    @airtelindia don’t you feel ashamed To publish Ad tat Airtel is India’s Fastest Network we while airtel users still having loading screen even in whatsapp status. I’m facing this issue & complaining for 2years. Still not resolved. Time to port to @reliancejio Real Fastest Network

    @kshatriyan2811 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Try reaching out 2 Bsnl exchange nearby for FTTH. Mynative is a very remote village in Sivaganga District I have got the BSNLFibernet couple of months back. Now I'm get 250Mbps speed in a remote village where I can't even get a basic 2G signal with Airtel / Jio / Vodafone.

    That would take at least two months to resolve. But the highlight is that none of the people in customer care knew that there was a marine cable issue, because when I asked them, they told me that there was no issue like that. I don’t know who lied. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Whoever can help, there are serious downtimes of 4 to 8 hrs. In bangalore. This is just not acceptable. We have lots of meetings to attend while working from home. There is no resolution our whole society is suffering.

    @airtelindia I want to file the complaint against the Airtel Xstream Service providers.. I have paid the amount of 4000 on 9th of November, still connection not provided at my home, and your agents don't pick my phone call and they cancel my connection without my permission

    It’s been more than 30 hours now and our @airtelindia xstream WiFi is still down. Haven’t seen a more clueless bunch of operatives my whole life! No concrete updates and no regard to customer urgency! Not a single exec has been able to explain us properly about what’s going on!
