    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    Mr. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you are giving very poor speed here, I am sending you my location pls provide real 4G speed other than 2G. Your speed is not enough to open a tweet, forget to open YouTube.

    @airtelindia ever month i pay 100rs extra for fiber recharge customer care call answer nhi hota time per kis baat ki plenty le rhe ho tum lat recharge ki wha bhai wha me mere office and gher se airtel ko ban ker rha hu

    Absolutely tired of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence fake resolving my internet issues. They open a ticket, do absolutely nothing to fix the connection, and then the ticket just gets closed. Stop closing unresolved tickets and actually fix my internet! 📉🚫 #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia @airtelnews from bad to worst service and the only reply your customer care gives is that your engineers are working, they have been here last two days and mentioned they can’t do anything for two consecutive evenings and they’ll get back to us next day but haven’t

    Paying money for 5G and getting 0G service! 🤬 Network shows 5G, but even a basic WhatsApp message takes forever to deliver. Absolutely pathetic and useless network from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Stop scamming customers with fake 5G signs! FIX THIS NOW. 🛑 @Airtel_Presence
