    Such bad and poor experience with @BhartiAirtel2 as they renewed Hotstar annual subscription without my consent and now telling me charges are valid and they can't do anything. Poor mannerless customer support as well. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Need to get this fixed.

    @airtelindia I have not used my DTH for the last 3 months and I am still being charged for the services. To top it all my outgoing calls were suspended. Inspite of repeated requests my bills are being generated Tried calling customer care and to deactivate from Airtel app nothing works

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews my broadband acc no -20008320550 there is internet issue since last 2 hours pls open a complaint and fix it ASAP. Showing error no internet connection. Try to open complaint on airtel aap but hard luck your chat bot has only genric update

    @airtelindia One of the worst experiences ever, I've been trying to upgrade my broadband speed from 300mbps to 1gbps, for which I've had to make 30-40 phone calls to their customer service and speak with 5-6 supervisors to escalate the issue, but still no progress 😤😤😤

    Hey, @airtelindia and @IRCTCofficial . Thanks for placing ads with "book now" buttons on the train booking page that take you to Airtel instead of payments page. Thanks to this, I've lost my tatkal booking and had to cancel important trip.

    @taapask @airtelindia Don't book Jio service they are really bad ! Even airtel is equally bad ! The new Airtel Wifi 6 routers don't have a functional WPS button,It was supposed to be replaced with an older generation of router they have not done that as well. Both these companies are equally shameless

    @airtelindia I think @TRAI or whatever body is regulating should strictly scrutinize the ground reality of users. They can simply check how much fluctuations people face while using the network for calling or data. Im paying 3-4 times for the service I'm getting, now they want us to pay more

    @jagograhakjago Sir, I recharged for ₹349, which offers 2GB of internet per day. However, for the past few days, my Airtel network has been poor, which is why I am unable to use the internet. I request that strict action be taken against Airtel. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    the issue; and when asked about the power supply, they simply say, "I've already left for home. And then they gave a date two days from now—meaning the internet will be down for three days. There will be no office work, nor any other work whatsoever. @airtelindia @airtelnews
