@airtelindia I got broadband connection, & paid for 200MBPS but i am only getting 28mbps max. I asked for technical support but they are not able to fix it. I asked for refund but they denied on Customer care, saying it's prepaid, We can cancel it but we can't refund the money

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After scanning QR sent my u for eSIM today at 5.54 PM, my fon doesn't hv network, CC told me that your eSIM will got activated within 2 Hours. Even after 5 hours, I m with no network while in travel. Thank you @Airtel_Presence
