    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Worst service ever. They don’t ever pickup your calls and disregard your issues. Will never recommend anyone to Airtel Fiber after facing their horrible service. Even Customer care only raises request but nothing happens after that.

    @akash_verma19 @airtelindia Absolutely, hence I have discontinued my services to them and migrated to @reliancejio broad band are cheaper & even promptly installed the finer services the next day which Airtel never could do after me being their customer and shareholder for 5 yrs !
