    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel @dth_airtel Its pathetic service. DTH not working from last 12 days. Team told to convert in IPTV, but team is trying to pass the buck saying visit Airtel center. Airtel taking requests which is of no use. None of team member calling has the clarity.

    @airtelindia absolutely atrocious customer service been trying to get my network shiftnfrom previous address to thenee address s/w 4 diff people including a manager everyone promising that it will be done and it's been pending for last 72 hrs + your reps hardly wants to so their job absolutely trash customer service reps

    @RulaminAli13 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am also facing the same problem since last 2 days. I have recently done a recharge of Rs 649 in Airtel. I am stuck and cannot even do the porting and now I have again done a recharge of Rs 225 in BSNL.

    Hello @airtelindia I’m Facing WiFi issues for 10days again. I have raised the complaint from Airtel app but no one response. No accountability customers should disconnect all Airtel connections if this continues.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence no wifi at my home since morning. Thanks App and Helpline are not generating complaint number either. Just getting automated response that we are working on it. Please sort this out ASAP.

Later, the installation engineer informed me that service is unavailable in my area. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no response or update from Airtel
