  @airtelindia Your systems suck .. your customer support is the worst .. they are so useless and pathetic.. they take 10-15 minutes to register a complaint and upon followup uo say that there was no complaint.. even your thank u app is useless. Clearly your IT team is in shambles

  @airtelindia @airtelpune disgusting service to have one air fiber connection shifted from one bldg to another. 3 days wait. No tech calls or shows and customer service just says sorry. 3 days and counting yet no contact and have alrdy shifted to the new bldg.

  Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, how can you send bills perfectly every month but tell support teams you "don't have data" for my AirFiber account? Your 3-month delay is getting me fired. Worst customer service ever. Help!

  @airtelindia very disappointing service from the airtel. Since last 3 days they are trying to resolve a issue which I have complained, meanwhile barred my call services. Requested them to keep the services on but demand is unheard, reward for being their loyal customer

  @airtelindia From last 24 hours our wifi is not working. Recently pole was changed by electricity department due to which connectivity lost. Jio came and installed it's connection. But 24 hours had been passed no Airtel person came to visit or check the connections. Worst service

  @airtelbank @airtelindia @RBI He was also of the opinion that he can't help. I need to visit airtel store in Rajnagar extn near gulmohar or at Sikka telecom RDC. Who in turn said contact customer care. We can only open bank account nothing else.

  @Airtel_Presence you people make us fool by providing this type of disgusting network coverage.. most of the rural areas @airtelindia users cannot use its data to browse internet because of your poor coverage.
