    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    @airtelindia took out the ₹299 plan? Why, Airtel, why? Not everyone can keep up with these ever-increasing recharge prices. At this point, it’s honestly time to consider changing my network provider. Sorry Airtel, but you’re about to lose a loyal customer.

    @airtelindia Final reminder to @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence: Refund my ₹500 immediately. I paid for Airtel DTH/Airtel Black connection under Request ID TTBR8U7A54 / NTBR8U7A54, but the service was never installed/activated and the order was cancelled. I have already shared proof

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve tried reporting this issue multiple times but you guys are only interested to connect to a human for sales, not for support. International roaming plan activated on a number and it’s not working. It’s been 3 months.
