    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence One of the worst network of my area....i am facing network issue for before 1 yr i am also many times request for service customer is not responsible so, i am very sad why airtel your customers service is very very useless 😡😡😡😡

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network speed is 84 kbps...this is 4G speed??? India's fastest network. I Rised so compliments still no action taken....i think better move to some other Network

    @airtelindia once again, airtel never fails to disappoint you.Did a recharge of 699 on 19th Oct which comes with amazon prime subscription but till now I can not activate the subscription. Upon calling customer care, evrytime I m being misled. You are the reason of your downfall.

    @Airtel_Presence Had a chance to spk to CS rep and what an unpleasnat experience. If one wants to spoil his day then he can surely call the airtel CC. Using the service from past 5 yrs and one call to CS center spoiled all the pleasant experience I had. Good Luck @airtelindia

    @airtelindia when I credit money to Airtel payment Bank you are accepting the money. But when I wish to debit from that account, your customer care is asking me to visit the Airtel store. What kind of service is this. Airtel store is in different town.

    Just check the Airtel Black service by @airtelindia , Here how worst is this. 1. They can't complete the request in the time given by them. 2. They will keep calling you every day atleast 5 times for just asking address. #Airtel5GPlusLaunch #airtelthanks #worthlessairtelblack

    @Airtel_Presence ur engineer says we are short staffed and issue will take a day to be fixed. Last week as well the same story today too same story! Last week,was without broadband for 2days.Will it happen this time too? Will @airtelindia nt charge for the days where it cudnt provide service?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have raised ticket vide 10093006162 on 20th october, but request got closed six time without resolving issue/my consent. I am not able to understand how request is getting closed without resolving issue that too six time Very pathetic service.
