Mr. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you are giving very poor speed here, I am sending you my location pls provide real 4G speed other than 2G. Your speed is not enough to open a tweet, forget to open YouTube.

From last 4 days I am getting serious call issues on my @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia prepaid number, whenever I try to call anyone it get connected, it stays for sometime then voice from other side is gone.. worst service from airtel. call drops and call disconnect all the time.

@Airtel_Presence The issue was resolved three days ago but re occured last night, with same problem of no Netflix and You tube. This defect happened on 21, 28 Dec, 03 and 05 Jan. This is the third STB changed. Will @airtelindia analyse the actual defect rather than using hit and trial methods.

@airtelindia why can’t you improve your network? So far you are the worst I have seen for network coverage, customer support and your mobile app is pathetic. I made a mistake by porting to Airtel, soon I will go back to Vodafone.
