    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    Absolutely pathetic services @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ,atleast twice the internet breaks down weekly,no proper response to complaints,internet gets down at 5pm can’t raise a complaint for that day,ironically the next time slot given is 6pm,next level of corporate negligence

    @Airtel_Presence Home internet isn't working since y'day. No physical damage s showin. When chatted wt bot on ur #Airtel app , it asks to select 6th July date to get it #rectified from ur side. Shall we sit without #service for 2 days & still pay u for those days? @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence The network connectivity in my area is absolutely terrible right now. Barely getting any signal or data near the Govt Boys Hostel, Mental Corner (near Vishrantwadi Police Station), Pune. Please look into this and fix the tower issues ASAP! 🛑

    @airtelindia is so damn unreliable. From past 3 days I am unable make calls or SMS. 5G is secondary. @JioCare I'd like to port 4 postpaid numbers (family plan) what do I need to do.
