    Hi there, since last couple of months network and data bandwidth has gone to bedrock. I opted Airtel while leaving the iDEA hoping better service but story repeated again.. @Airtel_Presence is requested to please look into it. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia recharged my number, the money got debited from my account but its not showing in the app. Pathetic service. Kindly look into it and resolve at the earliest.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI No network in Shivshankar Krupa CHS, Tilak Rd, Dombivli East (421201). Neither calling nor internet works indoors for my senior citizen parents. Unresolved despite multiple complaints. In an emergency, who is responsible? Please fix this ASAP!

    @airtelindia I'm an Airtel Black customer and have been trying to get a billing issue resolved since 28 Jul. SRs: • 4514101846 (28 Jul) • 31-1000015266840 (1 Aug) • 4514480655 (3 Aug) Each time I was assured the billing correction/waiver would be processed. Nothing happened.

    @airtelindia internet is down since and hour...even yesterday there was an issue and got sorted after 4 to 5 hr. Unable to raise a ticket as it keeps gng round and round...when called 1800 no biday responds and it say thrs an issue will sort soon. My delivery is getting impacted

    Very disappointed with @airtelindia. I’m being charged extra on my existing ₹1,199 Wi-Fi plan due to an error at your end, as confirmed by your representative. Customer care keeps looping me through automated calls, and @Airtel_Presence hasn’t replied. Please resolve this urgently.

    It’s for vodafone, There was already a network issue and now you have increased the price of postpaid plans. After so many years of relationship with Vi now i feel that you are looting now, it seems that I will have to join another company @ViCustomerCare @JioCare @airtelindia

    @airtelindia It's been 2 weeks since I requested the relocation of my Airtel Wi-Fi and the experience has been extremely disappointing.Every customer care executive gives a different answer. One assures me that Airtel Wi-Fi is available in Vyara, while another claims it isn't.
