I am using Airtel postpaid for the past 7 years and currently on Airtel black which is supposed to be best service but i am not able to use #internet for the past 15 days at my home and when contacted the care they told the technical team will contact but never did @airtelindia

This is the malpractice done by @airtelindia to just harass the outgoing postpaid users who want to leave their network because of poor service. They simply misuse the rule of TRAI to harass the outgoing customers.
