    @airtelindia @airtelnews You guys need to train your customer service representative better. I have never came across such a rude, non-listening CX person in my life who is just dictating terms to make the payment, and not ready to hear how bill has been generated incorrectly.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly train your employees in attending customer issues. I went to Vanasthalipuram (Hyderabad) office and the service is very pathetic. Employees are fighting and asking customers to move to different counter ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence good job at hassling a senior citizen. Your store agents are liars and donโ€™t know how to talk respectfully to the customer or help them resolve an issue caused by your system. Then your call center calls to hassle a senior citizen at odd hours.
