But when it comes to shifting your Wi-Fi or DTH connectionall they do is keep saying Your file is under process. Reaching customer care is a challenge in itself. And even after you finally speak to them the ground engineer calls only to repeat Your complaint has been registered. This is Airtel’s idea of customer service.
