I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

For few months it worked well then after 4-5 months it started troubling me. I faced No signals, freezing of TV channels, suddenly TV channels disappear and also the IPTV lagged alot. For all above mentioned issues, I contacted your Airtel team at your store present in Koparkhairane, Sector 15, Navi Mumbai. Many technicians visited my house for the same but still I face many of those issues and I am really not satisfied by their work. Now, from past few months I am facing WiFi issue. I have a package of 40 Mbps speed but I still face speed issues while using my WiFi. I also had contacted your team for WiFi issue, after which a technician visited my home and replaced the WiFi router. Even after placing a new equipment, I face the same issue. Additionally, during my recent interaction with your team, I was advised to restart the router and was informed that certain updates/reset actions had been carried out from your end. However, I have not observed any improvement since then. I am concerned with the quality of service and the response received so far. I request that the same level of promptness shown in taking action for non-payment be extended to resolving the issue I am currently facing. I am also attaching a screenshot showing my speed of WiFi.
