    Hey @airtelindia, I've tried reaching support multiple times, but nothing gets resolved. Your chatbot doesn't understand the issue, and your IVR doesn't even let me speak to a real person. This support experience is unacceptable. Expected much better from Airtel.

    Shame on d2h's customer service. Our old set-top box can't access many channels. After countless calls and repeated promises of a replacement, nothing was done. Enough is enough. We're switching to Airtel. Lost a loyal customer. @DishTV_India @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelindia If you are unable to resolve my issue or provide proper support, should I simply replace my Airtel SIM and move to another network? Your customer care is not connecting, and I am still waiting for a response from your team. This is extremely frustrating.

    Leaving this piece of ****, @airtelindia. I'll be porting my existing Airtel number to jio @TRAI pls act against this fraudster @airtelindia. They promise unlimited 5G, but it's a lie. Their unlimited 5G plans are capped at just 1.5 GB to 2.5 GB data, depending on the plan.

    @anonymousCretur @airtelindia Airtel claims to provide unlimited high-speed data up to 300GB, after which the speed drops to 128 kbps. But when you actually speak to customer care, they reveal the real situation. Honestly, its a scam, i also got scammed in their AirFiber, tried to scam me in their postpaid
