    @airtelindia after you lodge a complain the engineer who will visit your place he is clueless what exactly is the issue he will start making you understand such things which has no logic in it still I have not got my issue fix i don't know what exactly should i do

    Frequent disconnection issue with @Airtel_Presence broadband. Never faced this in my office where I'm using it for last 13 yrs. Probably bcoz in a hurry to install before @reliancejio came in Parel, they left the cables hanging & hence the issue. Pl resolve @airtelindia

    @airtelindia - Got a new sim, inserted and no network. Customer care said do international recharge(799) but still same issue. Today team is saying faulty sim and you need to get new sim. And we won’t refund your money. Whose problem is this if I get faulty sim?
