    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence network speed is 84 kbps...this is 4G speed??? India's fastest network. I Rised so compliments still no action taken....i think better move to some other Network

    @airtelindia Hello. I have recently shifted from jio to your network for internet services. You guys are even worse to provide services since the day I have taken connection. Your customer service is worst as they don’t provide request ID and no resolution yet… WORST

    Extremely disappointed with Airtel's service and customer support.I recharged my number with the ₹348 plan, but my incoming, outgoing and internet services remained inactive. Assuming it was plan issue, I recharged again with the ₹399 plan, yet the problem exists @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel appears to be adhering to government instructions by shutting down data and internet services in certain areas, where even it is not required...and @jio is providing services uninterruptedly in such areas..
