The worst service in international roaming award goes to @airtelindia never ever opt for their services ! They are least interested to solve your network issues after raising it on thei customer care! Bad experience.

@reliancejio charges 399 for 84 days ie Rs 4.75 per day and @airtelindia/@VodafoneIN Charges 199 for 28 days for similar plan ie Rs.7.10 . Now technically if a person talks about approx 65 hrs a day on other network ( hypothetical) jio still charges less . #6paise

@airtelindia bluntly says to customer that now you are back in india we can’t do anything but next time you travel that time will resolve the issue ! How convincing ! Being platinum customer doesn’t matter to them at all.

@airtelindia yor customer care executives at ghatkopar east Tilak road are behaving like they are the bosses of customers. A marathi speaking lady was speaking in english while customer was requesting to talk in marathi. He was unable to understand English.

@airtelindia Now a days retailers in Bhayander east (Maharashtra) face problem that sim cards are sold at Rs 50 with facility of one month free calling and 1.5 Gb net per day. And MNP done at free of charge. So Sim activation and MNP activities become very low or nil by retailers
