    @airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Pathetic service and customer support. Been 15 days since doing the payment and still no dth installation yet. And airtel cares are the most careless support I've ever seen. Was feeling airtel is bad but now can say it's the worst. If anyone is planning to install Airtel, do not!

    Another day and my Airtel broadband is STILL WORKING despite repeated disconnection requests. Why am I being forced to pay for a service I’ve asked to terminate multiple times?     @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been tweeting and DMing since yesterday, but your team is only providing scripted 'Check DM' responses. My call forwarding service has been blocked for 15 days on number 8051660002. ​Deepak B promised a callback in DM, but I am still waiting!

    @airtelindia No mobile signals in the highly populated Alkapur township area of Hyderabad. Airtel is not bothered about quality networks. Worst service provider Even after complaints no action.
