    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    And you do not let us switch to prepaid system? Atleast your customer care says that airtel doesn’t offer prepaid wifi whichever area I name in Delhi. Moreover your switch to prepaid button on app doesn’t work @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelindia i had subscribed for 6 months fiber plan but i cancelled after 1 month of use. The airtel team said it would take 45 days to refund the balance amount. But, its been 60 days now and i didn't got the refund. I called the customer care but there is no proper response.

    @MDSaheem7 @airtelindia @reliancejio They won’t do anything. I even wrote mail of my problem to directors of company, but no one is interested in looking complaints as they all corrupt and only want to mint money from customer hard earned salary. #AirtelChorHai

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence I ported my sim from Jio to Airtel on the 5thMarch and I was told that the Sim will be ready to use on the 7th EOD, but the Jio sim still has network and nothing has happened yet! Airtel sim shows No Service. What is going on?
