    @Airtel_Presence After my repeated complaints, an engineer named Manish Vohra called me and stated that there was nothing wrong with my connection on his end.     @airtelindia your customer service is the worst! I had applied for a duplicate sim as my current sim has suddenly stopped working and the local airtel office says I need to apply for it from the region/state where the sim belongs. When searched on internet, I found no such rule.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 5G is available in my area, but the signal is extremely weak and inconsistent. It was very good till 5 days ago. I have complaint so many time at your customer care number but there is no resolution provide till now.

    @airtelindia if you are unable to support your infrastructure then please don’t advertise something you can’t deliver. I had bsnl before and I thought bsnl was the problem being govt entity. But I was wrong, in Dehradun Airtel fails more than bsnl in broadband segment

    @airtelindia Final reminder to @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence: Refund my ₹500 immediately. I paid for Airtel DTH/Airtel Black connection under Request ID TTBR8U7A54 / NTBR8U7A54, but the service was never installed/activated and the order was cancelled. I have already shared proof
