Hi there, since last couple of months network and data bandwidth has gone to bedrock. I opted Airtel while leaving the iDEA hoping better service but story repeated again.. @Airtel_Presence is requested to please look into it. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Never switch to Airtel guys, worst customer service and no value given to customers. They will come early morning for booking and taking a big amount after that after the continuous follow up also will not suffice and for installation u will have to wait for forever

Internet connectivity becomes awful in my area from last 1 month usually for 4-5 hours in evening.I am doing work from home and facing issues with both Jio and Airtel.Calls are even getting dropped.@reliancejio @airtelindia
