    Hi there, since last couple of months network and data bandwidth has gone to bedrock. I opted Airtel while leaving the iDEA hoping better service but story repeated again.. @Airtel_Presence is requested to please look into it. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I have raised a concern that connectivity is almost dead. I have to come out to talk or browse net. Complaint was closed and no call or visit was made. If u cannot resolve issue I don't want to beg u always. I will move to different provider.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel prepaid mobile no.8009773856. Yesterday I have obtained the replacement of the sim change. The Sim card is now operational for incoming and outgoing calls but  unfortunately SMS facility is not working.Kindly rectify the same asap.

    It's 10 days to get installation and subscribtion of Airtel fiber but didn't get bill yet. The guy who provided this service to my home assured me that i will get bill within a week. But now he is not responding. Also i am not getting bill on thanks app. @airtelindia

    Got a response from the Technician, and the problem is resolved too. Thanks @airtelindia for your quick support. It would be very helpful if the customers can get the Technician's name and number once assigned so that the communication can take place from both sides.

    @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima pathetic service for jio fibre in Bangalore .They have huge shortage of staff and not able to assign a engineer on site . @airtelindia I have used airtel for 15 years,don't loose hope .None can come near your service levels
