Hey @Airtel_Presence no sms are coming except your own @airtelindia sms. Neither bank OTPs nor other service providers numbers sms are coming from morning. Called customer care they said no issue, but then why am not getting OTPs of banks, every bank must not have technical issue

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews DTH stopped working. Used Airtel thanks app, without resolution, SR NO. 46141822 was closed. Fraudulent practice by taking code and rescheduled service to 8 days later without asking me, without informing me. Shame!!

@airtelindia I recharged my phone with ₹129 pack and even received the sms, the benefits includes Amazon Prime 30 days trial account but I haven't actually received anything. I am unable to call the customer care too.
