Address proof submitted for both Jio & Airtel was same. Jio found no problems with verification process & all but Airtel do had their own non logical findings. It's just becoz of Duopoly, Airtel is surving inspite of having network issues in many places. @airtelindia & @JioCare

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence dear airtel, i went to airtel store for sim replacement of my mom number on friday, i was told it would be active in 4 hours and charged me 200rs and today is monday its not active yet. slow claps to you.
