    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence very bad internet connection can't browse at all. It's been almost a month since I installed it not one single day without a problem, support doesn't resolve a problem ever. Lost my money in trading cos of bad service. I want full refund.

    @airtelindia they have a very useless service I have done the recharge 2 time and Ragini from the Airtel customer team is saying that it won't be possible to transfer my money back for 1st recharge. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Every day, once or twice, the network stops working. Even though it shows 4G/5G, it often drops to 2G signal, and this has been happening for quite some time. If you can’t provide proper service, then shut down your network in this area.

    @airtelindia what is the issue with mobile data no signal at all. Phone restart, sim remove insert, airplane mode, nothing helps. Is this kind of service expected ??

    I am in a 5g++ area but not able to use it and data being consumed from 2gb airtel please fix this are you stop giving unlimited 5g to user? the Airtel store told me this. Airtel i recharged for 1year shame on you Airtel . @airtelindia #airtelfail #airtelscam
