    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    @airtelindia Stop using AI as an excuse to eliminate actual customer support. Automation is useful only when it solves problems. When it traps customers in endless loops while the service remains broken, it is just deliberate obstruction. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Thank you. I have already switched to another provider due to your poor support. Please disconnect my Airtel Xstream Fiber connection immediately, close the pending shift request, arrange router pickup if required, and confirm the closure. No more delays.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia How does it make any sense to tell a customer on July 17 that their internet will be fixed by July 8? The deadline passed nine days ago, yet there is no update, no agent, no escalation path, and no accountability.

    @airtelindia "Absolute mockery of premium service by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia! Broadband down since July 16 (SR: 10995986781). System promised resolution by July 17, 7 PM, but silently pushed the technician to July 18 instead. Recurring line failures every 2nd day.
