Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your Xtreme Fiber broadband is down for 4-5 hrs a day on 1-2 days every week. I've paid for the services in advance, but there's deficiency in service on your part regularly. Do you give credit notes for outage periods? If not, why?
