If the promised service isn't delivered consistently, questioning it isn't cribbing. It's called expecting what was advertised."

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence More over, your staff is lying to customers, I recieved a call from your service engineer 'Naveen' from +9163664 61389 asking for OTP, by openly lying that it is required to schedule a visit. The complaint was closed by tricking the customer without visiting the premise.

    Very disappointed with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia. My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since 11:00 AM, and despite raising Service Request: 11035585484, no technician has visited yet. This is unacceptable. If this isn't resolved immediately, I'll share my experience .

    Now either cancel my queued recharge and refund it, or activate it immediately because that's why I paid for it. "Pay first. Don't expect service, support, or solutions." That's exactly how this experience felt. @airtelindia @TRAI #PoorService

    @somilagrawal @Rahulshrivstv @airtelindia Sorry, I didn't know you're getting free service by telco.. maybe the person raised the issue is paying for the services with Airtel like me and others i know he's raising voice, if you're getting free you can take Ariel side.
