    @airtelindia bluntly says to customer that now you are back in india we can’t do anything but next time you travel that time will resolve the issue ! How convincing ! Being platinum customer doesn’t matter to them at all.

    @airtelindia yor customer care executives at ghatkopar east Tilak road are behaving like they are the bosses of customers. A marathi speaking lady was speaking in english while customer was requesting to talk in marathi. He was unable to understand English.

    @reliancejio charges 399 for 84 days ie Rs 4.75 per day and @airtelindia/@VodafoneIN Charges 199 for 28 days for similar plan ie Rs.7.10 . Now technically if a person talks about approx 65 hrs a day on other network ( hypothetical) jio still charges less . #6paise

    @airtelindia I am trying to reach customer care however the call is getting disconnected automatically. I have Airtel Xtreme fiber connection which show me full speed as said, however when i try to browse anything nothing i can surf.. Can you please check ?

    Worst service experiencing from AIRTEL. I used today 468MB Data out of 1536MB (1.5 Gb) so my remaining data should be 1536MB - 468MB = 1068 MB but the Airtel app shows daily data left is 700 MB. This is the third time when I've faced this issue in a month. @airtelindia
