In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

Really disappointed by service provided by @airtelindia, from past 9 days I have raised request to transfer my broadband but still not done, and from past 5 days getting false commitment by CC executives. I am going to stop using Airtel services.

@airtelindia @airtelnews if this is the service I am being served. I think the faith in Airtel has just fallen. The guy replied me with “it’s Sunday” So, should I expect that no Internet services would be provided on Sundays? If this is so, I would rather pay my bills on Mondays

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence VERY PATHETIC SERVICE AND USELESS CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN NORMAL SD PACK INSTEAD OF HD PACK, I NEVER ASKED FOR SD PACK. I WILL DISCONNECT THE SERVICES AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 9663984981 is my new postpaid connection. Getting only 3mbps through dongle in my area LKT nagar, madurai. Need a quick resolution otherwise help me to close this postpaid connect within next 20days. That’s all i can do to save my money & overhead.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pls properly send a technician or replace with router that has proper port configuration. This router has 4 ports and couple of them ports are giving 100 Mbps and other speed is also coming down to 100. Why am paying 1768 for. 100 Mbps connection? Will you compensate
