    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network speed is 84 kbps...this is 4G speed??? India's fastest network. I Rised so compliments still no action taken....i think better move to some other Network

    Booked Airtel Black and even received booking confirmation. After 4-5 days, suddenly got a message saying “your order has been cancelled as per your request,” whereas I never requested any cancellation . @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia, referring to my previous tweet, the technician had come to my home at around 6 in the evening of 27th May, & he did bring back the connectivity which lasted for 5 mins & said the issue originated from the fatbox. This is the fourth day & my wifi is still down.
