  12 hours have passed and Airtel WiFi is still down. Truly wonderful service by Airtel and its employees. I regret switching from Jio to Airtel. Frequent outages, no updates, and no resolution. Looks like it's time to switch back to Jio. Customers deserve better than this. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

  @airtelindia @airtelnews I want to understand why every month a SMS drops about "wifi issue affecting your area" drops and wifi stops working for 5-6 hours. Who is responsible for the downtime and the money for that downtime. @jagograhakjago

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia copy paste apology may work for you, but not for me until you resolve the issue. This is fifth day starting today and nobody has contacted to resolve the problem. I am still not able to use the Airtel Air Fibre Wi-Fi. Please do something.

  @airtelindia I don’t have Airtel connection from last 2 months still ur bills are coming. Discontinue it. It’s very difficult to reach your customer care.

  @airtelindia i don't understand how many times do we need to request to shift the wifi location. Its been already more than 12 days either cancel my wifi subscription or shift it. Other than doing the work you guys are asking me to pay bill ot late fee will be applicable. Wow

  @airtelindia getting a service is so easy, well done. But terminating one is ****** up. After 20yrs being loyal customer thinking of getting out ! Harassment, sitting at abroad get 1000calls to collection team to collect Dth box, but no one show up ! Fu!! @reliancejio Share plan
