    @airtelindia as a new customer really disappointed with your service & your call centre guys. due to some mismanagement by your agent my Amazon prime membership is cancelled and I am unable to restore it & your call centre guys just don't agree on booking a complaint for the same

    @airtelindia last couple of weeks it’s been horrible network experience. Cross connections in 1 out of 3 calls. Worst signal coverage. Airtel May now qualify as worst networks operator …. Sad it’s not getting addressed

    @airtelindia What a pathetic service by airtel broadband. You guys take minimum 24 hrs to resolve the complaint. This is the case with Mumbai. God knows how do you provide services in remote areas. Have faced 10 to 12 instances when broadband was down in last 5 months.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia had bought AIRTEL extreme Box in September 2020 and the box is already dead. The technician came and asked for a charge of ₹600 for box and ₹150 as visiting charge. What kind of device are you making damn it that couldn't even last 1 year properly.

    @airtelindia hi, i have two post paid and while making bill payment i can see Rs 6 and Rs 5 biller extra in both numbers as international SMS charges. Not sure it is mistake or intentional as no such sms sent by me in both numbers. Help me with log of these SMS done by me.
