@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am facing data and voice problem from august and till now they have done nothing only they gives resolution time of 15 days for solving the problem so that they can get exhaust the recharge plan of the customer without solving their problem

@AakashY46527797 @saptarshichat25 @airtelindia Hahaha, I think you have no idea about telecom features like, load balancing, geo redundancy, etc., organization like bharathi shout at vendors like anything, didn't they planned this 5G migration well in advance?. This outage is something not related to 5G. I work in telecom.

@siliconfin From Quality Airtel means frequent outages , unreliable service, unresponsive customer care and in competent team which unable to solve issue despite of multiple outage. Recent example is their third broadband outage in Sector 75 Noida in 3 days. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

WHAT 5G ? you cant resolve a problem with airtel broadband in 15 days and you are introducing 5G ? @airtelindia complaint 3 times for technician not a single came in 10 days. rather than introducing 5G make current users happy
