  Extremely disappointed with Airtel Fibre service. WiFi has been down for more than 30 hours and still no resolution. Repeated assurances, but no actual support or technician visit. This is highly unprofessional. Resolve this ASAP @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  Dear @airtelindia like you take followups for your pending bills using phone calls from your executives then for Customer Service why you dnt allow to connect with call center and divert us on Chat Bots.Which is more harrasment rather than support.   @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence WiFi has been down for 3 days in Murthal, Sonipat (131001). Main line issue still unresolved. Local technician is available but not authorized to fix it. Extremely poor service and no timely support. Please resolve ASAP.
