Hi there, since last couple of months network and data bandwidth has gone to bedrock. I opted Airtel while leaving the iDEA hoping better service but story repeated again.. @Airtel_Presence is requested to please look into it. @airtelindia

And also one more issue again i recharged the same amount 249.this time they told me that technical issue so wait for 48 hours then ur package will add. So I’m unable to make call. Should i have to wait 2 days because of there worst customer service @airtelindia @AirtelPresence

@airtelindia only cheating with customer billing is the source of airtel telecom? Without any uses of data and calls I got billing of international uses. Third class. Is the mittal become reach by doing froud with customer or what?
