    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence One of the worst network of my area....i am facing network issue for before 1 yr i am also many times request for service customer is not responsible so, i am very sad why airtel your customers service is very very useless 😡😡😡😡

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network speed is 84 kbps...this is 4G speed??? India's fastest network. I Rised so compliments still no action taken....i think better move to some other Network

    @airtelindia I have recharged a month pack 399, which has unlimited 5G data but still at the end of the day I get a message saying your data is finished top-up data to use.. I have a 5G network at my place. This had happened few months back too and repeating now again.. why?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Request id. C81NF7JFY9 this is my request id. I have asked team for cancellation and for the refund process. Today is 19 th day of raising my concern. Spoke to 3 supervisors and 8 executives and everytime assurance of 4 hour but never happened.

    @airtelindia help please!! “I have an HP LaserJet Pro MFP M126nw printer that only supports 2.4 GHz 802.11 b/g/n. My router is broadcasting 2.4 GHz, but the printer cannot even detect the SSID. Please disable 802.11ax (Wi-Fi 6) on the 2.4 GHz band and set the 2.4 GHz mode to 802.11 b/g/n. Also ensure PMF (802.11w) is Optional or Disabled.”

    @airtelindia my wifi connection is down since sunday evening , no action has been taken so far to fix the issue . I am tired calling the so called "dedicated team" .

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, why is my 5G network secretly draining my daily 2GB 4G pack? Hit the 300GB FUP and now even though my phone shows 5G connection and hits 400Mbps, my 4G quota is being eaten up. Completely stranded with no internet. Look into this ASAP

    @airtelindia @Svigneshwa17006 The kapplication for broadband was cancelled after 8 days of payment and prior to that feasibility study done. This is deficiency of service.we will take you to consumer court as the sla defined in the terms of agreement

    The biggest issue is the complete lack of access to a human customer care executive. Customers are trapped in endless AI bot conversations while urgent issues remain unresolved. When customers pay for services, they deserve real support when something goes wrong. @airtelindia
