    @Airtel_Presence Unable to hear anything clear ,both incoming or outgoing calls for the last few days. Being in suburbs of a metro city ( Mumbai) such bad sluggish network is very frustrating. Would request @airtelindia to immediately improve the quality of the network.

    Airtel service at Vasai west requested to cancel service due to Airtel clearly mentioned they wont be able to provide any service at my house so they asked me to pay 3months bill even if thr is no service and at gallry they are not even to give in writing @airtelindia @airtelnews

    I never received a satisfactory response from airtel since october and whenever try to call complain no. It never connect to coustmer care person and via mobile app it only show tower upgrade (always) so please improve it on prior @airtelindia

    Fake commitments are given by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia cant trust Airtel customer service.... They only know to generate more bills. Commitment was given will get call back within 24hrs but no call received its 48hrs now.

    @airtelindia airtel is forcing the middle class to recharge for 129 minimum for outgoing sms. If a company not even provide minimum sms in their basic pack of 79, it show that their preference was not customer only money. Which pack to choose was customers preference. Worst 😡

    @Ragnar30580823 @REDBOXINDIA @airtelindia Bad for low-income people who could maintain their number at 35, even if one SMS was 1.5 in case of emergency. Removing SMS is a shrewd trick. Most can't use it as a secondary number because some or other app might have that as a login.
