@airtelindia Your services are very poor and staff behaviour is very rude and misbehaving and demanding extra amounts to activate connections in cash So i thike everyone has to switch broadband services to another company like jio fiber and etc.

I approached @airtelindia appellate authority regarding this disputed amount but you seem to have a ridiculous and arbitrary policy that I cannot renew my internet service or appeal to the appellate authority on the matter without first paying you the disputed amount! (3/8)

As soon as I paid the amount I wasn’t even supposed to, @airtelindia team disappeared. Your customer care keeps saying we will check & get back. My mails are still unanswered. Where is the appellate authority & where is the dispute resolution? Why are you stealing my money? (5/8)

I have tried to disconnect @airtelindia service since then but you are arbitrarily continuing the service and you keep on charging me monthly for the same! If I don’t pay, I get harassed with calls from your team. You now OWE me all my money that you have hoarded wrongly. (6/8)

@airtelindia complaint againt Pratap Vihar,Ghaziabad Airtel outlet office Old counter staff and Mr Gautam( owner) had cheated me in month of Sept 2021.when I visited for my Advance dues and bill payment they misbehave with me in front of my wife and later on call also .
