Hi there, since last couple of months network and data bandwidth has gone to bedrock. I opted Airtel while leaving the iDEA hoping better service but story repeated again.. @Airtel_Presence is requested to please look into it. @airtelindia

@airtelindia Didn’t expect such a worst service from You. Bought new connection and after installation your technician said activation will happen within 1 hour. Now it’s going to be 8+ hours. Kindly ask your ppl to remove all items from my place and refund the amount paid.

@ACTFibernet The speed at which formalities are done for new connection is awesome,but the way to treat the old customers is really bad I have raised a shifting request 5 days ago but no action has been taken till yet .please take some advice from @airtelindia @reliancejio

@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia have been finally able to resolve the problem by porting the number to Vi. Minutes after submitting the porting request, I started receiving calls from Airtel. They had finally found time for a 71-year-old customer who was with them for 20 years.

@airtelindia How pathetically you spread your services? Last 4 years I am unable to use your internet service. Every time I called or complaints against your services, it was trunket without doing work on that.. f**king service by airtel.

@airtelindia I was denied Broadband connection in Sec-45, Gurgaon, as they said connection is not available. They claim to be customer centric. This is Pathetic service they have provided.
