I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

Zero reliability. And customer care? Even worse. When you call them, you only get a ******* voice agent/bot. It keeps looping the same useless script again and again, never understands a single word you say, and deliberately traps you so you can NEVER talk to a real human. Absolute psychological torture. I paid ₹979 for their so called "3 month unlimited 5G" plan. Unlimited? What a ******* scam. After just 300 GB they throttle you into the ground. 5G becomes slower than 2G. Data crawls so hard you can’t even open Twitter or Linkedin properly. Absolute fraud. Worst experience of my life. @airtelindia is trash. Switch before they rob you too.

Bhushan Kale (@oye_bhushan) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is the 3rd time in this week that the wifi net has gone down without any intimation of maintenance. There is no way to register complaint. The engineers are not responding. I guess its time to switch back to local.
