    your customer care people are disastrous.. making people life hell..I submitted documents to Airtel Store for address update in May 22.not done communicated several time 121,i submitted docs again they told me it's done.. after one month result same @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia no wonder why you are loosing customers to Jio. After many attempts of connecting to a human over customer care, I’m done. Thankfully MNP code generation process is still smooth. 🫡 And stop pretending like you care about your customers.
