@airtelindia I have a raised a complaint regarding my broadband. Its being more than 24hr no one came to fix. Engineer called to ask but then he switched off his phone and didn't come. This is service airtel provide to their customers. Local provider are better. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have an open issue which has not yet been resolved. The issue is an amount of 1203₹ got deducted on 21st dec. I had done this transaction as part of my monthly bill payment.

@Airtel_Presence This shows the social media team is not aware of the ground reality. The issue has been fixed now, but the team just copy paste the content instead of getting the details. It took 2 days to fix. Now I have reactivated my previous broadband. TY @airtelindia
