    Dear @Airtel_Presence and @airtelindia, I have been trying for the last several days to get my Airtel Wi-Fi connection (057321801185_dsl) disconnected. Despite closing my Airtel Black account on your advice and clearing all dues, Customer Care has failed to process my request.

    I recently ported to @airtelindia but I am facing issues in incoming and outgoing calls. When someone is calling me it's showing either switched off or nothing. When I am calling someone, it's not getting connected. VOLTE is also not activated. Worst @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    Airtel has become such a bad company now. I recently ported my number to @airtelindia hoping better services but it's a nightmare. They doesn't enable VOLTE by default. Their customer support is useless. Their chatbot doesn't understand the issue and provide generic responses.

    @airtelindia just mentioning we are upgrading your network, are you telling us you can provide us proper wifi services? You will charge us for the outage at the end of the month. My biggest mistake, was to switch to your wifi

    I want to know something on airtel from your customer sevice team and it takes 30 minutes of pressing numbers and still cant get through. In this era of AI i feel you guys are premitive. Sorry Team Airtel you have something better. You lost a customer.. @airtelindia
