  @airtelindia My experience with Airtel Xstream Fiber has been extremely disappointing. I paid ₹1,500 on 9 August 2026 for a broadband connection. The payment was successful, KYC and document verification were completed, but the connection was never installed or activated. My Airtel app has been showing “Installation In Progress” since 9 August, and the service has still not been provided. I have repeatedly contacted Airtel customer support to cancel the booking and refund my ₹1,500. However, I am not getting a proper resolution or even a clear SR/Service Request number. I have already shared my booking details with Airtel Cares through DM, but my refund is still not being processed. This has been a very frustrating experience. I paid for a service that was never installed, and now I am having to repeatedly follow up just to get my money back. @airtelindia Please cancel my booking, process my full ₹1,500 refund to the original payment method, and provide me with the SR number and refund timeline. @TRAI please take note of this grievance.

  I stand by the fact that @airtelindia tops the chart in scamming people by assuring the fastest 5G and wifi connection. You guys can’t even provide correct ETA it has been 2 days wifi has been suspended. You charge for full month but don’t provide service at all. Shame on you

  @airtelindia @TRAI As a Postpaid Member, I expect reliable network connectivity, but Airtel’s network is not working across Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, with mobile internet also unavailable. Please investigate this issue urgently and restore stable, uninterrupted services at the earliest

  @airtelindia what's the point of having postpaid if I am not getting the service properly and my issue go unresolved for 10 days. It's a literally loot. You just want money from customer without providing service. @jagograhakjago please look into this matter.

  @airtelindia I am writing this after 10+ years of trust in DTH and Wifi but now I think you are not fit for this in my region.Your system will be slow , unresponsive now. Before 4 years my wifi with 40MBPS is going good but when I increase to 200mbps,speed and range will decrease
