In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

Totally terrible experience with @airtelindia I just call customer care from Airtel number does not connect, At the same time call from another network its work (chargeable service) In between during the call change the language automatically from Tamil to Hindi worst service

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please confirm if your services been collapsed at 802301? It's like complete shutdown of your internet service. Airtel sim are breathing data right now. Your SVCs are saying everything is fine. Seems they're nt even able to fetch latest data.
