    @airtelindia The Shylocks at Airtel give only 1 day to disable auto-debit & on that day when their crappy USSD fails they refuse to take any responsibility. No response from Apellate for the 4th day. Twitter CC initially agreed to refund but denying today. Extraordinarily poor.

    Pathetic cellphone service by @reliancejio Finally, the most storied brand becoming like its competitors. I’ve 2 Jio numbers & will be porting to @airtelindia for 1 and if Jio doesn’t resolve the issue then will port the other number to @ViCustomerCare Time to wake up Jio!

    if there was a problem with the service, and I was baffled how he knew, but after confirming, he reached my place. He fixed it and provided his contact information in case further assistance was required. Truly a customer-oriented company. Thank You @airtelindia . Keep it up👍

    @TRAI @airtelindia Since last 3 4 weeks am being bothered by IVR TeleMarket Numbers . Tried reaching out to Airtel support but no luck. Pls suggest what can be done. In a single day getting 5 6 calls . @Airtel_Presence ur customer care service is pathetic fyi.
