Hi there, since last couple of months network and data bandwidth has gone to bedrock. I opted Airtel while leaving the iDEA hoping better service but story repeated again.. @Airtel_Presence is requested to please look into it. @airtelindia

@airtelindia I guess Airtel is exploiting the pandemic situation and exploiting its own customer. I am having a terrible problem last couple of months with the broadband connection. They say they will solve the problem in 24 hours.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - I had to do recharge of rs1498 for same mobile number. Tran id's are - 2011201349331, 2011201352836. Both are unsuccessful and both times account has been debited. Raised 2 SR's. Both closed without any real resolution. #airtel_bad_experience
