@Airtel_Presence I have been reporting for NO NETWORK COVERAGE AT ALL at my billing/residential address since 3 years almost. But no action hs bn taken by @airtelindia. Missed some very important business calls last week. Will port all my 4 airtel connections this time.😡

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia : This is with respect to dth. Even though there is no rain, no clouds, facing issues with dth viewing. One min it works, 2 mins it doesn't orange light. Signal is getting lost frequently. We have cleaned the card, start-stop done already 5-6 times.

@SubramaniamIy19 @reliancejio @JioCare I was with @airtelindia earlier and with @VodafoneIN since the last 15 years but neither has the kind of customer service that @reliancejio has. Can't tell you how impressed I am with the speed at which the issue was resolved and the follow up by @JioCare team members.

I use @reliancejio network, though I have satisfactory internet speed, I have to dial, then disconnect and again dial to connect with any number. My wife is using @airtelindia services, it's the worst internet service we have used ever here in Dibrugarh. Such a waste of time!
