Mynative is a very remote village in Sivaganga District I have got the BSNLFibernet couple of months back. Now I'm get 250Mbps speed in a remote village where I can't even get a basic 2G signal with Airtel / Jio / Vodafone.

I called 6 times before he answered, only to say the ticket wasn't assigned to him and asked me to call customer care again.

It is shocking that a company of Airtel's scale cannot provide even basic communication to a paying customer. A local ISP would have handled this far better.
