    Hi there, since last couple of months network and data bandwidth has gone to bedrock. I opted Airtel while leaving the iDEA hoping better service but story repeated again.. @Airtel_Presence is requested to please look into it. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia has one of the worst customer service. They are unable to send a technician to fix router FOR 48 HOURS. SERIOUSLY Everytime I contact the customer care, they say we will contact you in 4hrs and then they will forget about it. I will switch to my local ISP

    @airtelindia you guy’s are launching 5G plus in India. But still we are not getting the 4G networking in my town. We have a tower with in 5 KM even we are not get the network for calls also. Why we need to use the Airtel.

    Airtel services are down in #Pune. I visited their store in the morning as my sim is not working since yday, they told me they can't check that also. shame that we can't do any OTP based txn or UPI based txn as someone is upgrading to 5G. Not sure about my issue @airtelindia

    @MiIndiaSupport Thanks for ur reply… i had to install a pending software update on the handset and now i see that the handset is 5G ready on the @airtelindia app. Unfortunately, I still don’t see the 5G network working. I am in Hyderabad. Am I missing something here?
