Escalation team at its worst behaviour. Asked them to transfer the call to manager, and the guy Kehsav wasted my time for 25 mins, He then disconnected the call without asking me Interaction id: 1110432029. Go listen to it yourself @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@airtelindia quite disappointed with my conversation with vimal on 121 today. As per him, airtel can do any mistake and make customer suffer and all airtel wil do is say sorry without compensating.. quite shitty customer service !!

Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia there are no or very poor airtel network in Banjara gali haiderpur badli 110088. Can you do anything about it? I am a student and I face a lot of difficulty here and I don't want to change my room and network.
