@Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

@airtelindia I have been trying to reach airtel customer since 10 days. There is no option to connect to customer care on 121 or 198. Its very frustrating. If @airtelindia cant resolve it I would like to move away from airtel to some other service provider.

Did airtel exit tweeter? 1st they don't attend compliant call. 2nd there app answer is always call customer care. 3rd now there tweeter is also automated no second reply for tweet. For not attending calls they advertise as zero compliant network. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
