Hi there, since last couple of months network and data bandwidth has gone to bedrock. I opted Airtel while leaving the iDEA hoping better service but story repeated again.. @Airtel_Presence is requested to please look into it. @airtelindia

@ViCustomerCare harasses customers who try to port to other networks. This apathy towards customers is one of the reasons I'm moving to another network. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I hope you will not be disappointing as much as Vodafone Idea!

@airtelindia worst customer support. Zero complaints ki sirf ye baat kar sakte hai TV advertisements mai. Last 10 days mai ek complaint toh resolve ni ho rahi inse. Zero complaints sirf inka dream hi rahega. Discontinuing their DTH and mobile network services

@Airtel_Presence Payment done on 27th that is Saturday and today is 31st Wednesday. More than 3 days your incompetent team is still looking into the matter. Is there any dead line for resolution? If not then please refund my money. 1st impression of @airtelindia is pathetic and horrible.
