Hi there, since last couple of months network and data bandwidth has gone to bedrock. I opted Airtel while leaving the iDEA hoping better service but story repeated again.. @Airtel_Presence is requested to please look into it. @airtelindia

Hi @Airtel_Presence, I am unable to call any number starting with 1860 even though I am on ‘truly’ unlimited calling plan. Tried calling 1860 120 55 77 from my @airtelindia prepaid but unable to connect. I have DM’ed you the details. Expecting a prompt response and resolution.

@airtelindia Try to get a new DTH connection with Airtel Black, you will understand the pains of an existing customer. A technician came after 2 days/many calls,installed DTH HD box, then took it back stating that I need to pay more as the request he had was not "Black" #JioTV

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised a request for new broadband connection and had made payment for the same, later the field team confirmed that it cannot be delivered due to feasibility issue...now I'm being made to chase your team for cancellation..and refund

Ur @JioCare @airtelindia Worst network in whole delhi, i have two sim one is Airtel and second is jio.... Bt internet dono main 2g ki speed se chl rha hai......aur calling bhi ek baar main nai hoti.... I think jldi improve kr lo... Ap log to acha hi hai....@jagograhakjago
