@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been 2 months I have applied for airtel broadband in Mumbai and 'NO one cares for customer' and it's not surprising that #Airtel is facing losses in bottom line. Though infrastructure is laid but airtel failed to connect. #classiccaseoffailure

@airtelnews, there is no response on complaint with @airtelindia. Even after 48 hours of porting to the Airtel Kerala zone, I am not able to make/receive calls or internet services on my Airtel number. @Airtel_Presence please check into it.

Browsing experience on a local cable broadband network of 20mbps is far more better and faster than 40-50mbps @airtelindia/@reliancejio fibre connections. Does anyone know what is the hack here?

@airtelindia come to nizampet, Hyderabad and see how many people are staying with no network coverage . Atleast put 5%effort from the effort of promoting the brand in resolving the issues.
