@airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

@airtelindia why my airtel mobile service of mobile no 897-267-8100 (prepaid) was stopped by airtel. Though recharge of rs 155 done on 31 dec 2021. After recharge network was available....but today network totally stopped..

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Have you guys devised a clever way that if customer complaints about bad network and slow internet, then you further reduce the customers network and later increase it back to previous level so that he feels good that issue is resolved? Very clever

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My incoming call facilities has been stopped. I have done recharge too but it’s still not working. At least provide the customer support. IVR will give all unnecessary information except how to talk to customer care. Please help #airtel
