    @JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @JioCare @airtelindia What's the use of a paid service when you can't and don't want to provide that service ? Why does the seniors have to get bothered with all new aadhaar and otps which high chances of scam etc ?... Your got the relocation fees on an existing connection why can't you act on that ?

    @airtelindia is the worst company in customer experience and issue resolving. My shifting request of home WiFi in N Delhi area is closed thrice without assigning any reason or informing me. I am told to call customer care to lodge my grievances. My children studies are hampered

    @airtelindia & @JioCare can you guys help as @ViCustomerCare takes 72 hours to issue a sim card to a new customer and has an inefficient team who lies on call and have no provision to register a complaint. Now I know why Vodafone Idea is not the preferred choice of customers.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Very disappointed with Airtel DTH service. I installed it just 4 months ago and now it’s not working properly. After multiple calls, a service agent visited and said I need an extra cable that should have been provided during installation but wasn’t.
