@jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@excitel_rocks i applied for excitel broadband service , the service man came and took the money from me saying it will be installed by tomorrow it has been more than 2 week nor he is refunding the amount nor installing it . Worst service ever . Should have gone for @airtelindia

@ACTFibernet how did your service go from surprisingly good to so pathetically bad in months 😭No one in the customer care team has any idea about when an issue will be resolved. Even BSNL seems to be doing a better job.Any alternatives to @ACTFibernet in #chennai? @airtelindia ?

@airtelindia I had the worst experience with Xtream broadband connection ID: 01244261376. Took my money but did not install router despite multiple calls. The representative made me take rs.999 pack, which was unavailable in my area. Refund my money. @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence
