    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    Mr. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you are giving very poor speed here, I am sending you my location pls provide real 4G speed other than 2G. Your speed is not enough to open a tweet, forget to open YouTube.

    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia My WiFi has been down since yesterday. Complaint raised, but technician visit is only on 12th May. Still being charged despite no internet access. Airtel Black promises priority support, but there’s no real action on the ground.

    @airtelindia @FibreAirtel Have applied for fibre connection along with DTH. Installed on 5.5.26 but DTH settop box has some issues. They assured to come back next day with new one. But after they are not responding to my calls. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I paid for a WiFi connection 4 days back and still it has not been installed. Every time I ask the technician, he says that there are no devices in the stock. Why are you guys promoting when you can’t deliver the service on time and don’t have stock

    @airtelindia @FibreAirtel your engineer has some ego issues and denied to shift my connection because he has some personal problem with owner of the house. What’s my fault?

    Idk but from yesterday my internet only working when its 5G. But as soon as its 4g nothing works @airtelindia. Before yesterday this was not the case. @airtelindia give me resolution instant cause in 2 days my recharge will end, so its also the best time to port to @reliancejio.

    @airtelindia I had a mistake choosing Airtel Xtreme Internet for Home, 4 days out of the week it's not working. Could you please rectify the issues or we are only sitting to raise complaints for wifi not working.

    @airtelindia Today my number was ported from Vodafone to Airtel, but still the SIM is not activated. I have been trying to contact 59059 for the last 3 hours and no one is responding. Very disappointed with the service and delay.
