@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

It’s disappointing that how much we trust airtel, you keep failing ur customers. I’ve been complaining about the same cellular network issue and u ppl close it asap without resolution.But it seems like u ppl dnt care. why do you have a cust sprt thn? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Hi @airtelindia, We used to get 15+ mbps constant speed in our area but since last few weeks, speed has dropped drastically. We have been receiving just 1-4 mbps speed and that too is fluctuating very much. Please look into this issue & try to provide higher internet bandwidth.

I don't remember the reason now but how can a sim suddenly go dead without a warning.. talked at a mobile shop & it seems to be a known thing that just happens.. Pathetic..and the customer support is going to call me before 3rd feb, raised the req a few days ago @airtelindia

@airtelindia @airtelindia is worst service provider in telecom industry, neither they care abt their network nor they care abt their customer or better to say they intentionally use to change frequency of network according to them, so that customer experience the inconvenience.
