My sim card was blocked by AIRTEL. I visit Airtel store and talk with customer care they are not rectify/solved my problem since four days,Due to not working of the sim there is a lot of loss in the business.pls solve my problem as soon as possible @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

I'm surprised to see this is what happening with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Black subscribers, how normal subscribers are treated. I am not having internet in broadband since 11 am and still no resolution. The engineer also seemed clueless. #pathetic

@airtelindia My airtel sim is not working since 2 days. When I go to Airtel shop for a duplicate sim. Shop owner said, the company itself has closed the sim. So that the customer have to buy a new SIM at a cost of Rs 150. And as of now we can't provide new SIM.

My airtel number 7584081565, is blocked from 4 days back and no network in my sim. I went to nearest airtel store they asked my number and checked in system they said that NO DATA FOUND. I talk with customer care they also said that same. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Never use with @airtelindia postpaid. They will charge you for roaming without your consent. Activated 10 days package once and got charged for a roaming few months later. Was traveling abroad and for a second switched off airplane mode - it was enough for them to charge 700inr.
