I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

It has been well beyond that timeframe now, and the problem still persists. This is quite disappointing, especially after being given a clear assurance.
