    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia A technician visited home to fix the reported issue against the reference no. 657443113. There was no issue observed in set top nor any item found defective between TV and set top box.

    You have not "addressed the concern", you have merely stated the same thing that i have mentioned in my original tweet. That there is an Airtel WiFi outage which was initially supposed to be resolved by 12.30pm & now the new ETA is 6.30pm!! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia pathetic service. Our wifi is disconnected since last 2 weeks. Several engineers have visited home and give us a reason that there is some issue related to power voltage the other expert engineers will work on it. We have made complains many a time. Need resolution in couple of hours
