    @airtelindia this is sheer negligence. Over a month of follow-ups and still no resolution. No response, no accountability—just complete disregard for customers. Is this your service standard? Resolve this immediately or I escalate to higher authorities and consumer forums.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence request no. 656465920 was raised on 25th May and still NO response. I called CC, kept waiting 25 minutes, then the call was disconnected. How can anyone watch channels when the remote itself is not working? This is the SECOND time I’m complaining

    @airtelindia I booked and paid payment on 22/05 Wi-Fi + TV plan vide request I’d A95ET0TGS7 which @airtelindia promises same day installation but after so many calls and message I got update at night on 26/05 that he are not capable to provide me service. #shameless @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Payments @airtelindia My APB account is linked to a mobile number now reassigned to someone else, so I can’t receive OTPs. A/C was linked to DBT & my funds are stuck. Visited 2 major Airtel stores, but no solution. I want to withdraw my funds & close the A/C. Please help
