  @airtelindia My pack is expiring tomorrow .so I recharged it today I could recharge it early. As soon as I recharged it, the pack was activated on the same day. Why are you activating the new pack in advance when the old pack is active? Worst service..

  @airtelindia I contacted Airtel to get an Airtel Fiber connection and paid the required amount. However, after the payment, Airtel’s surveyor visited my location and informed me that broadband service cannot be installed at my location. @Airtel_Presence

  What scam is this @airtelindia? There was NO network at all today in Morabadi, Ranchi since 1 PM. I did a 5G recharge but still face 4G issues daily. This is a high priority area in the city. And customer care is just a useless AI loop. Pathetic service. @Airtel_Presence
