    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, as an Airtel Priority Postpaid customer, it’s really disappointing that 5G still isn't available in my locality. Paying a premium tariff but still stuck on 4G speeds. When can we expect a 5G rollout here?

    worst service .Customer care is not responding to the compliant that registered through helpline for 7 days. Allotted technician never reached me. broad band does not work for a week. Do the need full. ur service disappoints @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I urge people to think twice before choosing @airtelindia Wi-Fi. Frequent outages and unreliable connectivity have repeatedly disrupted my work-from-home schedule. In an era where dependable internet is essential, constant service interruptions can lead to missed meetings, lost productivity, and unnecessary frustration. My experience has been far from satisfactory.

    All pls beware if you switch on international roaming, Airtel will rip you off even if you use only incoming sms facility for otp. They could charge me bcz I'm on postpaid. If I was prepaid customer, they couldn't hv looted me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia I do not want the company's image to be affected because of delays and lack of response at the local level. However, the continued disruption and absence of a proper resolution have caused significant inconvenience.

    @airtelindia your data service is big bogus.your claim that airtel network is everywhere in india is completely false your network is bogus even in the heart of india (Delhi).I can't explain.If You have proud of your network please correct so called 5G dataservice otherwise shame

    @airtelindia is the worst SIM/Connection. Pathetic internet speed on postpaid connection, speed is even lower than 4G though it shows as 5G... Useless... Want to port now... Just fed up! @airtelnews

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - More than five hours have passed, and the issue still persists. What’s even more disappointing is that we have not received a single notification or update about this outage, whether planned or unplanned. Such a lack of communication is unacceptable and falls short of basic professional standards.
