    @jiocare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @Baram_256 My experience has been terrible. I'm a postpaid user, yet I haven't received any real priority or Fastlane benefits. My internet speed has dropped to around 1 Mbps with no resolution, and I had to recharge my Jio SIM just to use the internet. Extremely disappointing. @airtelindia

    Hello @airtelindia , @SunilBhartiMitl your internet and voice call connectivity services are failing despite you raising recharge rates!! Are you on the way of bsnl? I ported from reliance jio,but after 6-7 months of port, I'm feeling Cheated by the bloody service you provide!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, your DTH website, Thanks App, and customer care are so screwed up that one cannot change the package for the DTH connection. Customer care people keep bouncing us back to the Thanks App, which doesn't work well. Please make it user-friendly

    @airtelindia Broadband is not working from last 4 days, not even a single call back from you guys. Now struggling to get the connection terminated. Pls help in getting 012044217203_dsl terminated effectively from 11th July. I will not liable to pay any broadband fee after 11 july

    @airtelindia @perplexity_ai I am unable to cancel the subscription. Tne steps mentioned do not work.. make sure amount is not deducted on 17th ( renewal date)
