  @airtelindia don’t you feel ashamed To publish Ad tat Airtel is India’s Fastest Network we while airtel users still having loading screen even in whatsapp status. I’m facing this issue & complaining for 2years. Still not resolved. Time to port to @reliancejio Real Fastest Network

  @kshatriyan2811 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Try reaching out 2 Bsnl exchange nearby for FTTH. Mynative is a very remote village in Sivaganga District I have got the BSNLFibernet couple of months back. Now I'm get 250Mbps speed in a remote village where I can't even get a basic 2G signal with Airtel / Jio / Vodafone.

  @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. Your people forced me to get a new Air Fiber Wi-Fi connection, saying that the old Wi-Fi can be disconnected and the new one added to my Airtel black. I have now spend 1 hour with customer service, absolutely unable to proceed with this.

  I recharged with the ₹349 plan, but my 5G is still not working. It shows 5G on my phone, but the internet stops working as soon as my 2GB daily data is exhausted. Please check the issue and help me activate the 5G data benefits on my number. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia Airtel service in our area is extremely disappointing. For the last 7–8 years, I have repeatedly complained about very weak mobile signals and frequent internet issues, but every time we are assured that a new tower will be installed—still nothing has happened. We took Airtel Wi-Fi because of the poor mobile network, but even the Wi-Fi faces connectivity problems 3–4 times every month. Whenever we complain, we are told that an engineer will visit the next day. Today, reliable internet is essential for life and business.   Problem of letting duopoly in telecom, you have players like @airtelindia - who lie shamelessly and give shittiest service. Have been registering complaint for bad network daily , every morning 7am I get text "we tried connecting you, since you didn't pick the call we have closed the ticket" Not a single miss call, this time I called the assigned mechanic bugger was sleeping still at 8 am and still that auto trigger sms. Totally hate thos duopolies of **** customer service
