@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia so interesting story - my SIM has apparently lost the capacity to latch onto the network. Solution? Duplicate SIM - however, no recharges or money in the SAME CONNECTION gets transferred to the duplicate SIM.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Mental trauma and harassment has been done for the last 5 months. First my plan changed without my consent. I surrendered the connection in Feb 2022, but still being charged every month. Pathetic way of treating a customer of more than 20 years.

@airtelindia Customer care team is superb. They call only to report that they have the complain but don't take action to resolve it I am facing internet issue even with Xtreme fiber since last 3 days and nobody to resolve it. Awesome service from @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence I have been living without a working broadband for the past 4 days. Despite repeated calls at 121, no solution has been done so far. No one in the airtel department seems to care to resolve the matter. This is causing great inconvenience to me. @airtelindia
