Mynative is a very remote village in Sivaganga District I have got the BSNLFibernet couple of months back. Now I'm get 250Mbps speed in a remote village where I can't even get a basic 2G signal with Airtel / Jio / Vodafone.

They have disabled direct customer care contact via their IVR calls for Wi-Fi so you just sit there praying to God that your Wi-Fi gets fixed and they don’t even refund you for the days lost. Because to request a refund you need to speak to customer care!
