    @airtelindia My wifi is not working from last 5 days but noone is bothered to resolve. I called RM's so many times but no solution at all. Pls do this on priority basis. Otherwise disconnect the connection on immediately.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 2. #airtel I have talked to 5 different customer service representatives and everyone is just saying that they are escalating the issue but I have not received any call, email, no follow-up at all. Just these #scammers doing just time pass. #fraud

    @airtelindia @airtelindia uses AI to close customer tickets without addressing it. I have opened tickets for same issue and every time airtel closes it without addressing it. They do not contact, they do not try to know if issue is resolved, just closes the ticket. #fakepromises #badservice

    @ranjithtweetsay @airtelindia I feel cheated after switching over to Airtel digital T 2 months back. Their helpline No. is another fraud as after entering my correct RTN and customer ID repeatedly their IVR is so programned that it reports wrong registered mobile Or customer ID No. It is a scam.

    @airtelindia @TRAI Why is Airtel charging ₹50 for a SIM replacement when the issue was clearly with the SIM itself? 🤔 If the fault is on your end, customers shouldn’t have to pay for it. This feels unfair and unnecessary. #Airtel #CustomerExperience #UnfairCharges
