    Airtel thanks app is the worst app created. I made a request for IPTV. They assigned me wrong agent - and that agent declined to do the job. He gave me some other agent no and they not responding to calls. Absolute scum bags. Pathetic experience @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @pbhushan1 @airtelindia Sir, you are a public figure, so your issue was resolved within 1–2 days. But for ordinary people (aam janta), @airtelindia is not responding at all.     Hi @airtelindia Since Morning 8 am there is no airtel network at Mangaldas Road area , Pune-1. When this issue is going to be resolved? You are just increasing the rates of plans and providing customers nothing. Please solve this as soon as possible. @airtelnews

    I am referring to the network service in Greater Noida, Sector 1. The network quality here is extremely poor, and no matter how much I complain about it, it still feels insufficient. Please let me know whether there is any possibility of the network improving soon? @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband in Vaishali, Bihar is completely dead. Your team raised a request on 24th Aug (8:24 PM) and closed it fraudulently on 25th Aug without fixing it. Now your app shows errors and customer support calls are being auto-disconnected. Fix this!

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I believe I should port my number. What good is a service provider who takes 15 days to resolve a basic network speed complaint. Despite of so many follow ups... No action taken by airtel
