    @airtelindia My only expectation is that I am paying my bills regularly, so I should not face any issue. If it is not possible for you to provide proper network then let me, so as to take appropriate action. It's your network not mine, don't you know where are the issues.

    @airtelindia your customer support page is as useless as your broadband connection. No one bothers to follow up on hidden charges sent as bills.
