despite dues being cleared, service hasn't been resumed. I've been trying to connect for over 96 hours. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No internet in my area (Tinsukia, Assam – Sripuria) for 2 days on multiple Airtel numbers. We are on prepaid plans with daily data (1.5GB/2GB), but unable to use it. Will Airtel extend validity or compensate for this loss? kindly fix this asap

    @airtelindia @TRAI Same user, 2 Airtel numbers, both on IR. ₹118 IR pack shows on number with 1yr pack (useless) but not on the other where I need it. Why this selective visibility? Misleading. Fix this.
