    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia No signal(LOS LED blinking) on my router since yesterday night. Other Airtel Fiber users in my neighborhood is also facing the same issue. Plz fix it ASAP. This is the second downtime in last two weeks.

    @airtelindia Yesterday I have visited Airtel Store Ghandhi Nagar Ghaziabad-201001 to Port my number from prepaid VI to prepaid Airtel but they denied and give reason do have prepaid Sim. They always gives such type of reason because they want to issue postpaid connection.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hey if you cannot provide 4G properly then stop selling 4G plans and Sim! You know you show 5G ready network in Ads and can't provide 4G, shameless! How long should we wait? 50kbps! Is this 4G? Morons, keep the Ads only.

    @airtelindia top marks to you guys for absolutely abysmal customer service. Maybe spend some money on training your reps to actually solves complaints or try to help, instead of droning on with pre-scripted, disingenuous responses? #dobetter

    @airtelindia what exactly is happening to your 4g service in Powai? Not able to connect my phone evenly for some time now. No feedback/callback, no service query, nothing upon complaint. Please let me know why I should not switch over to a better service provider?
