I am traveling from Patna Pune Train, the passengers who have #Jio connection they are using internet through journey but passengers like us who has connection of #Airtel is not even having proper signal. @airtelindia you have to work on this.

@airtelindia Regret to say that now the services are not upto mark even for old customers though being in Gold. On my complaint your person Mr. Shivaji came for 2 minutes today. Did not told anything and shifted my complaint for tomm to other person. Really amazing. Just shirking

How long does it take to speak with your customer representative? Calling 121 and 9845098450 is just a waste of time and we will not be able to speak to your customer representative @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@safiranand @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence but why would you use Indian sim for data services abroad? These guys have pathetic service & charge a bomb for it. I always switch to pre-activated local sim for calls & data both, and can also rely on free wifi with VPN on our device.
