    Hi there, since last couple of months network and data bandwidth has gone to bedrock. I opted Airtel while leaving the iDEA hoping better service but story repeated again.. @Airtel_Presence is requested to please look into it. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel_wifi I have been using Airtel wifi broadband for the past 6 years. Over the last few months, it's become very worst. My internet connection not working in Chennai for last 10 days and multiple complaints raised, issue still exists. Very bad.

    @airtelindia No internet since yesterday. It's been more than 36 hours. Airtel customer care said that a technician will be visited by early morning today but no one has come. What should we do ? So many dependencies

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, my AirFiber has been down since yesterday. Your customer care is unreachable due to "system upgrades" and the app chatbot is useless for actual technical issues. I’m forced to pay for a backup service,how do you plan to compensate me for this.

    @airtelindia Extremely poor service! Internet not working since last night. First you promised resolution by 12:30 PM, now it's pushed to 6:30 PM. Why is the time being extended again and again?

    @tatacapital I AM STILL GETTING CALLS! I ASKED TO CONNECT TO A SUPERVISOR, THE CALL WAS DROPPED!!! HOW DIFFICULT IS IT FOR YOUR DUMBFUCKS TO STOP CALLING ME!!! @airtelindia YOUR DND SERVICES A ****!! I HAVE DND ACTIVATED FOR AGES NOW YET ALL SPAM CALLS GO THROUGH!

    @airtelindia I Ordered a wifi connection REQ ID:1SPJCV87KX at my residence, d connection was supposed to installed same day but unfortunately not getting any confirmation when it will b installed. I paid d booking amount 400 during d call wid Airtel agent.Pls help 2 get this done

    @airtelindia I recharged ₹349 plan for unlimited 5G, but after 2GB usage speed drops to 10–20 KB/s. I have full 5G coverage but unable to use it properly. Facing this issue for 2 days with no resolution. Please fix this immediately. #Airtel #5G #CustomerComplaint

    Such a worst network by @airtelindia 2 out of 4 calls drop 5G is like vijay very rare to see That too in Chennai Imagine the network in remote areas You guys are looting people with worthless service and network which is not worth the money
