In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I informed through tweet & DM that in our area (pin- 801302, Patel Nagar, Hilsa) internet speed is much low in Dec'21. This crisis is continuing till now from last three months. But Airtel, failed in to fix the problem.

@airtelindia Your DTH services are also so poor that I have to lodge complaint every week. Customer service is so poor. I am told by a supervisor of my area that instead of lodging complaints on customer service number, I should call the airtel engineer of my area
