    Dear @airtelindia Customer jab complaint karata hai to us se resolve 24 hour ke andar Kiya jata. Sayd apke yaha 24 days mei Kiya jata hoga. It's my humble request to you please resolve my problem. Even my router doesn't work properly.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am getting frequent call to return dth setup box. Is it really airtel that seeking dth box to be return for inactive customer because while purchasing dth no where mentioned it will remain airtel property and you need to return or is it fraud

    @airtelindia thank you for the worst #CustomerExperience. A simple shifting of #xstream fiber connection request was made on 3rd April. Have followed up over 10+ calls in the last 24+ hours. No resolution yet. Technician doesn't pick calls. Escalation request 1-12039909574

    It's been almost a year since I last complaint about my @airtelindia Network. You only portray that you care but it's all a big time facade. There are almost more than 100 Airtel customers in my building but nothing has been done yet @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Its been 10 hours my #Airtel fiber connection is down. The airtel engineer has twice resolved the ticket without even contacting me. Customer care team as usually says we are helpless. Ticket no. 10028720487. So much for #5GReadyNetwork #transparency
