I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

Earlier, when my AirFiber developed a fault, the local team delayed replacing the equipment for over a month despite repeated complaints. Only after multiple follow-ups was the issue finally resolved. Unfortunately, I'm facing the same experience again.
