Mynative is a very remote village in Sivaganga District I have got the BSNLFibernet couple of months back. Now I'm get 250Mbps speed in a remote village where I can't even get a basic 2G signal with Airtel / Jio / Vodafone.

SMS sending service is generic. it cannot have info for all millions of users[ Think of the scale]. also would be a privacy breach. A single app on your device can track private data though.
