    Paying for a 40 Mbps plan and not even getting usable speeds. At this point, I’d be happy with even half the promised speed. Basic tasks are struggling, forget office work and streaming. Please fix this ASAP. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia It’s been eight days since I posted this ad and six since it was posted, yet there’s no resolution. You’ve also stopped calling me for two days now, which clearly shows you don’t have any intention of resolving this. I believe we can consider this if you are okay with me disconnecting all my three postpaid and WiFi connections and diluting my Airtel black. If you are still interested, please call me with a proper resolution and timeline. Otherwise, I will consider this a non-resolution and disconnect my connections.     @airtelindia @airtelnews prepaid 5G services, to which I have subscribed for a year, hardly ever works in our area! I have to use 4G almost all the time as 5G only works intermittently and is totally unreliable. This has been going on for months now without any solution in sight!

    @airtelindia I believe it is waste of time see the resolution time it is 08.17pm so far no one contacted as like yesterday escalation, how come a company so careless about installation will provide good service
