    Hi there, since last couple of months network and data bandwidth has gone to bedrock. I opted Airtel while leaving the iDEA hoping better service but story repeated again.. @Airtel_Presence is requested to please look into it. @airtelindia

    Been an airtel user for ages, and I feel one thing they were very good at was service, which is pathetic now. They will keep you in loop for days to not act upon your request. Please dont choice airtel broadband. @airtelindia @Airtel_Services

    Mighty impressed with @airtelindia applied for porting sim from Jio finally after struggling to make it work for 4 years in blr, I received a call within 30 minutes, in 2 hours there was a guy at my house with the new sim. Jio called me almost forcing me to not cancel saying there’s no guarantee that if you switch to Airtel network will be better than Jio.

    @TRAI @airtelindia 2/2 off At 10 pm and open at next day around 11 amnow today onwards 2 august at 1:45 am the services again go complete blackout kindly look into the same and do the needful the hrs which are wasted are our paid hrs under the recharge we purchased 📞7388734568

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with Airtel. Raised broadband shifting request on 21 Jul. Engineer visited on 22 Jul, confirmed damaged lines and promised a fix in 2 days. Since then, no response. Being billed for no service despite daily complaints. #Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It has been over a week since my parents' fiber connection went down. Wire was cut, the technician came after 3 days, fixed the wire but not the internet, and promised to return and never did. Stopped picking calls. Then customer care promised a fix in 24 hours. That was 2 days ago. I live outside India. This connection is how I talk to my parents. A week of silence because nobody at Airtel closes what they open. Fix it by tomorrow or I am cancelling and moving to another provider.

    Hey @airtelindia I have recharged with unlimited 5g pack but after my daily quote of mb is consumed I can't use unlimited 5g data . Please fix this issue .. i have been getting this from past 3 days .

    Wrote a Tweet to Airtel support for reply or that tweet to dm the Airtel number details. I have done as directed to me but still there's no response in the profile the tweet it's been 9-10 hours of my DM Airtel support. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
