    Switched to @airtelindia Postpaid and it's the biggest mistake I've made. Internet feels worse than 3G. Raised multiple complaints, but tickets get auto-closed after 7-10 days without any fix. Looks like resolution metrics matter more than customers. Stuck for 90 days now

    It kept in a loop where I can't even talk to real person and why do I need to charge with talktime balance when I have unlimited to talk with customer care. I am going to port this sim into jio @airtelindia , i tried to be polite at best But tumhari maa ka bhosda MADHARCHOD

    I had recharged my phone number a week ago, just the next day of previous pack’s expiry. But @airtelindia keeps making reminder call that my pack has expired. I don’t know why is @airtelindia behaving like a fool. It’s time to port to a new network may be.

    @airtelindia such a pathetic service, neither ur WIFI is working nor ur mobile data which I recharged to do my work for backup & above all to contact ur customer support I had to top up my phone over the annual pack I already purchased so I can tell you my issue. @TRAI
