    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Your service in Anand Vihar Colony, Karnal is absolutely pathetic. Complaints for 3–4 months and still ZERO improvement. You happily charge ₹899 for 3 months while providing unusable internet and ignoring customers.This isn’t service it’s daylight robbery. Shameful!

    @airtelindia Fed up with this. I’ve repeatedly requested cancellation of my Wi-Fi, yet I’m still being billed for a service I’m not using. Customer support is impossible to reach. Is Consumer Court the only option left? This is unacceptable. You are doing a scam.

    I have both @airtelindia and @reliancejio mobile numbers. JIO sends reminder for recharge (which is annoying but not as bad as airtel) Airtel: get this personal loan, get this credit card etc The idiots from airtel are supposed to protect us from spam, I have dnd activated, replied STOP several times, yet the idiots keep spamming me for random offers. You block one number, they come with other because they are telecom, they have infinite numbers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I don't know what they did now disconnection happen frequently i have called multiple time still no solution Sudden disconnection remain same Request id : 11038649765 Please solve issue if not solvable then please let me know i will apply for permenent disconnection

    Absolutely pathetic service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia yet again My Wi-Fi has been completely dead for 6 days . The exact same nonsense happened to me before and took 5 agonizing days to fix! The local area agency is completely incompetent.

    @airtelindia @airtelindiahelp I install Airtel AirFiber, but since installation 10th Aug, the router has never worked properly. Every time there’s a power cut, it takes 2–3 hours to restart, and then starts showing a blinking yellow light again after a few hours.

    @airtelindia Requested broadband cancellation ~1 month ago, but I’m still being billed. Today your IVR isn’t registering keypad inputs either. Please cancel immediately, reverse post-cancellation charges, and provide an SR number.
