    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed. I’ve reported my WiFi issue for 6 DAYS and keep hearing “give us 24 hours” with ZERO resolution. Calling daily just to get the same response is unacceptable. Fix this immediately or I will escalate. #PoorService request ID: 11027963592

    @airtelindia found a new way of looting customers. First they provided airtel black connection promising premium services. I shifted my address on 29th march and my shifting request is pending since 12+ days. No technician visit but they are charging full bill. Worst servc provdr

    1/3 goes on show the quality of customer care agents @Airtel_Presence has got, with zero knowledge, reading responses with no connection to questions asked. They don’t even know if the PIN code has optical fibre of Airtel!Seems like a ploy to generate new connection @airtelindia

    Its been a very pathetic service from #Airtel @airtelindia .. Wifi is not coming from 8am and there is no support from executive. No response on the call. Disgusting and poor service. Will switch to Jio now @airtel_wifi @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence I use Airtel Wi-Fi My connection went off yesterday Ticket No. 11028079464 you fixed it today cannot be fixed once fixed after sometime the issue comes back 1:30 pm it was fixed 6pm again no connection can you fix this
