@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is worst in my area. Raised concern a numerous times. Experts never contact to understand issue. Top of that they closed each query after 40-45 days. Still going through dead network. seems, it's high time for me to port some other network.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence After recharging prepaid still it doesn't reflect on mobile and still calls cannot be made. Customer care has no options to record any complaint. Airtel thanks app also doesn't have option to record complaint. There is no free form complaint facility
