    @sanshay809 When I changed my plan they refused to give my prime benefits back. Then customer care crossed the limits when a female Vodadone agent pretended to be from @airtelindia & tricked me into cancelling my port out request by asking me to send a message to activate my Airtel number.

    I have not been provided any landline number from Airtel. Still looking to get my Internet get shifted for the request which remained unattended since last 5 days request no 134847040. Daily phone call to customer care number leading to frustration @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence team is not handling my case and internet speed is pathetic not more than 30b/s at area 713206 - Jemua Village. Ticket register date is last October 2020 which they have closed without my consent & network improvement.Pathetic experience
