Worst broadband service by @airtelindia worst engineer, no customer response only when receive call when they joins you, made a big mistake by choosing @Airtel_Presence always disconnect connection in every 3-4 days..

@airtelindia @TRAI it’s really shocking that AIRTEL is Least bothered to provide service to the customer. This is despite the details have been sent to TRAI, airtel seems not scared of any action from TRAI. Can we expect TRAI to look into the matter & support customer for service

@airtelindia @airtelindia that by EOD issue will resolve but no one coming to resolve it. Customer care does not have any control to their ground level team. Always saying that issue is escalated, mail marked with high priority but nothing happening.

@Airtel_Presence Please don’t ask me to remove my sim or switch off-switch on my phone because it’s working fine. It’s your 4G that isn’t. It sometimes works and sometimes just doesn’t. Which means that the problem is from your end. Please fix it @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
