    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your customer service has resulted in mental and emotional harassment. These are the committed times of request resolution - Yesterday 2:30Pm, pushed to 5:30pm, then to 7Pm then pushed to today 11:30am, 2:30pm, 5pm and now 7pm. Request still open!!!

    @airtelindia @airtelnews excellent customer service. Request pending since June 21 & executive Chandani Verma does not feel responsible for pending resolution. Request direct port to another service provider if you are not able to@port internally.

    @airtelindia Dear team, I draw your attention to write, Airtel service is very poor because many time complaint but not resolve the issue in broadband, every time call to customer care but not resolve the issue. So please resolve my shifting issue.

    @airtelindia no broadband service since yesterday night. It's been 20 hrs and issue is not resolved yet. When trying to open complain, bot is disconnecting call by mentioning technical issue at area. Way to go Airtel!!!!

    I am a customer of Airtel since more than 10 years and now i have to run all over the Airtel store to reactivate my SIM for the past few days. I have no idea why it is getting rejected even after applying for the new SIM card. Dear Airtel Please fix this problem. @airtelindia
