    @airtelindia I have 2 airtel sim card. But i have only one primary number & other card is for emergency purposes. But there is no plan, which provides only calling feature without requiring internet, & also the plans are very very overpriced.I really want to switch from Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst customer support team. 14 years with Airtel, and this is the service? No proper response forced me to switch my internet provider, and now I’m porting both my SIMs too. You’ve lost 3 connections at once. Disappointing.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, I need urgent help. I’ve been trying to unsubscribe from Airtel Xstream for months, but the charges keep appearing on my bill. Also, the customer care number is unreachable. Please stop these unauthorized charges and help me cancel this ASAP!

    I have moved my eSIM from my old phone to new phone and it stopped working. Customer representative is asking me to move to postpaid so that it will work. Why do you need to forcefully push people to move from prepaid to postpaid ? #scam #airtelindia

    Even after sending DMs and complaint details, there is still no proper reply or technician update from the Airtel team. If the issue cannot be resolved immediately, then at least provide a full bill waiver for this month. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
