    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am using the ₹979 Unlimited 5G plan, yet I receive daily 50% data usage alerts. I've already raised complaints, but the issue remains unresolved. Please fix this ASAP, or I'll be forced to switch to another network.

    @JioCare If i want to use service and internet then i will recharge . Who are you to inform us about recharge . @airtelindia never bother customer for such stupid activities .and Customer know well their recharge has been ended because you cry 3 day before recharge ends

    @airtelindia Your agent has collected payment from me for installation of Wifi and is now not picking call. Your app does not provide any option to talk to the agent. Want to cancel the Wifi request.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence despite multiple follow-ups and the passage of over 62hrs , my complaint 11031270067 remains unresolved. What is particularly disappointing is constant false promises and lack of ownership. #Airtel #CustomerService #ServiceFailure
