I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

He told that, he will call us back. But no response till now.. The residents adjacent to our home had successfully installed FTTH and they are using the same... But why mine is still delayed !? Why the technicians are lethargic in migration from AirFiber to FTTH!? I Have been a core customer since 2007..But this time service is very much delayed Kindly expedite for migration at the earliest..
