    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    Hii @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Is there any exchange offer which provide the airtel hotspot by exchange the old 4g jiofi ?? If no then launch a scheme ASAP. You network is improving and people want to switch from jio to airtel.

    I have been trying to reach @airtelindia for over 5hours! I have tried 121, 198, 9810198101 etc. No luck at all. The IVR is just not working. The App and feedback is useless too. Can #Airtel reach out?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please let me know if you cannot fix the issue so that I can switch to other network. This is really pathetic. It's been 3 days and I see no improvement. The ony thing you've asking is my location which I provided twice. This is beyond tolerance now.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @rahulrajput1988 broadband not working despite multiple requests and reminders, service req raised 4 days ago still open. Taking 6 month adv payment plan was a mistake. Even new customers getting pathetic internet speed. Is this how brand Airtel is?
