Even after huge balance available in account, parents can't utilize the service coz technicians won't get additional income for free service. It seems a mistake to get associated with a brand under @TataCompanies. Wish I could have taken @airtelindia or @DishTV_India

@airtelindia @airtelnews @VittalGopal Raised multiple complaint but without my confirmation or solution used to get msg issue has been resolved. What a rubbish? Now u guys are going to lunch 5G God knows what u guys will do! I think only tower name will be replaced with 4G to 5G!!

@airtelindia I have been facing issues by airtel extreme, since 1 month. I cant do recharge through your application. Tried to do recharge through phone pe today , it got successfull but my wifi is not working yet. Your services is not so good .

@airtelindia provides so many fake commitment to their customers. I'm facing so many problems here after taking Black plan (like - 2 Nos of DTH, 2 Fiber and 2 postpaid). Really I'm so irritated for that. Kindly take necessary action on that or else I ll deactivate all connections

@airtelindia Now I think Airtel is cheating the customer, not really taking care of the customer. I don't like to say or know about another company, if I trust Airtel, it has broken my trust as a customer, and Airtel has not paid for it yet.
