@airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

On asking for a solution they denied & told me that I have to pay for at least 3 months & they aren't admitting their mistake. 3/3
