    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence One of the worst network of my area....i am facing network issue for before 1 yr i am also many times request for service customer is not responsible so, i am very sad why airtel your customers service is very very useless 😡😡😡😡

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network speed is 84 kbps...this is 4G speed??? India's fastest network. I Rised so compliments still no action taken....i think better move to some other Network

    Never take metro card from @airtelindia they are fraud. I lost my metro card and blocked on @airtelbank app , I had balance above 400rs. I took new card from them and hoping to get balance transferred but they refused to transfer it saying it will be transferred after 5 years when my card will be expired. I already blocked the card but they don’t have intention to transfer my money. It’s open robbery with customer. @jagograhakjago

    Dear @airtelindia, I have been raising complaint through your app about the bad n/w in my home both for calls and internet. Everytime you close the incident without resolving the issue. Is it time to switch to a different provider for all the 8 connnections we have?

    If network performance & fiber stability aren't fixed immediately, we will escalate this directly to @NchIndia (National Consumer Helpline) and CCPA for deficiency of service and misleading network coverage claims. Fix it or face formal legal proceedings. @TRAI @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 3 downtime since morning and every time a regret message for wifi disconnection, is this the way you serve your customers your service is getting pathetic and charges are going higher. In a city like gurgaon this is the situation. Shameless

    @JioCare Your tower is just 100 m away from my location and in my dm you are saying you are not able to locate my location if @JioCare you dont want to resolve issue then good i will try another option @airtelindia like many people’s are doing

    @airtelnews I received a message on 13th Aug to complete rekyc for my mobile on or before 28th to resume services. I visited your offices on devraj urs Road mysore but they are forcing me to go for postpaid to resume service. This is not acceptable. @airtelindia plz allow reactivation & kyc

    @airtelindia Did you send such bills charging unnecessarily extra amount from your customers? Today I denied payment maybe some innocent customer will do it? Did you forget customer sticks to loyalty and brand equity. I shall immediately switch to jio from such fraudsters @airtelindia

    What the heck @airtelindia from last one and the half day my wifi is not working you keep telling in 5-6 hours it will get resolved but still no resolution. Ruined my weekend. And while you will generate bill you gonna sent me alert. And now no resolution
